They took such good care of my gown and after the two fittings my gown fit PERFECTLY :) At my last fitting I also brought my after party dress which I needed altered due to some weight loss, and they were able to do so and it also fit perfectly afterward. The bustle worked perfectly, and they took videos for my MOH and made sure the process would be easy for her by placing safety pins on the underside as it was a fairly complicated bustle. Make sure you make an appointment as they are busy, but despite being very busy their communication is excellent and they work with you one on one and ensure you are happy throughout the whole process.

It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it.
