Accidentally stumbled on this Maple Syrup farm at the Beacon Farmer's Market while doing a little bit of shopping, walking and sampling.
When my hubby saw this spot, he got so excited so we made a pit stop here. At first, I thought it was some kind of bourbon, or just any kind of liquor really. At the moment I didn't really feel like sampling something so strong and then I quickly realized it was maple syrup.
The bottles say it all: quality, elevated and high end. Basically, this maple syrup came dressed to impress.
We tried just a couple of them, and that's all we needed to fall in love with the maple syrup of our dreams. The limited edition hot pepper syrup captured my senses with the sweet start and delicious kick that mellows in your taste buds. It's absolutely incredible. Made with Big Mustard Mama and Guajillo peppers, it's an absolute show stopper. Step away hot honey, hot pepper maple syrup has entered the room.
After such a kick and burst of flavor, we tried the very dark strong maple syrup. Buttery, robust and ready to make an appearance. Pancakes, waffles, you're not ready for this. In the best complimenty kind of way, this one takes like the real, farm grown, non artificial version of aunt jemima's "maple" syrup - a childhood nostalgic staple.
Laurel & Ash, you've absolutely outdone yourselves with your incredible maple syrup. Nature provides, but you're the one to thank for respecting it, producing it, tapping it and bottling your craft with sustainability and respect for nature in mind. read more
