First-time visitor to this mall, and I really enjoyed my visit…read more Some of the big names in the retail world have stores here, which was a nice surprise. Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Westfield, you need to care more about the families and women supporting your establishment!

Bad: mall is split up with streets running through it, parking is expensive, extremely limited number of stores to actually shop at, majority of stores are located across the Laurel Grove Drive which is quite a walk if you parked in the main lot in the middle of the complex. I only went to Daiso, Five Below, Starbucks because those were the only ones you can shop at in the main part of the mall which is unbelievably weird. It's like this mall had an identity crisis, couldn't figure out if it should be more of an entertainment center (movie theater, restaurants) or shopping center (Daiso, Five Below, Nordstrom Rack). Many vacancies, alot of random stores that you wouldn't go to unless you had or needed to like Spectrum, nail & beauty salons, orthodontist, chiropractor, Verizon, Carbon Health. The main part of the mall is Nordstrom Rack, Starbucks, Daiso, Five Below, LA Fitness. Gnomon (computer graphics, visual effects school) & Regal Cinemas take up the majority part of this section. There seems to be no thought to what a mall shopper would want or wish to go to when they arrive to the heart of a mall. On the "strip mall" area which is across the street and around the corner, there are Ulta, Trader Joe's, mostly cafes, quick bites like Jersey Mike's, Crumbl, It's Boba Time, MOD pizza. Again, only Ulta for someone looking to do mall shopping. Although this mall is modern, clean, great parking structure (expensive but lots of spaces), there's absolutely little to offer. Would I go back?? No way! This is an incredibly disappointing shopping center & if you're hoping to do some retail therapy, go to Sherman Oaks Galleria or Westfield Fashion Square.

When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall. There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). While I look forward to walking around this chic enclave, I'll echo what some other Yelpers have said: the parking here is an unnecessary headache. I don't believe in paying for parking at a mall or outdoor shopping center. I think it's a petty cash grab. Additionally, as others have mentioned, many of the spots here are tandem. This is gross, even with valet. I'm going to get creative and find parking elsewhere because I refuse to pay for parking here anymore.

Win#2. -REAL CELEBRITY OWNED TREASURES the store is filled with valuable pieces donated by famous celebrities- both old and new, that truly allow you to walk away with your own couture look worn only by you, and the likes of JLO, Oprah, Idris Alba, and more! Best of all, while the owner is new to Sherman Oaks, she is very well known and connected to Hollywood and the music industries. Lateasha, the owner, is a fixture in the store, always there to help and to let you know who owned the items, and when known, when they wore them. A celebrity in her own right--(the daughter one of the original members of The Temptations), grew up amidst superstars, and she herself was a recording artist with Motown and on Broadway as well. She has SO MANY famous friends and her network supports her by regularly dropping off little pieces of history for you to own! Win #3-PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE! Even though she grew up with a silver spoon, Lateasha is deeply sensitive to the needs of various social economic groups, and wants the average woman or man shopping to have their own little piece of "the Rich and Famous", at incredibly reasonable prices (in some cases downright steals)! That is how giving and kind an operation Celebrities Closet is. Win #4-CHARITY A PART OF EVERY ITEM SOLD! Part of the entire business model of Celebrities Closet- unlike ANY other vintage store in LA, is about giving back. So a percentage of whatever incredibly reasonable priced item you buy is given to the CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE! Where else can you buy couture and feel like you are contributing to amazing places like ST. JUDE'S HOSPITAL, and the JUVENILE DIABETES ASSOCIATION? Even if you don't have a pet charity, a portion will still go to one of the charitable "store charities" such as the examples provided. Think you little purchases won't make a difference? Think again! To date, between their Atlanta store and Sherman Oaks store, Celebrities Closets has DONATED over $500,000 to worthy organizations helping people in need! As if all of these "wins" aren't enough, and the financial donations can certainly explain why not only actors and musicians donate there, but the Studios do too;- which explains the great diversity of selection. BUT WAIT...there is MORE!! EVERY WEEK, DONATIONS THAT DON'T SELL ARE BROUGHT DOWN TO SKID ROW AND PERSONALLY GIVEN TO THE NEEDY!
