The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Some cars like to double park and it's a narrow spot so just be aware. Trader Joe's is here which is likely the reason there a lot of people taking up the parking spots.

I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). The only frustrating part is the sunglasses section: most of the sunglasses are locked or protected, so you have to ask an associate for help every time you want to try a pair. It makes the shopping experience uncomfortable, especially for people with social anxiety, because you feel watched and rushed instead of being able to browse freely.

Stocked with plenty of food spots spanning from fast food to sit down eateries to donut shops and treats galore. You'll find a Hello Kitty Cafe & Store, Voodoo Donuts, Starbucks, Buca Di Beppo, Pink's Hot Dogs and ALOT more. Add the huge amount of gift shops and specialty shops and you cal spend hours here! My personal favorite spots are the Nintendo Store, Universal Studios gift shops, and the NBA Store. There's soooo much merch and tempting options. Come prepared to spend, yet practice self-control. Lots of the hubs in CityWalk are pricey, don't expect cheap finds, it's a tourist spot after all. Not in the mood for shopping? There's a movie theater smack in the middle of the action. My parents told me it's gotten a little run down as of late, but it's still open for reason. They have large screens and it's a Universal staple. CityWalk is mostly known as the gateway to Universal Studios Hollywood. You can walk right up to the Universal gates once you reach the end of CityWalk. Some people come in and out of the park to have lunch at CityWalk or an end-of-day dinner. I highly recommend both options. Overall, CityWalk is kept clean and the pavement is consistently power washed. Some shops have better service than others, but I've never really had a terrible experience at any of the stores or eateries. My only gripe would be the industrial food court area. It's a little dated. I've also noted construction, I really hope greed doesn't win and we get to keep CityWalk! I've been coming here since I was a kid.

As a shopping center staple of the 818 it's an "OZ" like hub of some of my favorite haunts in the Los Angeles Valley... Including Vegan Studio, the heart aka hearty eat spot that I discovered in 2020... Residuals, a great divey bar for liquid courage, in the corner of this shopping ceneter and Drip & Roll, the brain or rather brain freeze you didn't know you needed with non-dairy options as well as many classic curds but more so whey like frozen desserts. The parking lot is fairly easy to navigate and usually you'll be in luck, however as more businesses shift back into running at some larger capacity for indoor and/or outdoor enjoyment... Street parking is always your friend and there's plenty of it! Get your haircut, your back kneaded, your nails did and maybe a tattoo via the famous Studio City Tattoo just next door to this perfect plaza of local small biz enjoyment. Don't forget to fuel up at many choice food spots as well like Sushi Dan or Tortas Mexico or my choice pick My Vegan Studio. Many more small businesses just next door and beside here with a big public transit hub for a more green day and central to tons of spots and conveniences... What more could you want!
