My experience has been -- and continues to be -- extremely negative. I truly wish I had known more beforehand, so please think carefully before making a decision. There are many reputable, highly qualified doctors who perform safe procedures with excellent outcomes; unfortunately, this was not my experience here.

I had my initial consult with him back in Jan of 2024 initially wanting a reduction. Over time I started to realize I wanted a bit more and Dr. Zol and his team were very patient and accommodating as I worked through my process. I'm not a traditional FTM patient but I was still able to get the surgery and they handled everything with the insurance wonderfully. I finally had my surgery on 7/18 and couldn't be happier. Their instructions and everything around recovery has been so much smoother than I could have anticipated. They offer so much support before and after. I'm so happy with my results, going from a DDD or maybe even E to fully flat and more masculinized chest has changed my life. I am so happy. I'm so grateful to Zol and his team. Sunshine the coordinator and Britt post op have helped me immensely along the journey. You guys are the BEST. I can't wait to be healed up and back to my normal life. This is going to make such a huge difference for me in my confidence and general well being/mental health. Thank you again!

My experience with the surgery coordinator, Cecilia Contreras, was very disappointing…read more I contacted the office after receiving approval for my second inguinal hernia surgery authorization to understand the next steps in the process. When I originally met with the office, I was told that if I was busy, I could schedule the surgery later and that I had flexibility regarding the timing. I also experienced difficulty reaching Cecilia directly. On multiple occasions when I called the office, she was unavailable, which made it challenging to get timely information and assistance regarding my care. For that reason, I was surprised by the way I was treated during my recent phone call. Instead of receiving guidance and support, I felt blamed for not scheduling the surgery sooner. Patients may have personal, family, work, financial, or health-related reasons for postponing a procedure, and I felt those circumstances were not taken into consideration. What concerned me most was the tone of the conversation. I felt that Cecilia Contreras was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. As someone whose primary language is not English, I was doing my best to communicate and understand the process. Rather than helping clarify the situation, the conversation left me feeling uncomfortable, pressured, and discouraged from asking questions. I was told that if I planned to continue with the office, I needed to schedule the surgery, and if not, I should say so immediately. This felt more like pressure than patient care, especially considering that I had previously been told I could schedule the procedure when my circumstances allowed. Communication was often incomplete. For example, when my follow-up appointment was scheduled, I was given the date but not the time and had to ask for it separately. The call also ended abruptly without the level of courtesy and professionalism that patients should expect from a medical office. Scheduling surgery is a significant medical decision, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and understanding. Unfortunately, this interaction caused me to lose confidence in moving forward with this office, and I have decided to seek care elsewhere. I hope the clinic reviews how patients are treated and improves communication with future patients.

She is rude, dismissive, and acted as though my questions about double billing were a nuisance. This kind of treatment makes patients feel unwelcome and stressed at a time when they're already dealing with health issues. I hope management addresses this, because patients deserve to be treated with respect at there Northridge facility .

Dr. Grigoryan is helping me deal with issues which have arisen with one knee and the opposite hip. I had seen him many years ago when one of the other doctors in the this office suite wasn't available. At the time, I didn't bond with Dr. Grigoryan. My husband is a consistent patient of that other doctor, so my experiences had with mostly been with the other physician. When I needed help again with my knee, the scheduler didn't have an appointment for many weeks for Dear Hubby's doctor. Dr. G's schedule was more flexible, so I took the sooner appointment. This time, it's been a great fit. I find Dr. G to be very kind and thorough in listening, explaining, and providing appropriate treatment options based on my current condition. I like his soft-spoken manner and the gentleness he uses when administering shots. We are focusing on keeping me going without surgery for a long as it makes sense to do so. His supporting staff have been very helpful in getting appointments scheduled, and medical records corralled to share with other providers. My knee is feeling better just now as I go through a series of shots. My hip is holding its own. The lower back; that's a different issue, and they've referred me to a pain management doctor to see about that situation. What fun!
