I documented the damage, sent an email to management with photos, and have still not received a response. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.
