I've been coming here for the past two years, after my previous full-service, handwash car wash turned into an automatic wash and self-service vacuum (boo!). Cabana was an excellent find. I regularly get the Ultimate Wash: vacuuming, handwash, Armor All on the tires and interior, interior window cleaning, and air freshener. With no cars ahead of you, it takes about 30 minutes. With a few cars, about an hour. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 90 minutes. The inside area is a fairly comfortable place to wait, with a restroom available. Sometimes their refrigerators are stocked, sometimes not, but no big deal. If you have a long wait, there's a gas station and some fast food places within 2 to 7 minutes of walking. I will likely return here many times in the future. read more

I took my car in to be washed and it took over an hour and I thought something was off but it was clean I get all the way home and I realize that two of my honda mats are missing. I have custom mats that cover the floors on the front and back. I put my honda mats on top of them. After 20 min they come out to my car and rip up my custom mats and they had put my honda mat under them. Insane. I'm never going back. Yelp made me give them one star. I used to love Cabana, as I had been coming for years, however after my last wash with them I was extremely disappointed. Now I did expect to be there for quite some time as I was getting a full detail, but the hour and a half they said it would take turned into damn near 3 hours. On top of that, someone had either stolen my club or threw it away which was ridiculous as I needed that for work (I work overnight, and like to club my steering wheel). I didn't realize it was missing until I went to work, and figured it wasn't worth it to get upset about. Although they did a decent job with my detail, the wait time and moving things around in my car and not putting it back was enough for me to not want to go back. read more

Dont come here , now let's start with why I came here . I came here to get my car detailed because I'm planning to sell my car . I paid 120 dollars of my hard earned money to get a full detail and car wash, however that is not what I got. There were mark's in my car they didnt even wipe down . They wash the air freshener on to the leather and they didnt even bother to touch my rims . They didnt even wipe down my side view mirror, smudges all over it that I could've dealt with in a couple seconds that I paid them good money to do! When I brought my concerns all they said was that they can fix it. I paid 120$ to get it right the first time , they had my car for 3 hours and could get it done right the first time . When I started I wanted some of my money back for the work they ignored they kept repeating the same thing and when I insisted on a part refund they began to speak in Spanish in front of me. How disrespectful of them to communicate in front of me and I do not understand. Thankfully my Spanish girlfriend was able to translate the back and forth two employees had. They then introduced me to the owner and after back and forth he insisted I need to pay more for the complaints I had . How ridiculous is that , I paid 120 for the owner to tell me I'm wrong? I am appalled at the customer service . He agreed to give me a little part of my money and when I went inside the employees were DRINKING. What kind of car wash has employees drinking micheladas on the job? My car probably didnt get the wash it deserves because half of them are probably drunk . Don't come here, it's not what used to be, $14.99 for a regular car was and now it does not include cleaning the inside of the car, minus well run it through a gas station car wash. The prices here are really high for the services offered. If you just sit back and wait for your car to come out perfect it's not gonna happen. On the other hand if you are very specific and let them know upfront what you want they will tend to your needs. For example, my interior had lots of dirt and grass from being at a soccer tournament in the rain. There was dirt and grass everywhere. I told the guy vacuuming and showed him what I wanted vacuumed, spots like under folding 3rd row of SUV and it was done perfectly. Same with the drying and interior cleaning. When the guy was done, I looked over the car and pointed out spots he'd missed (inside cup holders, door jams) and he went back and retouched. That all wouldn't not have been done had I not spoken up. And, don't ever plan on a "quick" wash. The waiting areas are clean. read more

Took my car for the ultimate wash and it's still filthy. After paying $50 for a wash, I expected it to actually be washed and cleaned. As you can see on the attached photos, my front bumper was never cleaned or scrubbed. My lights were never wiped down. There are water spots all over the grill and around my black suv. The wheels were not scrubbed neither. My dash was sprayed with the conditioner and the person sprayed everything else around it. It looks like oil marks are everywhere inside and on the outside of my suv. It wasn't wiped down properly and doesn't look good. I will never return to this business. Total waste of money. read more

Had my truck washed today at the Cabana car wash in Palmdale. They have a sign that says Tuesday and Wednesday's price is $12.99 for regular cars. Guess how much extra they charge if you have s pick up truck. $7.00 extra. Outrageous!! I will never use them again. All other car washes charge only $2.00 more for a SUV/Pick up. Not the type to review places but this was my worst experience at a car wash I've ever had! The wash was ok after waiting a long time but once they told me my car was ready I went in and noticed something missing. I couldn't get my eye on it so I went to check my dash camera and saw it was moved and disconnected. Turned out they broke it. After complaining they said it was not their responsibility and the person who washed my car went to lunch but the manager kind of fixed it so I left and said ok whatever. I go to a drive through to eat and as I'm about to pay I notice my cup full of change was missing! I usually carry around $20 in pure change because I like to pay in exact change or when I have to park in the streets! I have a tree that has needle like leaves & they were all over my truck as well as all the deposits the Birds left me. They wanted to charge me to brush all the leaves out of the bed of my truck. Pass this on Please I did tell them after the owner asked for my ticket/receipt that I was going to spread the word around of how BAD ya running this business then I crumbled the receipt & dropped it in front of him. I found another Car Wash that treats me like a valued Customer. Go to Palmdale Car Wash on Palmdale Blvd. they took their time & my truck was so dirty that they ran it through the car wash twice & Didn't charge me. Now that's Great Customer Service.
