It's located near the lobby of the hotel and it's open 24/7. They serve coffee, tea, juice, smoothies, and a few quick bites and pastries. I ordered a blueberry muffin and hazelnut coffee and both were tasty. Because it's located on the strip expect to pay a lot more for it. Nearly double what you'll pay off the strip, but that's just Vegas for you. I'm glad it's here because there aren't a lot of options if you are on property. read more

Although there was only one staff member working during my visit, so service took a little time, the frozen cafe caramel with oat milk was absolutely delicious and worth the wait! 4/5 stars Update: We came back this morning and they had more staff working, but unfortunately, the customer service was pretty disappointing this time. The cashier repeatedly talked over my girlfriend, paid little attention to our order, and unprofessional behavior continued when she made a face to her coworker to complain about another customer's smell while taking our order. Yum! I've been twice on the trip and lived the experience both times. Sold on the brown sugar latte, the baba bites and anything pastry sweet. The baba comes in two sizes, the small bite size (you can stretch to 3) is $3.20 and from the price it's easy to walk away. However what a tasty bite and a hint of rum or maybe not a hint, but a generous part of the recipe in the mix. I found happy here. The kid on me rejoices. Ok, so I also ordered a tea drink- not mad at it, similar to what Starbucks offers. Small size was $5.75. My coffee was 7.00 and another pastry I devoured was 6.90.not a single regret. Only con I would say is the breakfast items (that still sell out by 11am) are nothing enticing. I get why they offer it seeing how Vegas has so many people and it works for some. Over priced cardboard and burnt stale coffee. Enough said. I guess I can give details. I got a bear claw pastry and a regular iced Carmel macchiato. It cost $19.95! So basically $20 and it was awful. The bear claw was dry and had no flavor and the coffee was made so quick it clearly wasn't freshly brewed. And it tasted awful. I ended up choking down half the pastry and drink so I could take my morning pills and threw the rest away. I think they do it because they know there aren't a lot of options for a fast quick breakfast in the Horseshoe. Very disappointing and do not recommend. read more

I love me some LavAzza coffee. They make a pretty good drink, but it's a bit on the expensive side, so make sure u have your wallet. We got two latte's and when all was said and done it's $30. The staff can be a bit serious so tell them a joke or two and get them laughing. They will come around and smile if it's a good joke. Located right near the check-in. read more

The food and drinks are alright, but I don't really find a good reason for them to be quite overpriced. When serving my Iced Mocha, they gave me a plastic generic cup. I get that it's in Vegas, but this is just a place to pick up coffee and go elsewhere. They don't really have a place, or in other words, it's not a cafe or restaurant. The lattes were poorly made and there's nothing specialty about this place other than the pastries which you could get anywhere. If you are a coffee connoisseur no need to make this stop! Been here lots of time and this is my morning coffee place. I noticed the current reviews in stating about the wait times. This past week I couldn't believe how long the lines were. I'm not really sure who to put the blame on, the staff, or the rocket scientist customers, who ask 1 thousands questions or make ridiculous customized coffee orders with 10 different requests. On Sunday morning one customer spend 5 minutes talking about his order with the employee. It took me all of 15 seconds to make my order. If this was the Eastcoast he would of been thrown out if the line. I still like the coffee, to me a lot better than Starbucks. Just be aware it around 5-6 dollars a cup. I sent the hubby to grab coffee from here this morning since our room did not have any sort of caffeine option. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the coffee was delicious. We also got 2 breakfast pastries, one cherry and one cheese. They were yummy. Prices were comparable to everything else on the strip if you want more than just black drip coffee. I ended up swinging by LavAzza when I was inside the Bally's with my daughter Monday night about to see the Potted Potter show. The box office had mentioned to go straight down, pass the escalator, to the second escalator to go to Potted Potter show in the Magic Attic. My daughter and I walked by LavAzza in the Bally's. She had mentioned she was a little hungry, so we decided to pick up some milk and fruit. There was no wait in the line at 7:30 P.M on a Monday evening. We had just walked up to the register. There was a wide variety of muffins, cakes, cookies, and other food offerings. Their drinks had a good selection mochas, coffees, etc.. The fruit cup and milk bottle came out to be $11.00. I thought was pretty expensive for just milk and fruit. The fruit was fresh, not old. The service attendant was nice and helpful. I'd come back here again to try one of their other food selections that LavAzza offers. read more

So....i went to the coffee factory and got me a iced vanilla latte. Which was disgusting and i decided to walk around to see if there was another coffee shop around there... Until i found LavAzza! I ordered with Elena.. she was okay ... Not very friendly, but okay. I asked her to throw my other coffee away because I've already ordered my iced white chocolate mocha with her. That's when i believe, KELLY (i hope it's the right name) K for sure... asked me where i got that coffee and told her where i got it, and she made sure i left happy with my coffee. Thank you so much for your help..she even asked me if I wanted an extra shot or anything. I asked her name at the end cause she was super friendly and nice about it, but i can't remember the exact name, but i remember Elena's because i saw her name tag not really because of her service... Great location! Not so great pastries. This review is from visits in June '21, August '21 and January '22. This is the is the coffee shop (bar) directly adjacent to check-in at Bally's (soon to be rebranded as the Horshoe). You may say, "what do you expect from a hotel coffee shop?" MORE! Better quality. Now that being said, the coffee drinks were fine. Nothing to write home about, but serviceable coffee shop coffee. Not a great selection, but OK. My real problem is the pastries. I tried everything from a muffin to a cinnamon roll at different times of day and different days, but they were always dry as if they'd been sitting out all day. Maybe it's the Las Vegas dry air? Maybe they need to humidify the display case. I don't know, but getting up and wanting a coffee and a danish and being presented with the dried husk of a muffin just wont cut it. My advice....get the coffee, skip the sweets. read more

Great Italian pastries and chocolate croissants! I was lucky enough to snag a coffee cake, which is popular and usually sold out by noon. The atmosphere is so unique in this LavAzza. From people shopping for Italian treats and wine, dining, to small groups chatting..it's easy to spend a whole afternoon in here. Everyone is doing their own thing and you will not be bothered. Wow huge shoutout to Nora Larson at the LavAzza inside the Horseshoe! I met Nora back in September and her customer service skills were second to none. She made such a good impression on me I vowed to return and visit next time I stayed at the Horseshoe. Well I came back for the last Raiders game of the season & stayed at Horseshoe and Saturday morning of December 4th I had to go and get a couple of those delicious pastries to enjoy with my coffee and Nora's face lit up with a huge smile the moment she saw me and obviously recognized me! Amazing that she remembered me from hundreds of customers she had served since back in September! She made me feel like a celebrity! During this visit I also got to met Chayo Ybarra and let me tell you this lady is also one of a kind, during our chat I found out her husband went to the same high school I did in El Paso TX. It's people like Nora & Chayo that keep me coming back, Kudos to the Horseshoe for hiring awesome people like these two awesome ladies! read more

Unless you are just getting coffee, spare yourself from this stale food. They will tell you the baked goods came at 6:30 that morning which is either a lie, or it is true but they won't tell you they are 3 days old and stale. We went several times and it was always dry, and had gone bad. AND they are $7-8 a pop. It's a waste. Please, go to Starbucks or buy oatmeal at CVS. read more

Best oat milk lattes and thoroughly enjoyed them. While the pastries and cakes look great, they are under baked and very high calorie. They don't display calories on them so one can rake in a lot at one time. Overall, would definitely go back for the lattes. Very delicious. read more

The service was incredibly slow...it took us at least 15 minutes to move through the line for a coffee...and the workers seemed mildly confused with everyone's order, but the coffee made up for the workers. I got a caramel frappuccino (not something I normally order). It was a large size, since that's all they offer. It was nice and sweet, but not diabetically sweet if you know what I mean. My husband ordered a hot green tea with honey. The lady handed us a cup of hot water and a tea bag...she couldn't even assemble it for us, which is the sole purpose of her job. But their frappuccinos are very good and cheap for the size....so if you're looking for a morning treat this place isn't too bad! read more
