If I could give 6 stars, I would! It's very rare to find someone off Groupon who treats you like an actual customer. The saying "you get what you pay for" describes the majority of my Groupon experiences, so as usual I went in not expecting much. To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be a huge understatement. I honestly felt like a VIP client the entire time! To start off, the bed itself is magical. I could probably lay there for the rest of my life and be totally content. Elizabeth gave SO much genuine advice about how to care for my skin and didn't try to up-sell a bunch of products. She told me about an app ("Think Dirty") that reveals what types of chemicals are in your cosmetics and how dangerous they are on a scale of 1-10. She even gave me a sample of one of the products she used during the facial. I don't remember how long she said that she's been an esthetician (I want to say 15 years? 20?) but she's definitely got a lot of experience under her belt and it's evident. The only thing that I could possibly see someone being unhappy with is the fact that she was running a little behind, but that's only because she puts quality before everything else. She texted me ahead of time to let me know she'd be about 15 mins late, so it wasn't a problem for me at all. My facial went past the time frame and I was 100% appreciative because I knew she was taking her time to make sure I had the best experience possible. Just don't schedule an appointment on a day when you're in an extreme time crunch and you'll be fine :) This is the only place I've EVER found on Groupon that I will actually be returning to. A solid list of 5 star reviews led me to Lavender&Sage. Lavender&Sage is located inside of Sola Salons, which houses many individual professional services (hair, face, nails, brows, lashes, etc.). I found the suite and was promptly greated by Elizabeth. She was very warm and inviting, right out of the gate. Her suite is perfect with an incredibly comfortable table. Unlike most flat tables you encounter, this was more angular, allowing a more natural fit to the body. The sheets were as soft as silk, and the weighted blanket put me into immediate relaxation mode. I chose the detox facial after coming back from vacation with too much booze and not enough sleep. The facial, products and process were all great. Elizabeth is skilled and knowledgeable, and gave my skin exactly the TLC it needed. I look forward to future visits and highly recommend her services! read more

I come here strictly for the Oxygen Facials. Elizabeth does a fantastic job and always goes above and beyond during all my appointments. She takes her time (really) often going over 45 min extra when the appointment is supposed to be just 60 min! WOW! Her bed is probably one of the comfiest I have ever laid in and I get massages and facials all the time! You really feel like you are laying in a cloud! If you have never gotten an oxygen facial before it feels like a gentle pressure wash for your face infusing moisture into your skin. My face looks amazing after so plump and hydrated! Parking can be a bear if you come on the weekends so I recommend booking your appointments during the week. I have never had a problem finding street parking yet. read more

I've bookmarked this place for ages and finally was able to get a facial with Kali. She is amazing! I got a gift card for the oxygen facial with facial massage. She is thorough, communicated very well, gentle with extractions from my maskne. Lately the textures of my skin has been dry and bumpy. She smoothed everything out, gave life back to my skin, cleared up and glowing. Can't wait to come back next month! PS: LOTS of parking and easy to find. I mean really? Who is miserable? The person who cannot handle the truth and accuse her customer of lying and sending unprofessional messages in every way she can find and can't let it go even after 6 months. I blocked her phone number due to prior harassments and hope that she'd stop stalking & messaging me but that didn't stop her. I really felt bad for her but not anymore as I don't appreciate being harassed. Next time I receive another hateful message from her, I'll take her advice and have my lawyer contact her. I purchased a Groupon with an intend to try out a new facial place. And the result was far beyond my expectations! all thanks to Elizabeth! First of all, I booked the wrong date and did not notice there are restrictions to use Groupon on certain days, Elizabeth personally answered my questions and helped me to resolve the issue. She answered quickly with a text format, I already felt like Elizabeth takes care of her customers as her top priority.
