Trying to get a schedule for visits is laughable because their employees don't stick with the times they schedule for visits. Sometimes they are more than an hour late. A few times they showed up with no notice at all. Management is unresponsive and they don't return phone calls. What I also don't like is that they charged for visits that didn't happen because I was sick, etc. This business needs a lot of help with staff and management because they don't know what they are doing. I have already mentioned this to the social workers at community hospital and made it clear that I won't be using them anymore.

Forty years ago, audiologists, with nary a computer in the room, would tweak the old analog aids with a tiny screwdriver. Aids today can be fitted far more precisely, but that also requires a knowledgeable, skilled provider who understands how to customize that power and is willing to take the time to get the best fit.
