I explained that I prefer regular polish for mani pedi after they did gel on toes & powder on hands last month. I walk in and it takes them 15 minutes to start. The manicurist recommends a paraffin treatment because taking the tips off from last time takes a long time due to soaking in acetone. They forget the paraffin treatment. I request the same color on toes as last time, but she paints my toes black, the removes it and doesn't provide the same color as last time because it's not available. It takes over two hours for them to finish but on hands she only gives me base coat plus one coat of clear, no top coat. She tells me I'm done, and the mani immediately smudges. No one is paying attention & they charge way too much for these oversights. I'll do my own nails for this price and lack of detail oriented service read more

Yesterday I splurged with the signature Lavender pedicure which included citrus in the foot soak, several layers of scrubs, masks, lotion and even a paraffin treatment which is applied while a hot stone massage is done on the lower legs. I was looking for a relaxing experience but this was the worst mani/pedi I've had. Extremely rushed. I asked for the CBD pedicure but when the young man was finished it was clear that isn't the service I got. When it was time to pay, I asked what service I received and was told the Rejuvenate Pedicure. I asked why I didn't get the CBD pedicure as requested and was told that some walk-in customers had arrived so there wasn't enough time. I said it would have been nice for them to communicate this to me. When I got home I looked at the Rejuvenate Pedicure, and it's clear I didn't receive that full service either. There was no callous treatment or foot mask and the "massage" lasted about 3 minutes. The manicure was also rushed, finished in 15 min. Will not be returning. read more

Worst manicure I have ever had. My appointment was less than 24 hours ago and my nails are already chipped and peeling. Male tech used a drill to take off my gel off which is terrible for nails. He drilled them so thin that I felt I could feel it burning through to my skin under my nail. He also nicked my skin with the drill and still painful now. He did a terrible job applying the polish and was applying globs of nail polish onto my fingers and was all streaky so I asked him to fix it. Tried to insist that I didn't need it fixed and finally had the other tech fix them. She did my toes and did an okay job but astronomically better than the guy. It was terrible and so uncomfortable. Editing to add: My nails are so damaged and paper thin that IT BENDS. I am so sad that one trip to this salon has ruined my healthy nails that I have worked so hard to maintain (with my nail tech at home). read more

I had dip polish applied and 3 days after application 1 nail chipped. One week later 2 more chipped and the one I had redone also chipped again. Dip polish should last at least 2 weeks if not 3. Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. The technician who did my nails was rushed and noticeably rude throughout the service, despite the salon not being busy. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a stressful one. I'm so happy I found this place! I had my nails done a few days ago (from a different place) and really didn't love them. I almost never got my nails done but I have my engagement photos tomorrow so I thought why not and got GelX. They were not going to work at all.... I called and explained my situation and rush and, thankfully, Kathleen was able to make an appointment for me really quickly. When I got there her and Thao explained the best options for my nails to keep them healthy but make them beautiful and photo ready. Thao took off the brand new GelX as quickly as possible while trying to save my natural nails, then used a little extension with dip powder. The length and color are exactly what I had originally wanted and they feel amazing. And the ladies were so nice and accommodating. I needed desperately to get a pedicure and have been researching great places on Yelp.I have had some good pedicures, but I was looking for a permanent salon to get mostly pedicures. I decided to book a mani and pedicure. I had booked the appointment with Kelly and she was excellent. I chose the essential manicure and spa pedicure from their list. Another woman (didn't get her name) was excellent on my pedicure. She scrubbed all the dead skin off my feet and did a really professional job of my feet. My feet were really dry and needed a good buffing and filing and it felt wonderful. Kelly did my manicure and she was great. Both women took their time and took care of me. I really think I found my new manicure and place for me. It was a little expensive, but well worth every cent. The only difficult thing was finding the building. It really is tucked away in a small strip mall next to Margaret's dry cleaning store. If your not familiar of the area you could miss it. They do prefer you to pay with cash and offer their own gift card you can buy. Next time I might just load money on the card instead. Here is the latest price list. Had gel nails done today and was extremely disappointed. The nail tech didn't fully remove the dark color I had on previously. I asked her if she could remove it and she ignored me. She then put the new lighter color over it so it looked terrible. After she put the new color on I showed her how there is dark color left over. Nails look so bad. I decided to take my kid for a mommy and me spa day during their Grand Opening weekend and boy oh boy, were we in for a treat! The salon is super clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It has a very relaxing and gentle vibe. Instead of the harsh chemical smells that you typically experience at a regular salon, this place smells of lavender (like its name!) and other essential oils which I really appreciate. The pedicure chairs are of high quality and very comfortable to sit in. The extra lumbar cushions they supply also, in my opinion, made the pedicure more enjoyable. If you enjoy getting pedicures with extra foot/leg massage, ladies and gents, you KNOW the importance of having a good chair! They also have a HUGE selection of nail colors (gel + regular polish) and a variety of services to choose from. My daughter got a regular kid's pedicure with Halloween design while I tried their Lavender Pedicure - Zen. The kid giggled and smiled the whole time and gave a big thumb up when her toes were done. She's normally very shy and at times, slightly anxious when getting a pedicure. But today, the nail technician made her feel right at home. As for my pedicure, it turned out fantastic! I am always a bit skeptical when working with someone new, because the last thing I need is having my cuticles cut too deep or nails file too short. But not here. Everything turned out wonderful. My technician paid close attention to how the nails looked and went back several times to ensure that I was happy with the final result. The hot stone massage I received was excellent.
