Also, the name is displayed on the bus. One of the biggest perks is the upper deck of the bus. Sitting upstairs gives you a bird's eye view of the Las Vegas Strip, especially at night when the neon lights and resort facades are brightly lit. The buses were clean and air-conditioned, which was a welcome relief from the scorching Las Vegas heat.

I took the bus from New Vegas (the Strip) to Old Vegas (Fremont Street). It is a very economical way to get up and down the strip. It costs $6 for 32hours or $8 for 24 hours. It is very affordable if you plan on going up and down the strip. Getting a pass was easy. I did it on my phone while I waited for the bus. It took me less than 5 minutes to do. You can use your pass on your phone, Apple watch, credit/debit card, or physical pass. I used my phone. If you are going to use that option, just make sure you have enough battery to last. I did not feel unsafe on my rides, but there was no police presence on board. They do, however, have video monitoring on the buses. Fortunately, I never needed to see the reaction time on any of my trips. The bus was relatively clean. And I will be the first to admit that there are some very interesting people who ride the bus. The buses are ADA-compliant and have wheelchair lifts. The route is pretty much straight and can easily be followed using your map application of choice. I enjoyed my rides on the Deuce. It got me where I needed to be and saved me tons of money. If you have a little time to get to where you are going and do not need a direct route. I would highly consider this transportation option.

Driver pointed to kiosk to purchase $8 24hour pass. Driver said get off I got to go. So I have to dispute that bus fare with my bank to get the funds back. Did enjoy the trip southbound on the Deuce bus along the strip. Major disappointment, no ADA announcements. Didn't know you need to get off the bus at the Las Vegas sign to catch the North bound Deuce along the strip. Ended up at the transit center. Driver said everybody off and then the driver disappeared. Spoke with transit police standing outside the bus, trying to get directions going back to 4th & Fremont. We got directed to another bus that was not the Deuce bus. This had got us totally lost. We got to a part of the city we didn't care to see. RTC lacks adequate customer service from both their drivers and the transit police. So very sad.

It has all the benefits of light rail including prepaid boarding, level boarding, dedicated rights-of-ways, etc without the high costs associated with vehicles and track. The ACE Gold Line serves the Las Vegas Convention Center, Downtown Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Strip. The system runs on its own dedicated right-of-way in downtown, while on the strip it shares the road with other vehicles. Because of this, the vehicles are bound to get bogged down on Las Vegas Blvd. when the Strip becomes a proverbial parking lot. With high frequency, relatively high speeds, and well marked, well lit stations, the ACE Gold Line is a welcomed mass transit option for Las Vegas!

Anyways, if I have to go around the strip, I prefer taking this over the Deuce when possible. It does not go to every casino like the Deuce, but that's the point for me. I like to spend as little time as possible in the normally crowded hotbox. I am normally heading down to Cosmopolitan so it works for me. It stops at Fashion Show/ Wynn, Bellagio/Paris, Excalibur/MGM, Mandalay Bay in the "core" of the strip, so it's not the best for most tourist, but this is a better way to get to the fringes like going down to Town Square, Las Vegas Outlets, heading up to Stratosphere, Downtown or Premium Outlets. Since it doesn't have as many strip stops as Deuce, then you'll get to the other things a bit faster. Just a note if you happen to be at Fashion Show and getting on the bus there, go walk to the Spring Mtn side by Neiman Marcus/Macys and get a bus pass there and come back onto the LV Blvd side to grab this or the Deuce. Since that services residential routes, it has passes at the regular prices and not the strip/tourist price. $3 2 hour passes and $5 all day passes. BTW, unlike the Deuce where the driver is out in the open who you can ask questions to and there is a payment machine on board, this is not set up the same. The driver is sealed behind glass and cannot be bothered and you use the prepaid stations at the stops and be ready to board quickly. If you don't know where you are going, there are maps on the bus route and often RTC ambassadors on the strip stops.

The $163 included 1 hour of driving, gratuity, taxes/fees, & fuel surcharge. After the ride, my fiancé was charged $179; I thought this was a mistake and gave them 2 days before I reached out. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

It's located off of the 95 North and Durango exit. The parking for the RTC is awesome! There are so many spots available. You can use this area to park and ride, or for carpooling! The center includes transit center and multiple bus bays for current service and for future expansion! There is also a drop off and pick up zone so commuters can be dropped off or picked up! Operating hours for the lobby are from 5:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M and there are ticket vending machines onsite. This hub operates several RTC bus routes, including express services. Some of the key routes is the Centennial Express which provides direct service to downtown, the strip or other major RTC hubs in Las Vegas. This RTC is great because you can drive there, park your vehicle for free, and then get on the transit system for work, Las Vegas shows, sporting events and so much more! It's a amazing hub and it's serviced well! This is such a great transportation option for the holiday season or sporting events like the Golden Knights or the Raiders games!

They have several restaurants and other activities to indulge in. Our room was nice, with a decent view and the bathroom was very nice. The overall ambiance felt very elegant. We found the service at this property to be good and everyone was very attentive. It was also nice that the Summerlin shopping area was a 5 minute Uber away. We made appointments at the spa for body treatments and massages and the service was amazing. I had surgery shortly before this trip and the massage therapist made adjustments I needed without a problem. I also liked that the spa automatically added a 20% gratuity to services so I didn't have to think about that. I would highly recommend this hotel/resort if you are looking for a Vegas experience that is a little more low key, but still allows you to have the gambling, dining and shopping experience.

We frequent many of the station casinos. This was our first time staying at one though. We had spoken with the host Seth Fink. He had set us up with our suite, as well as an early check in at 1030 because we were going to the Rouge room pool at 11am. He had guaranteed an early check in because we had over 15 people coming and had a lot of items for the party. We had two other guest of the party book rooms. Which their rooms were both ready by 11:30am. Mine though was given away the night prior!! And I guess the WHOLE RESORT WAS BOOKED! So I couldn't even get a regular room for the time being. I didn't question why they didn't just give me someone else's like they had done with our suite. Our suite which was promised at 10:30 am wasn't ready for another 3 hours until 1:30pm while we had the all our guests at the rouge room cabana and couch which come with nothing but water for a total of 400$ and 200$. So mind you.....I'm already 600$ in at red rock casino. No room. Running down to the bell desk to get into our luggage constantly. Nothing from the host Seth Fink. We actually haven't heard from him for over a week now. And none of his colleagues are helping him out. As I mentioned it's a birthday celebration. So a balloon. A cheap bottle of champagne, or at this point a freaking cookie would have meant a lot. We get to the suite and there's nothing. So it was a disappointment but at this point I expected it. Get the bill for the cabana and couch. Well it's over 2,000 dollars. Seth said he was at least going to take care of the 400$ charge for just having the cabana where there are no misters in ours. But misters in every other cabana. They tacked on that 400$. So strike 2 Seth! No early check in. The front desk was honest about what went on so I appreciate that. But offered not one solution. And now I'm paying to have a dilapidated cabana. As well as a couch right in the sun. We gamble. Everyone in our party gambles so you have 10-15 people running around your table games and slots. Which I understand it's gambling, so you can eventually lose. So at this point we are in over 10,000 on the tables and slots....... Brining the total to over 12,000 dollars at red rock casino. And this is without any tips so far. This is where I'm at the tipping point. If the front desk would have noted about any of experience and reached out the next day it could have made a difference.... 11am is check out. I run down to the vip service check in and ask for a later check out which is what you get with AMEX. Let alone with a casino booked room/suite. This woman at the desk Monday 7/27 places a binder down given me all the expenses on why they charge 100$ an hour for late check out and says welllll you could ask your casino host. I politely ask her please try contacting him because I haven't heard from him in over a week. I have to say on the Las Vegas Strip. I haven't experienced this. They are accommodating, especially when they are correcting mistakes in their property. I pile in everything to my friend's room who did get a later check out at 2pm. I do understand the difference in servicing a suite vs a room. At this point it's a 50/50 of the lack of communication as well as the treatment from employees. We go to their oyster bar and drop another 300$. Play a bit more so another 1500$lost. Brining my grand total to 13,900 for one night for just us. Adding our other guest booked rooms. We have our parties grand total to 14,500$. I must say I don't plan to visit another station property. Unlike many locals. I'll stay on the strip. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. save your money.
