It's not close for me, but she makes it totally worth my drive!! I have A LOT of hair and I'm always surprised by how quickly she can foil my hair even when getting a full. I am only responding because the Salon Owner asked a question in her response. She asked why I left a good review initially and later left a bad review. I was initially okay with my hair result because I was never offered a look at the back of my hair and was rushed out of the salon. Not only that the salon owner failed to mention I changed my review to a negative one about a month later, then removed both reviews bc I felt so bad I didn't want to negatively impact a local business. After I spoke to a new hair dresser I reposted my negative review. Not only did the salon owner not offer to fix my hair after 8 weeks of growth, she said she couldn't. If she couldn't help after 8 weeks, how would she help after a few days? Worse, she admitted she didn't have any record of me in her hair salon on the day of my treatment. She said if I were to undergo this type of treatment in her salon she would require a waiver. I feel like there are more legal claims and serious reports I could've filed that I didn't, so when the owner reached out to me, perhaps she could've taken a little more responsibility. read more

I've been going to Marissa since Feb and I love her technique of adding dimension into my hair with high and low lights and knowing what would look best on me . I came here to get a balayage from Paige and OMG did I leave so happy. Paige was very attentive to what I was looking for. Didn't push me to cut my hair shorter or even a different color (most salons I had gone to would do this). She did exactly what I asked for. I made an appointment at this place and they proceeded to cancel because they said I did not confirm the appointment . Well if you do not get notification to confirm how do you confirm?. After looking at my phone to verify my emails, texts, or voice mails there is none to be found. Called the salon and the gal (probably the receptionist) on the phone would not let me get a word in. I tried to explain and she began talking over me as I raised my voice she decided that I was rude and hung up. For me she was disrespectful. Not only did they lose a customer but a repeat customer.
