I've enjoyed getting my nails done here. It's frustrating that they keep changing staff. I just had a facial here and I don't recommend getting one done here ever again. I came in with confidence. I never stray away from my normal go to location where everyone knows me and what I want but this time I did. I walked right in and knew exactly what I wanted, when making it to the front desk I spoke of just that and the lady just cut me off and yelled for someone to come up to help me and I was showed where to sit. As I was seated and picking the color I wanted the lady made the moment uneasy feeling and seemed to have a attitude. When I chose my color and quickly, I told the lady exactly what I wanted done while in hope the front desk lady did as well. Through the process, Everything seemed to go wrong. I had to stop her multiple time to tell her what I asked for and what I wanted to be done, it was really simple and clear. She clipped my nails all jaggy while long when I wanted them cut short and rounded with tips and the color chosen along with the shape which is what I always get and when taking my nails off you can clearly see that. The experience wasn't what I was expecting nor was it inviting either. I definitely won't be going back because I left with all different sized nails and some skinny and fat ones as well. I was hurt multiple times throughout the process and the nails was bumpy rather than smooth. Very disappointed for sure when I was really hoping for a good experience but still left tipping the lady overall but I do believe I should had gotten my nails fixed or something offered for my experience yet didn't. Came here after hunting down a clean nail salon on Plano via Yelp, and got exactly what I wanted! They offered me a drink right when I walked in and immediately had me in a chair. Unlike the slightly dingy nail salons I'm used to in my college town, this place was full of light and a great environment overall. She opened up a fresh bag of tools and then at the end, sent me home with my file and buffer (which I was impressed by, they don't use those twice!). Rose was my technician and she did a great job. Even helped me pick out a color :) this is definitely my new Plano go to!! As for prices, definitely more than what I'm used to (college town prices...) but from what I hear it's definitely reasonable. read more

I have been coming to this place for sometime now for both mani & pedi. Super clean environment and very professional staff. The only thing I really hate and would probably have me going somewhere else is that they use very poor quality nail polish for regular manicure and a couple of times have the technician added acetone or some liquid to the bottle of the nail polish. I'm not afraid to admit that I need to get my eyebrows waxed every now and then. I checked out this new place as I was nearby in the area and it blew away my expectations. First of all, I didn't know that a nail salon could look so nice and well...lavish. It was definitely an upscale and fancy place but the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long at all and I was pretty much in and out within 10 minutes. I was completely satisfied with how my eyebrows looked and there's honestly no reason for me to go anywhere else now. This place is very very nice and soo clean. I've gotten pedicures and Nexgen nails here. I dont remember his name but he did a great job doing the nexgen it was my first time doing it there and he did my nails shape and length perfectly. But the reason I gave this place 4 stars because I really don't like how they do there pedicures. It hard to explain, but let's just say they don't really get rid of all the dead skin around the nail, if that's how you explain it. But i would definitely do nexgen there again! read more

Just leaving after my first visit. Very cute place with sweet workers. I expect this will be my new place - overall a great experience. Arrival - I booked appointments for myself and a friend on Friday for a Saturday time. I needed a pedi/gel mani and she was doing a pedi/fill. We were greeted when we arrived and invited to pick polish. I really like that they have color "sticks" by product (polish, gel, dip). So many colors to choose from. We were seated in a chair by 10:30 - out appointment time. Ambiance - cute place. Crystal chandeliers, bright red walls with black accents. Very mod and felt posh. The music was generic and slightly loud ... but not so that we could not talk - in fact felt better for convo. But if I'd been there alone I would prefer music more serene and softer (more spa like). My friend and I both felt it would be a perfect girls day out place for a group of girls or party! Actual Service - they started on my pedicure right away but my friend waited at least 20 minutes for anyone to start her. We were not in a hurry so not a huge issue this time but will be annoying if it's a regular treatment. The chairs are comfortable and we were gabbing - so no star deducted. We both felt the pedicure was epic! VERY attentive to details. I have never had such a good pedicure. Kim cleaned my cuticles up and made my heels feel like brand new skin! My friend feels the exact same way about her pedi. Polish was applied flawlessly. I do gel polish on my hands and left my last place bc I had such a bad job last time (chipping in less than a week and splotchy color immediately). Time will tell but I feel that my gel manicure will last a long time. Jenny was so attentive. Again, good job of cleaning cuticles and preparing nails ... and then she did at least 3 coats (maybe 4) of color. They look amazing and had so many more colors to choose from. I also had my brows done and was happy with the shape as well. Sanitation- I saw them open all tools in front of me. The bowls were lined with liners and the store itself fastidious. Wax room was slightly odd (white walls with zero decor) but nail places aren't usually "amazing" with their treatment rooms - and it was very clean. Price - it was $72 before tip so more than I'd been paying but not drastically higher for the upgrades pedi, gel mani and brow wax. If the polish holds up as expected I will be back! read more

PLANO'S WORST NAIL SALON as far as customer treatment goes!! Will never step foot inside their door again. Went to get my two daughters' toes painted and the manger tried to charge me more than the prior week for the SAME SERVICE and then argued with me about what I paid last time!! I took my two little girls, who were already in the chairs, and we walked right out! The little gal at the front had a major attitude and in her attempt to be greedy, she also acted as if I was lying about what I had paid last visit. She was sassy. smarty, rude and lost our business (and everyone else we will tell), not because of her wanting to charge me more (which was a good enough reason not to do business there again), but because of way she treated us. We would have been happy to visit the salon weekly for nail care with the location being convenient, but she totally blew that and lost customers today. GREEDY will eventually catch up to you and any fortune you may have gained in the business will be taken away as fast as you got it!! Shame on you for trying to take advantage of the upper class americans who tried to give you business, and treating them so incredibly terrible in the process. read more
