Beware of this place! I got a pedi and noticed that the nail clippers were not in a sanitized packaged. She got them out of a little bin from her cart where it had other random nail clips. I asked if she could use the ones I bought but she looked at me confused. The nail tech that was next to us said the lady did not understand or speak any english. First time I came they sat me with the man. He began to get frustrated with me because I didn't remember the number associated with the acrylic powder another salon did. I refused to give him my service for the way he raised his voice and I started to walk out. Another tech persuaded me to stay and have my nails done by Linda. Linda is kind and very gentle and takes her time. The only reason I come back is for Linda however the man made me feel uncomfortable and continued to stare the duration of my appointment. I personally do not believe they should allow techs to treat clients this rude considering the relationship between a tech and client is important to some. Never will I be going back to this place again! I got a gel pedicure and the next day the gel polish started to peel off on both my toes. I got mad went back the next day they fixed it and can you believe that it happened again? I had to go back and have it fixed AGAIN! All the years I've been getting gel pedicure I've never had this happen to me, they didn't even apologize saying they were sorry and they blamed it on my toes lmao can you believe that? I have been to to this shop 3 different times, the first two times, I was satisfied with my nails, not so much the third time. I got dip over my natural nails, the lady did three coats and did not bother to file or shape them before painting them. I called the following day and the owner agreed to fix them without charge. When I walked in the owner did not ask to see my nails, to hold anyone accountable. The same lady "fixed" my nails, but unfortunately I was still unsatisfied. Consider this a warning y'all! Don't waste your time and money on this salon! They take a booking but never follow the time and in the end you just end up waiting. They just accept walk-ins until they're swarming with clients and no staff and everyone ends up sitting with their nails soaked in acetone or with your feet immersed in water for a long time, waiting for a nail technician to attend to you and then get left out again in between to attend to other client as well. That's just greediness at its finest! I booked for JUST a gel mani and ended up 3hrs in this God forsaken salon only to get a shitty nails done in the end. This is the 3rd time I'm coming to this salon and I always give the benefit of the doubt to local businesses because I like supporting them. Oh but hey! 3rd time's a charm! And it was the same issue everytime and I had enough! When you view this business from Yelp, you'll see their cover photo, the girl on the right, efffinn RUDE!!! I was explaining nicely why I didn't like how my nails was done, she didn't even here me out and just bursted out saying "do you know how to do nails???" In front of other clients. I came in as a walk-in and they were really busy I ended up waiting 30/40 minutes to get serviced they kept taking clients even though they already had at least 3 other people already waiting to be serviced. The lady at station 6 is who did my nails, I asked for gel x and she was really rough, her drill wouldn't turn on unless it was on a high speed so she burned me multiple times with the drill. She seemed like she didn't know what she was doing I'm not a nail tech but there were BIG air pockets in all of my nails especially on the corners and that will cause lifting and the nails to get caught on things more easy. She seemed like she didn't want to be there or like she didn't want to do my nails. She wasn't even paying attention to the air pockets that were on my nails she was just watching the TV. I asked for square nails and this is what I received she rounded them for no reason once I told her I didn't want them rounded she said it was too late. She just seemed like she didn't care or didn't know what she was doing. I wouldn't come here again. read more

Very good service i have my girls there that do my nails and pedi, lin, Rose, and Kim do my nails for years.

So far this has been the only place that my manicure has lasted 3 weeks. I did get a clear dip with gel polish only because I wasn't 100% sure how the color was going to look using only dip. I went with Lynn and definitely going back. read more

I wasn't satisfied with the customer service here, the owner and the other nail techs seems to only care about their opinion about the nails even when you tell them you don't like them before they start painting all the nails or the length of the nails. They charge an additional $10 to change the color when you're there in person and I don't think that's fair. I wouldn't recommend coming here they will only give you the nails they want. read more

I walked in and even though they were really busy they took me in. While I was waiting I was offered water or coffee and staff was very friendly. I got a pedicure and full set done and was extremely satisfied. I loved the pedicure the lady took her time to actually clean my nails, scrubbed , and took out the cuticles really took her time and ended with a relaxing foot massage.
