The salon is SO nice inside, and the staff were super friendly. There was no wait when I arrived. I told them what I was looking for, and they absolutely nailed it! They sat me down right away and even gave me a complimentary drink, which was such a nice touch. And the chairs have massage functions! The pedicure began, but she was a bit rough. At one point, when polish got onto my cuticles, instead of using acetone to clean it up, she used a file to scrape it off, which was uncomfortable. What made me feel most uneasy happened at the end of the service. While I was still sitting in the pedicure chair and hadn't even put my shoes back on, the technician said something to the receptionist, and the receptionist immediately came over and asked how I would be paying. I told her I would be paying through Zelle, and she gave me my total right then and there so I can pay. This caught me off guard because during my previous visits, payment was always handled at the front desk once I was ready to leave. I also noticed that the customer next to me was not asked to pay while still seated. For context, I was dressed casually in a baggy t-shirt and leggings, and I couldn't help but wonder if that played a role in how I was treated. The combination of being informed of pricing, being asked for payment before I had even gotten up from the chair, and the difference in treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. overall experience was not what I've come to expect from this salon.

I came in to get my pedicure and the nail tech cut me several times which then turned into an infection. This is not the only toe she cut either, thankfully the other 2 toes she cut did not become this infected. Shame on them.

Disappointed! They scam you good. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE , SAYING THE FIRST TRANSACTION GOT "DECLINED" . Also , First of all , one of the ladies did my nails and she rushed thru them! One hand is squared and the other looks oval. We always come to Expert Nails even after we moved 45 minutes away to Whitby. Nina and Lily are the only people I trust to do my eyebrows!
