Can't say enough great things about this place. Prices are competitive but you CANNOT beat the level of service and experience this place provides. Weekly training, all natural products, and straight up good people. Sure your gonna get some variables in there. They way your hair acts to a specific product. Took my wife as a walk-in. The hairdresser repaired her hair that was colored inappropriately by another hairdresser at a different location. The hairdresser at Couture colored the hair the way my wife wanted it the first time and she came out looking gorgeous. I recently received a full body wax from Alex. Let me say that it was a pleasurable experience. Everything was clean and organized. The session itself was easygoing. Alex quickly took off the strip and tried to make it less painful. Some pulls hurt more than others, but that is due to the area being sensitive, to begin with. The only cons that I have are the wax paper on the table since it sticks to my legs. I enjoy my experience and have already booked my next appointment. read more

It was such a pleasure to meet Samantha for the first time today. I originally called because a well-known salon in Whittier messed up my eyebrows royally. I had the best eyebrow person, but she since moved and I tried someone else. Nope. Shouldn't have done that... I let them grow out as much as possible for about four weeks, and Sam could tell I was nervous when I made the appointment. I asked about the process, told her they took off way too much at the tail and in the inner corner on one eyebrow. Fast forward to today, Sam mapped out my eyebrows using the K. Baker method where they overly exaggerate the mapping to make sure they don't take the wrong hairs off while waxing. Long story short, my eyebrows look so much better already! I was extremely happy with my hair cut and style; Eileen was amazing. this salon is now my go to stop for a hair cut as they do amazing work and it close to my house. if your looking for a hair cut this is the go to stop. I have also gotten a lash lift here too. their lash does last a lot longer then most places. The place was a challenge to find but so worth the U-turn/s. I was greeted and offered a drink as soon as I came in. And was taken in 5 min soon after. Mind you I just made the appt 2 hrs before. Staff was friendly and the place was organized, clean and didn't smell like the usual salon where the chemical over power your sense of smell. They use organic products. Eileen the owner, gave an awesome shampoo with scalp massage that I almost fell asleep. She gave me a great cut and styled it so beautifully that I feel like slapping some make up on and dress up. Eileen (salon owner) makes sure every client is happy from the moment you book your appointment until the last hair flip out the door. I got my hair done by Tiffanie and I had no idea what color I was looking for.. She patiently talked me through my dilemma by showing me visual examples and explaining different color tones and color combinations. I am very particular with my hair and I have a very hard time letting just anyone near it with scissors. She mastered the absolute PERFECT cut and color which matched my skin tone wonderfully. I didn't feel rushed at all with my questions and concerns, In fact I felt as if I was treated with the upmost professionalism and kindness. The salon has a warm welcoming feel to it the moment you walk in. I totally left feeling like I got treated like a princess! I HIGHLY recommend Tiffanie for your hair needs.
