Destiny was my nail tech tonight and she gave me an amazing pedicure. My best friend had Stephen and was very pleased. We both got a complimentary glass of wine. We loved the paraffin and hot stone massage that was included in the pedicure serve we picked. By far was the cleanest nail spa we've ever visited. I will be back for every pedicure in the future. TN gave me the worst experience of my life. I went in for my appointment I scheduled 2 weeks ago and he had no record of it and was in the middle of a pedicure. He had me sit down and started my nails while cashing out customers and finishing up the pedicure and then began finishing up another pedicure. I tried to be kind and understanding even though I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and have an event on Saturday. He made my nails all different lengths and then when I kindly said a few of the nails were too short he replied that he would take them off for 10 dollars and do another full set for 50 dollars and add 5 dollars to shape my nails the way I had them before. When I said no he said i had to pay him full price when all he did was shape them and fill them with barely enough product to to build a nail (they were very flat) and I left with dusty half done nails that I had to rip off myself. I'm appalled if I was a business owner and found out that a customer left with an undone product and PAID. I paid twenty dollars for the little product he used and his time that he spent also working on other customers. I'm sure the other technicians are great but whatever you do. Do not go to TN for the acrylics unless you want a half assed job with products that are clearly out of date and dried up. read more

This was the most dehumanizing, most demoralizing experience I have ever had in my life. Not to mention absolutely terrifying. I ask those of you reading if you have ever been held captive or feared for your safety while getting your nails done. If you do not want that to happen to you , please stay far away from this establishment . I have been a regular loyal customer of lavue. I came today for a full set and pedicure. I kindly and respectfully expressed my dislike for my acrylic nails to the gentlemen doing my pedicure. I felt the lines on my design were crooked. He spent the next few minutes berating me and gaslighting me, telling me he saw nothing wrong with them. He said the woman who did my nails was busy & there was nothing they could do to fix them. I kindly requested removal of the nails, if they could not fix them. that is when a woman stepped in and told me If they removed the nails, I would still have to pay. I struggle with speaking up for myself and it took alot for me to tell the gentlemen I didn't like my nails. I was actually on the verge of tears not wanting to say anything, because I did not want to hurt anyone's feelings . The man and woman both joined together to yell, use profanity, bully me, and make fun of me for crying. At this point I was hyperventilating crying hysterically, as they mocked my tears. I told them in frustration I would be disputing the service if I was forced to pay for it. They told me that they would then be calling the police. Absolutely mind blown I began to explain that it was my right as a consumer to file a dispute if I please. These individuals instead of listening to what I had to say continue to yell at me and insult me. I began to fear for my safety and decided to try to FaceTime my mom. They thought me holding my phone to FaceTime my mom was my attempt to record them. They started screaming at the top of their lungs to put my phone away and using profanities. They refused to allow me to pay & told me " now it's f**k you ". Due to their vulgar and aggressive nature I decided it would be in my best interest to call 911 as well. I explained that they were basically kidnapping me by not allowing me to pay but threatening the police. This meant I had no way to leave because I would be charged with a crime if I left. The Brevard county sheriffs arrived and convinced these people to allow me to pay for my service. The police specifically stated that neither party would engage in dialogue with the other. They promptly went against this and began making fun of me and making comments under their breath, which prompted the officer to remind them they are not to be speaking to me. Due to the comment I made about wanting to dispute the service, they tried to convince the officers to waste their precious time and resources by escorting me to an ATM to pay cash. I am still very emotionally distressed from this altercation and now have trauma from what was supposed to be a simple visit to the nail salon. read more

I truly have never been treated with such disrespect in a nail salon before. I showed my tech a picture of the ideas I had for my nails, she took one look and proceeded to do the set nothing like the picture. Being someone with anxiety it's hard to speak up but when you do you don't expect them to belittle you. When i said i didn't like my nails because i had an event (wedding) and they wouldn't match my dress because it looked nothing like the picture i was told, "was it because your boyfriend didn't like it" i was also told "i cant believe you're ruining this". My nail tech was amazing! She did a great job, and if it wasn't for her, they would have no stars! The nail techs in the salon are kind but the owner is very rude and she does not value her customers or their time! I will not be returning due to her being disrespectful and very very rude! They also do not honor coupons so no need to get excited when you receive one! I was okay with that, as my nails were perfect BUT the owner had to stop doing my daughter's nails to come over and try to blame me for the error of her staff. She returned to my daughters nails, did not finish the design and also had to be encouraged to do my daughters eyelashes. Of course my daughter no longer trusted her to do them. Therefore, we passed on eyelashes BUT the owner insisted on laughing, talking about us in her language and trying to get the staff to agree with her. They did not and were very apologetic, but that was only when she was out of their presence. Staff needs to find a better location, and owner needs therapy! read more

My experience here was not a good one at all. I was passed around to three different people and no one was really telling me why. Then the guy who finally worked on my nails was nice, but I would tell him what I wanted and then he'd either do the opposite or question my choice. I felt like he rushed. I also felt that he should have been more honest and let me know he was not the one who does the more intricate and cool designs they often post. I left so terribly upset. To make things worse, only 4 days after my gel started to peel back on two of my fingers. For the amount of time and money I spent in the nail salon that should not have happened. Also, the nail tech who worked on my sisters nails was incredibly rude to her. My sister would ask for a specific color in the design and then she was snapped at. I'm very disappointed that I did not have a good experience here. read more

Lily did my nails and does an excellent job. I started going to this salon about 3 months.Unfortunately I will not go there any longer because on several occasions when I arrived for my appointment Lily had just started doing someone's nails! Lily did not acknowledge me or apologize. Lily is unprofessional and arrogant. They charge you higher prices but lack in customer service.Beware of being quoted a price and then charged extra for filing your nails! read more

I had the worst experience ever here. They were drilling my toes to the point of pain and I asked them to stop and they wouldn't. They then proceeded to charge me $25 for the "jelly" that i had not even put my feet into. I left with my toe nail polish half drilled off and was yelled at by the disrespectful lady who was working. read more

The manager did my nails.. not sure if her name because she barely talked to to me and acted like she was totally put out that she was doing my nails.. They inside was nice and have drinks. La Vue is amazing. It's so clean and pretty inside, it's not like a typical get in and get out nail place. Everyone is very friendly and makes sure you get what you want. TN is incredible, he did the design I wanted perfectly, and gave me the most beautiful almond shape! They never make you feel rushed and always do a good job. Highly recommend! read more

Only leaving a star because I don't have an option. The door clearly says walk-ins welcome. We walked in 2 minutes after opening, there were no patrons in the building and we saw at least two employees. The lady that saw us asked if we had an appointment, we said no. She said you need to make an appointment. I guess we will be taking our business elsewhere. Why if you have zero customers you would turn two away? It is just mind boggling. I can't see this place staying open long if this is how they run their business. It did look like a nice salon though, to bad... we were hoping we found a new place to be regulars. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would !! I made an appt and arrived before my appt and they took me back promptly. I showed the picture to the guy doing my nails ( very basic hot pink ombre with white hearts) the guy told me about 10x he could do it. so hes doing my nails and i showed him the length i wanted , not 1 nail is that length, matter of fact ALL of my nails are different lengths. Mind you by now he is completely ignoring me because i asked him twice to repeat himself because i couldnt understand him through the mask and divider. so he goes to do the hearts and it literally looks like a 1 year old did them. i very politely asked for someone else who could paint the hearts, he got upset with me and told me to leave his area and go to the front. the woman tried so hard to fix his mistakes ( thickest nails ive ever seen and all different lengths) well she ends up cutting my finger, and says that the guy did my nails horribly..... yet they charged me 75 dollars...come on man bad business ALL AROUND read more

I had an appointment and I asked for a full set with design and even showed a picture. She used another color after convincing me it was similar and I didn't like it. I offered to pay extra for her trouble since she was going to have to remove it. She was visibly upset and told me I was to wait 15 minutes which I did due to the additional work. She worked on another lady and I waited about 30-45 min. Upon sitting down she kept huffing and puffing and complaining about me and I reiterated that I didn't mind paying more. Upon leaving she snatched my card and overcharged me and threw a dollar back at me in anger and sent me on my way. There is a lady that spoke Spanish that works there and I told her how she shouldn't be in customer service if she can't manage her anger and treat people and the worker agreed with me and said that she's always unpleasant and rude when a customer isn't happy. She got what she wanted because I won't be back. Be aware, it is the lady that sits at the first station. If you have a complaint she will probably treat you the same. Pedicure was done by another lady and she was excellent. read more
