I've been working with Catrina Rebstock in the Rochester office for a year now and have been very pleased. She helped me find new policies that saved a lot of money, and has been very responsive to questions. Recently, when I got stuck with a dead EV battery in the parking garage at Toronto Pearson airport, she was tied up but the colleague covering for her went out of her way to expedite contact with my auto insurer for roadside service, and even called back a couple hours later to make sure everything was okay. I will never seek insurance from Lawley Insurance in my life and I would hope my friends would not either. I was at Lucky day tonight with my boyfriend, and there was a man sitting at the bar for two hours with two open bar seats next to him, telling me the seats were taken. That is not character That is not honesty, that is not respect for others. I would never buy insurance from you with you guys having a guy like that on board with you. If you wanted to be that way, you probably shouldn't have been promoting them wearing a jacket with the insurance carrier name on it. read more

I have been buying insurance for 40 years. Lawley is unorganized, unprofessional, and lazy individuals at best. They are merely messengers and do not help at all after you buy a policy. They don't appreciate customers. Tracy Jarnot, Chip, Deena Koch have been my service reps and all need to learn about customer service, better communication skills, and professionalism. I made the mistake of insuring my business with Lawley Insurance and right from the get-go it was a very unpleasant experience. I dealt with three different associates in the year I was insured with them and one was more clueless than the next. How difficult can a simple business policy be? I'm the only employee of my company and my insurance needs were not complex. In addition, I got three cancellation notices throughout the year -their error. But even through it was due to some kind of clerical error that they admitted was their fault, it was still extremely frustrating to have to deal with this. Getting cancellation notices in the mail is rather stressful. I'm busy and don't have time to deal with this type of thing. I do not recommend this agency under any circumstances. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. read more
