But the result was much more, the variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, (some bearing berries for birds) is the envy of the entire neighborhood. The plants have matured into a planned "painting" of contrasting foliage. My experience is that money spent outside of the house goes further than remodel money spent inside...maybe it is the "alive" thing that plants have. I guess I will keep doing my business with Site One where they sell by weight. At least you get exactly what you pay for. Not open on Sundays but I guess I can wait a day and save some money.

Used this business for the first time 2 weeks ago to deliver 20 cubic yards of playground chips…read morewhich we have to top off at least every other summer. First time I called to check on price per yard and delivery cost, the woman on the phone was rather snippy, but when I called back to place the order, another lady was very nice. On the day of the delivery, the driver called to double check the address and dump location as I was at work. We confirmed that he should dump the mulch on the driveway. He even told me that there might be some spill over onto the lawn. I totally understood because of the amount I had ordered. But when I got home, the ENTIRE mountain of mulch was on my lawn with spillover covering the city sidewalk! I couldn't believe it! That meant rushing to distribute the mulch before the lawn died and HOURS of extra time to remove as much mulches possible from the grass without ripping it out of the ground. I called to let them know and was told the manager would call me back, but he never did. The product was good and the price, and I totally understand mistakes happen, and I would have even given them another shot if they had apologized and been more professional and customer oriented. Super disappointing.
