I love this hookah lounge because of the exhaust system that they have. I don't feel like I'm sitting around in a cloud of smoke. PSA-for all of the bad reviews of their drinks. They only have a beer and wine license and their "liquor" is wine based and half as strong if not a little less then traditional spirits. Door man never told us to put our name down on the list, got skipped over 3 times to go inside have been waiting for over 2 hours to go inside. Waitress told us to check out and never checked on us again after we checked out. We've been waiting for over an hour to order drinks again. Been coming for almost year again always loved the ambience but since the year started their service has gone down because they don't know how to handle the amount of people coming to visit the lounge. Need to be more efficient on their wait process and have a better way than just writing your name down on a piece of paper, or at least have them put their time. Also multiple people vouched that we were her first than the other 3 groups and even had a time stamp from a receipt. update: After 3 hours of waiting they're expecting us to pay cover even though we've already bought a bucket and 2 hookahs. read more

I had a great time here. We ordered a bottle of wine between the two of us and hookah of course. The DJ played hiphop, r&b, Reggae and Reggaeton. I'm giving them 3 stars because when we got our bill back there was some unknown charges. We let them know and they happily took it off. But luckily we were aware. The service was okay, took a while for someone to take our order and filter our hookah and the establishment wasn't that big compared to other hookah lounges in Orlando that I've been to where there was alot of ppl/huge venue but service was a lot more attentive. read more

This place was pretty cool it reminded me of a local joint back home. The service was pretty good and music as well!!! This is layback hookah lounge they have happy hour Monday to Friday 5pm $10 hookah!!! The staff there is extremely friendly. However drinks aren't the best my recommendation is to order beer. Other then that is pretty cool I made a RSVP because they said they didn't have availability but we still went and tried and they did have tables it was on Saturday night! read more

I came in on a Friday night and had a somewhat good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and chill environment. If you're looking for a spot to chat and a have a few drinks, check this place out. Points off for the hookah. They do have an impressive selection of flavors BUT I don't know what happened, my friend and I had really bad headaches when we went home. We smoked the mint and blueberry flavored which paired nicely. As for the drinks, they got a decent selection of beers (no craft) and basic liquor. If you're a drink snob, this isn't your place. They don't have too many top shelf drinks. Prices are reasonable for drinks and hookah. read more

Great place! Drinks are super cute and really reasonably priced. I had the Pina Colada and it tasted fine. I debated ordering it at first because of another negative review about the drinks, but I didn't experience anything wrong. With a couple drinks, hookah, and the happy-hour hookah special, the whole thing was only around $25+tip for us. Will be back! read more

Convenient location for waterford residents. Not packed on a Saturday @9pm (which was great), but most tables were filled by 10:30 (DJ shows up around 10pm at which point they ask patrons to pay a $5 cover...even if you've already been there for over an hour). Good quality hookah that was fairly well tended to. GREAT Moroccan mint tea. Wish they would get a much larger shisha flavor/brand selection, but overall a nice chill way to spend a sat night :) read more

I like this place it was my first time coming here and the service was really awesome. The prices are fairly cheap and if you are looking for a good chill place to hang out with your friends I would recommend it. I'm not sure if they play music here because when we went it was super bowl Sunday but they do have two big flat screen tvs. I also tried the caramel cafe latte and it was delicious!!!! The drink menu seems pretty typical as any other lounge or bar. The only down side is that it isn't that big on the inside but they do accept reservations so that's cool. One of the worst places I have ever been to. Service was really bad, and the owner could careless to help us out. Every time we go there early, he would move us to a small table since he tends to have big groups so that they would spend more money, even though we tend to spend a lot of money the night me and my husband go. Hookahs could be smooth sometimes, and at other times they really would have a weird taste after ordering it not too while ago. I would not recommend this place after the experience that we had multiple times. A lot of teens there that I notice and lots of underage drinking. Just when to thisplace on saturday night 6/21/2014..... Yep we were def not told abouit the $5 DJ fee until we had already order.... we stayed anyways BIG MISTAKE. The hookah was good, nice atmosphere. DJ was lame .... The girl came to the table maybe twice.... at the end she ended up adding an 18% tip to the bill.... It was only two of us and we order one beer and the hookah. She simply said she was very sorry but she couldnt take it out that the system automatically adds it... I told her that it was uneacceptable to assume I wanted to tip her 18%. I understood that if it was a party of 6 or more thats the norm but not for two people.... I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.... better places in Orlando read more

Just left from Layalina Hookah Lounge. There were 3 of us and our order was: 2 hookahs and a pot of hot tea. How was our bill $70? Apparently there was a $15 "DJ fee" (lol) but as if that wasn't ridiculous enough - we specifically asked to sit outside when we noticed the DJ getting ready to start his set. So we got charged for NOT listening to the DJ. Ok. Then they automatically charge an 18% gratuity fee. So all of the extra fees are charged with no one telling you or it being posted anywhere. This place should come with fine print. I don't appreciate the way they do business if it's done in that way and for that reason I won't be going back, I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to either and if you're reading this review - I suggest taking your money to some place that doesn't overcharge their customers in a shady way. I could have paid the same money for the same order on south beach. Ridiculous. read more

Got there around 10 o'clock saw that it was packed kinda surprised that it was packed that early but also wasn't cause it's very popular. Got to the door and they doorman told us that it was packed we said we'll wait outside and order stuff. So after like 20 mins of waiting they let a group that came around at the same time as us in so we're like we should be next but weren't too worried since we brought uno cards to play with and had made friends. After an HOUR of waiting another table opens up and they give it to another group even after 2 people vouched for us saying we were their first, but since the other people has written their names on a paper that wasn't mentioned to us, also we had a receipt with a time stamp stating what time we got there. We got skipped over one more time after that. After almost 3 HOURS of waiting they told us they had a table but we had to pay for a table even though we had already purchased stuff and we were planning on buying more drinks but never got checked on after our first round. read more

Friends and I show up to enjoy a chill Friday night. Showed up right before 10:30 to a huge line of people waiting to be let in. Cool . I get it , it's Friday night. My group of 4 friends were sitting at an outside table ordering hookahs and beer to kill the entrance wait time. While patiently waiting one party skips our entrance, being 3+ then my group. We then pay , in hopes we'll be let inside soon since we had been waiting , nope. Get skipped again and when asked between other tables around us by staff who was here first, our party was the only one who could provide a timestamp. Staff then starts a wait list to get in. Idk why the list wasn't in motion before or at 10:30pm. Idk. So for the rest of the night there was tension between all the people outside. I don't recommend coming here because it seemed as if they wanted violence to occur. Like as if there wasn't already a stabbing there this year alone. We all need to support Hookah lounges that use effective strategies when faced with high volumes of customers. read more
