Sex on the beach(SOB)
Berlyn D.

The food are really good and good amount of portions. Nachos are tasty and wings well cooked! Love the food!! Drinks are great too, I ordered Sex on the beach(SOB) like two of them then got some peach margaritas it was okay.. then we ordered green tea shots those are good too. My friend got Jack and coke. The bartender is really nice and accommodating always checking on us. I guess her friend looks like me lol but she was really nice and sweet! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is great few games too and tables where people can socialize of course.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This bar has games and a mystery vending machine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was tempted to get a mystery bag from the vending machine. I just had a drink here, Moscow Mule. Bartender was really nice and I enjoyed my drink.

Great sports bar with good food and lots of games to keep you entertained. We played skee-ball and darts and enjoyed their Sunday mimosa special. The bartenders were very personable as well!

I used to come here all the time a few years back and loved it. The food was great and they had some great options. After ether changed their menu I've been twice and not again. The options are not very good and not really bar food anymore. The staff was very pleasant and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant itself was fun. They offer a lot of fun themed nights.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My friend and I tried out Social House for the first time. I wouldn't recommend going here if you have a gluten intolerance. They told me that they couldn't really confirm or make anything gluten free besides the burger with no bun and a side salad so that is what I got. It was ok. The strawberry margarita I had was pretty delicious. The meal was a little more pricey than what it should have been for the quality I got. It is also nice if you want to watch a game because they have so many TVs and a fun atmosphere. There was live country music when we went which made the experience better.

I feel like this place does not know if it wants to be a straight up Bar or a Pub. We arrived and were greeted and taken to a table like a restaurant, but the table was sticky and dirty with food particles like a bar. They have a lot of TV's and for a Saturday early evening (like 6pm) there seemed to be a disproportionate amount of loud rowdy people. (my chair was plowed into no less than 7 times while eating and a couple of "hair flips") Ok so it's CALLED Social House. Unfortunately it was so loud even yelling it was hard to understand/hear the waiter or the person across the table from me. I attempted to try texting but since the building has a metal roof the service was spotty at best. The server arrived and he was very pleasant. I asked what type of dark beers were available like milk stout or the like. He said they really did not have anything dark at all. Ok, no problem let me get a regular Ice Tea. I was informed that I probably would not like their Ice Tea. He said nobody really likes it. (While MUCH appreciated - if you servers know this...why are you still serving it??) The food arrived in about 20 minutes but sadly the Mac and Cheese was luke warm at best. Personally, I did not like the taste and while I have no idea how much or little time they put into the prep, I tasted basic spiral pasta and canned cheese sauce. I opted for the Chicken and Waffle slider but I wonder... if you take a chicken patty and a full size waffle and then cut it in half...is that REALLY a slider ? The sandwich was OK at best. There were a lot of people there drinking so maybe this is great BAR but my experience I was not satisfied with 30 dollars for a burger, chicken sandwich and 2 drinks at a dirty table in an environment that I could not really even have a conversation. Maybe this would be a good lunch spot?

A group of friends and I were looking for something to drink after having had Ramen at Chibi Domu. We stopped first at Brass Tap but after seeing the prices we didn't stick around and ended up here at Social House. You can't even hear yourself think if you go inside, so we sat out on one of the benches, ordered our libations and some funnel cake fries which.. I had not heard of ever before, but we all loved it. Service was good, prices were reasonable, but as mentioned before, it was so noisy inside that I would probably only ever sit outside if weather permits.

Soooooo, our second visit to this place within 2 weeks! I think that probably lets you know how delicious and awesome I think this cute little spot is! The first time there, we sat at the bar and had drinks and lunch. My second time consisted of Sunday football, drinks and food. Sunday is definitely the day to hang out at this spot! I love how they have tags on all of the televisions, letting you know which games will be on what TVs. That allows you to sit exactly where you want to get the full affect of your favorite football team!! First things first... absolutely delicious old fashioned, definitely bomb bourbon bloody Marys, and positively perfect mimosas. We also had a raucous good time playing Jenga. It was just my husband and I, but, man what a riot. Lol Our food selection was the Cubano sandwich and pulled pork nachos. To our delight, the food was outstanding. The pork was a little crispy, a little tender, and a lot delicious! We also enjoyed the pulled pork tacos and Ahi tuna tacos. Oh yesssss... Almost forgot we also had queso and chips too. Yummm. My advice, Easy Peezy, head there on a Sunday and totally enjoy your entire day there! Obviously, we will be there too.

There appeared to be two people checking on the people who were in the front of the house. You can sit wherever you like and eventually someone will come in and take your order. The person who waited on us did not normally work on Monday nights. She was very pleasant. I thought it took a little longer to get my food. Luckily the game was going to start soon so it took my mind off of having to wait so long. I ordered the smash burger and fries. The fries were crispy and hot. The smash burger was sub par. Burger, cheese, bun. Absolutely zero seasoning. Toppings were extra so I just got it with cheddar cheese. Flavor wise it was definitely lacking. The wings were crispy and the teriyaki sauce was good. I asked for my check and waited over 20 minutes. The person who I asked for my checked walked by like she had forgotten that I had even asked. When she mentioned oh I'll be right back with your check and the wings! I had to go to the bar to get it because the waiter never brought it over. Now I came here to watch the game. While it was playing on all the TVs, there was no sound. I am not sure if it had anything to do with the large party that was there, but I was disappointed that they did not have any sound playing for the game. Hopefully this was an off night, was hoping for a better experience for a bar that is supposed to be an Eagles bar.

They had great decor and the game was on TV all around the bar. It was perfect for us. They were SUPER busy and could tell they were short staffed. The servers were all very friendly and said it would be just a bit for food to come out. No problem since we could watch the game while we waited. We ordered some pretzel bites for an appetizer and that came out pretty quick to give us something to snack on as well. My oldest did the shrimp burrito and she really loved it. It was also huge so she was able to take half home to have the next day. I shared the Greggie (Philly) since I was not too hungry and it was good. The others had the wings and they liked those as well. It did take a while for the food, but since the server communicated that before we ordered we didn't have a concern with it. Very chill vibe and would go again when on that side of town.

This location is cute with an open floor plan, black and white photos, many tvs, and an open kitchen. I started the evening off with an espresso martini. For the bar only having about 3 people and the restaurant not full, I was surprised at how long it took to get the drink. It was a pretty good martini. Our server was very nice. Let's get to the food. For an appetizer, we started with the grilled cheese brisket sliders. The brisket wss juicy and I enjoyed the dipping sauce that was paired with it. For entrees we got the 6oz bistro steak and the classic tavern burger. The steak was cooked great and the sauce on top was delicious. The meal comes with veggies and potatos. I asked for the chickpea fries instead of the potatos. I was shocked to see the bill at the end that I was charged the full amount for a side item of chickpea fries. I get an upcharge for a more premium side but I did not get the potatoes that come with the meal to have the chickpea fries instead. Also the chickpea fries have a much mushy texture now than they used to in the past. The burger was decent with no complaints there.
