I'm not ready to give in to paying hundreds of dollars for a cut & colour, and I'm very glad Glamour Cuts isn't either! "E" was my hairdresser - That's how it's pronounced, not how it's spelled but I'm not sure of the spelling so there we are. She was wonderful! Not only was she the perfect amount of friendly, she matched the colour I wanted PERFECTLY. Like exact perfectly. She was super easy to work with and it took no time at all to decide on the blend/shades, mix them, then apply it all to my head. I was there a little over an hour - another huge bonus since I'm definitely not used to spending that little time at a hair salon. They were very efficient and had you out fast, but I never once felt rushed. She gave me a cut too and once again, listened and understood perfectly what I was asking for. I'm in love with the cut and even more in love with the colour! It had been years since I changed it up, and for someone who never went more than a few months with the same hair colour, this felt really amazing. The atmosphere is very unassuming and the rest of the staff was a lot of fun. Everyone jokes and talks with another. The only thing that could make this absolutely perfect is complimentary wine/mimosas! I've always been super picky about who I let manage my tresses and she completely understands my wants and needs, and more importantly gets it right the first time. Her new space located within the Blue Lion suites is fantastic. It's set up efficiently and comfortably, but most importantly the complete focus is on me the whole time. Her understanding and honesty when it comes to color is amazing and so appreciated. I love how she gives me the honest low down of what I can expect as the final product based on my texture, length, and current color and will not try to upsell me just for the sake of it. My hair has honestly never been this healthy before and I have to give her major credit for that. And the cuts -- oh my goodness! -- amazing! I…read moremade THE worst decision of box dying my hair several times because mid-life crisis I ruined my hair and was so shameful to call my girl Bobo to let her know I was ready to go back to the old me. As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.
