The only thing we would caution you is that the dip is a little messy...it's made with chunks of brisket, not sliced, so it is a little tricky to keep it together--but delicious, nonetheless! The host was engaging and kept things running smoothly and upbeat. The service was wonderful and personable--you can really tell they care about what they've created. The space is beautiful inside and out, with great vibes and plenty of seating. We ordered the wine cocktail--so good!!!! It's located close to downtown Chelan, and while there is parking, it's also easily walkable from most spots in the area. I'd recommend making a reservation, especially for trivia night. For dessert, the lemon tart was full of body and luscious and the strawberry gelato was clearly fresh. Service was spot on. Chelan is a seasonal resort town, so many of the servers are 20 or under. I didn't personally try it, but it looked great; however, I was told the flavor was a bit lacking. Dessert totally redeemed any small issues--the chocolate mousse cake was incredibly decadent and rich. Definitely a must-try. I even took a slice home for my husband. Service was friendly and attentive, drinks were great, and most of the food was very good. Our total was close to $200 for three people, which felt fair for the quality and the occasion.
