Honestly, that smell alone had us excited to eat. The setup here is casual and easy. You order at the counter, grab a table, and they give you a number, though a lot of the food was ready so quickly that several items were handed to us almost immediately after ordering. Our group shared all kinds of things so we got to try a little bit of everything. My daughter and I split a loaded baked potato topped with pulled pork and added several sides to the table because honestly...we wanted to try it all. The fried okra was especially delicious, but truly everything we had was good. Around the table: * My dad ordered the nachos * My mom got a sweet potato along with brisket-stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon (which she absolutely loved) * We sampled sides galore and nobody left hungry The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and service was FAST without making the experience feel rushed. We each ordered a side of potato salad and we split an order of Brisket Twisters which are jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Neither of us finished and both of us had to get a to-go box. Overall everything was really good. Everything was fresh, the hot foods were hot, not warm or dried out, from sitting around in a warming cabinet, for hours, and the potato salad was well chilled, not room temperature. It is things like this that I notice, and make a difference. The only thing I was not keen on was the rib. It was extremely soft almost mushy and literally falling of the bone. I know thats how many people like their ribs. I just prefer my ribs to be a little less well done and have a bit of a pull to the meat to get it off the bone, so I am not going to ding them for that. The counter where you order and get your meal is clean, bright and cheerful, the staff are all really pleasant, friendly and helpful. The dining room is fairly large and roomy, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your food. Overall, a really good dining experience and we both agreed we would dine there again.

I bet she went on for three minutes about how that was too much work to ask the staff to do and how ridiculous the request was. What's odd is I'm seeing a whole bunch of grilled and fried fish coming out of the kitchen. I don't know why it would be so hard to just simply slap a couple pieces each of those on a plate but whatever. She's the one that cost you guys your 5th star. Anyway, they have pretty extensive standard fear, southern eatery food, glad to see they have some gizzards delivered on the menu, but they also have a crab cake. I'd like to try someday and of course their burgers. I opted for the number 13 three pieces of catfish with two sides at $10.99. The biscuit looked weird and honestly, I think it was a deep fried so it was somewhere between a pretty tasty little biscuit and a doughnut that had a glazed. The coleslaw was crispy and fresh. I'm pretty decent but they sure take it up five or six levels with a little sugar in their dressing and maybe some servicing? My second side was red beans with rice. Rice appeared to be just steamed that whatever they put in those red beans was a smoky spicy goodness paired perfectly with that rice. Tasty stuff! Wrong, a good addition to Melbourne, even though we've got a couple of other barbecue places, they've been open less than a month so I'm gonna cut them a little slack with their cashiers or customer service. I'll come back and try a couple more times and see if I can get a better reading, but I give them a solid four. Give them a whirl and tell us what you think.

I asked which she liked / didn't like, & she told me, & Why. I appreciated that. I decided on the Smoked Italian Porchetta with extra Garlic Aoli Sauce ($4.99). As they say "Now that's Italian!" Every ingredient I liked all in 1 Loaded (can't remember whether she used that word or not) sandwich. It tasted wonderful! & To top off my experience, the Manager walked through the Dining Room & asked every table "How is your food? Can I get you anything?" Who does that???
