Pros- -Parking is open -lighting is good -decent trade on raw singes Cons- -Sells lightly played cards for near mint prices and hides whitening on cards with non clear penny sleeves (my bad for not checking but you knew) -small selection of stock -low trade in value for slabs -didn't seem to be either veteran owner or family run. -gave me one JP (womp womp) pack for coming in with the flyer but not my friend Overall negative experience. There are better cards shops out there

Went in to buy a card back around Sept/ Oct Last year And…read morethese guys saw my collection and saw that I had a Mega Gardevoir Sir. Nothing crazy but also not a cheap card either. They suggested I send it in for PSA grading. I agreed. They informed me that they were authorized to send em in for me. Charged me $20 plus no tax if I paid cash. I agreed. But got not sort of receipt. Fast forward to Feb/ March i called and asked for some sort of receipt or something that showed that I gave them my card to send for grading and then the "OWNER" (Tristan I believe) informed me that because I paid cash, I wouldn't be getting one. That makes ZERO sense. In addition, he then informed me that it wouldn't be back from grading 'til May. So I call back in May AND send em a text per request. No answer. A month after, same thing. I called 7.6.26 and finally got an answer. I text him again, per request and that's it. Now yesterday, July 7,2026; I finally get a response and turns out that they lost my card. They offered to pay market price plus the $20 I paid. Seems shitty to me. Taking months to realize that it's lost and this is what I get? Fast forward to today 7.8.26 I went to pickup my reimbursement and the fee that I paid ($222 total) and the guy who was in charge of submissions apologized and informed me that it wasn't them who lost a card, but in fact was PSA themselves? But why was this never communicated to me? I've been getting weird vibes from these guys for a while, and this confirms it. Don't go here. Owner is a complete jerk too. I def won't be coming here anymore

I wanted to share my positive experience from Thursday's Lorcana training session with Monty. From…read morethe moment I walked in for my 4:30pm appointment, Monty greeted me warmly and proceeded to explain the game and its mechanics in a clear and concise manner. He provided valuable insights on the types of cards to expect, how to use them effectively, and the maximum number of cards allowed per deck. Throughout the session, Monty continuously shared strategies and effects of certain cards, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the game. I appreciated his welcoming attitude and the detailed explanations he provided regarding the options and community of Lorcana. Additionally, Monty patiently answered all of my questions and even took the time to introduce me to other games offered at the facility. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Monty's professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality during the training session. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience enjoyable and informative. I look forward to further interactions with Monty and exploring more of the gaming opportunities available at your establishment. Thank you for providing such outstanding training sessions and customer service.

This is the OG POPMART location that I first started going to and started my love for Pino Jellies…read more Over the years and through the hype, this POPMART is constantly busy and packed. As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

I was minding my own business walking around the store with my older sibling and my younger…read morebrother, looking at the different items they had. My little brother was playing with one of the Labubu hair products when an employee came up to him and said, "You've had enough fun. Let's not ruin the product." We understood and immediately stopped. After that, though, the employee kept following us around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. My brother eventually said, "You don't need to follow us around." The employee then mumbled, "Why don't you shut the f**k up." When my brother asked him what he said, the employee denied it and claimed he was just doing his job. He then asked where our parents were. I called my parents over, and as soon as they arrived, the employee ran into the employee room. When my parents asked about him, another employee claimed she didn't know who we were talking about. This was strange because we had just seen the two employees talking before he went into the back. Another customer who overheard the conversation said they only heard the employee tell my brother not to mess with the products, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was that he followed us around the store and, from what we heard, cursed at my younger brother. I don't know whether he was profiling us, being discriminatory, or simply being rude, but his behavior was completely unprofessional. There was no reason to follow us around the store or speak to a child that way. Customer service like this is unacceptable. For reference, the employee was an older man with a brown beard. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name.
