Went to this nail salon 2 days ago to get dip powder nails. Yesterday 2 of my nails popped off very easily and I didn't notice it until I looked back down at my hands. This morning (3rd day of having them) another nail popped off when I was putting my clothes on, and again I didn't even notice or feel it come off until I looked back down at my hands. Last night I noticed when I bent my nails down, the parts by the cuticles would lift up. I only had them for less then 3 days!!! I went back this morning and told them and asked for a full refund. They first asked if I would like a new set and I turned them down and got my refund. DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE.if I could rate this place a 0 I definitely would read more

Came in on an odd weekday for a pedicure. I picked the location a little randomly, solely based on my location. Service was perfect; the owner/manager made sure I felt welcome, and engage in a little conversation, explaining that a group of people were about to come in, and such. The technician who completed my service was very friendly, very gentle, and effective at the same time. I felt completely relaxed after my pedicure was completed. This will be my new go-to salon, as it's closer than where I used to go, for a better experience overall. Super happy :D read more

I chose this salon based on Yelp reviews, but did my research before booking. The story of how they got started is incredible and heart warming. First, they are so, so nice. You can see the servant heart attitude of the whole staff! They were so patient and kind and I never once felt rushed. Rachel was my tech and she was just amazing. We connected over kids and life and God. She spent her time talking to me, not the other techs around her, which I really appreciated. She did a fantastic job on my pedicure also! The facility is beautiful and they use one-time use tools. She dropped a stone she was using and immediately went to the back to get a new one. That impressed me a lot! I came here one time and honestly I don't think I'll ever go back.. I was charged $5 extra just for the actual plastic tip, not including the length I wanted, they charged me another 10$ for medium length nails. I ended up paying $60 for a basic nexgen set (one solid color) and wasn't informed about the extra charges until the guy had already started putting the powder on. I asked for square narrow shape and somehow the guy managed to make them a LOT wider at the top than the bottom instead of more narrow. Overall the nails looked as if the nail tech and never done a set of nails before, and two of my nails broke in less than one week. I also was there for a little over two hours instead of the typical 45mins-1hr it takes to do a basic set. Girl who checked me out had a little attitude. read more

Found this place based on yelp. First visit my nails were great. Second visit was not great. I had what appeared to be an inexperienced nail tech with nextgen. It took almost 2 hours and he had to repeatedly fix nails he just did. They then started to lift the same week. I figured I would give them one last try. Third visit I come in on a Saturday to find out they took a wedding party which completely booked their first half of the day and asked me to come back hours later. For a salon that's only open 1 day on the weekend and for people who work, it's pretty inconvenient. If you don't have time to schedule an appt in advance with someone good, this is not the place for you. read more

Went in for a pedicure and the staff was so kind and helpful, and followed COVID precautions. Wasn't the best pedicure I ever received, but that's really a hit and miss based on the technician, and personal pedicure preference until you find a tech that is a perfect match, I don't recall the woman who did my pedicure however I requested a basic manicure (no polish, just nail clean up) and Rachael did my manicure and she was SO SWEET and kind, and a pleasure to speak with, will definitely request her in the future! Needed to kill some time in frisco and honestly my nails were busted so I yelp'd this place and decided to give them a try. You would've thought me and my 7 year old daughter were celebrities with how we were treated. Everyone was so nice. The place is spotless! We did 2 nexgen organic manis and 2 pedis. I keep my nails very short as I am a nurse and this was the first place that didn't try to put tips on my nails!!!!! There were so many selections of colors I think my pedicure was done before I decided on a nail color! They also have a rewards program which is free and you collect points and once you reach X amount of points you receive $10 off. This will be my new go to nail place!!! So it depends what you look for. It was not well organized. Had to wait a while for a technician even though I was told there was one right away. The drinks they offer were not even available. I wanted organic nail polish which I thought they offered, but it was just powder acrylic. The technicians didn't talk to us (my husband went with too)...only to themselves. Attentive to my needs and went out of his way to be sure I was happy with my experience at LCS. (AND BOY WAS I) The salon is clean, clean (emphasis on the double clean). They were playing HGTV (which come on, who doesn't want to see what Chip and Joanna are up to), AND the music playlist they played in the background was great. The manager (Huang) made it super easy to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Andy did a phenomenal job with my pedicure, and was so thoughtful to my super ticklish feet and even made sure his massage pressure was right for me. Kay did my gel manicure with artwork, and it's like she could read my mind. I'm so happy with her final result! Most accommodating and friendly nail salon I've taken my daughter to ever. The staff was totally willing to stand there with two little girls while the ogled the wall of color/finish choices. They didn't bat an eye as the older brother sat in an adjacent chair and fiddled with the massage settings.
