It's been a year since my face was absolutely ruined by Lily. If you are reading this please do not trust her. Find someone who knows what they are doing and knowledgeable in treatments of skin and skin conditions beyond just minimal skin care or acne - anyone can do that. Because in my experience if she sees something related to your skin and that may require attention she could give a damn about it - My face exploded in severe melasma as I was being treated by her. I came in trusting her and never did she asses my skin or make me aware of my skin condition. How could someone hide this from you, not show you pictures, not advise you to see a dermatologist, not educate you but instead give you an incorrect protocol. On top of that expect everything to be OK and then say I told you to stay out of the sun. The SUN is EVERYWHERE!! Meaning this could have happened at freaking Disneyland or over a prolonged period of time without my awareness. You know what you did was wrong Lily. And to also say how could I have known you'd be careless etc - that's exactly the point you don't know !! But what you do know as who is supposed to be an "expert" is I have a condition and unless you make it clear to me and l understand just as much as vou - this wouldn't have happened! Your not a good person even if you come off as "Nice". All the things you said after this happened.She told me "Put makeup on live your life " and after I asked her for photos which she never showed me she tells me in an e-mail "now that you are aware of my condition " - HORRIBLE!The fact that someone could dare to even touch someone's face knowing that this could happen without discussing it and letting ME the client aware and take my own risk! I've spoken to very knowledgeable estheticians who all say what she did was wrong , they would never touch someone who has a condition with microneedling treatments that could trigger it -period!Clearly she took advantage of my ignorance of skin just to make money - had I known I had it I probably wouldn't have touched my face and would have been taking much care of my skin because I would have understood and be compliant -I would never risk putting myself in a situation that would have caused this -NEVER!There is NO CURE FOR MELASMA - 1 hope you know that because it seems like you lack knowledge or common sense !!!l look back and think she has no formal assessment or nothing written down just verbal and starts touching your face without having a plan no questionsNOTHING. to anyone reading PLEASE find someone else who is honest and has extensive background and education , and can prove it not these estheticians that have limit education and do not say much and are tight lipped. I even would have to ask her questions because she wouldn't say much. For example I asked her should I be using anything to improve my skin when clearly there was a problem yet would tell me no. Not even because she works alongside a dermatologist did she even care to ask, recommend me to her, do something !!. And after the fact saying she's giving me a free treatment & emotional support - like that will fix this. Even after this happened she gave me ZERO recommendations on what to do or advise absolutelv nothing !There's nothing that will make this better when from day one you should have told me what's going on, just like if was YOUR face and want to know EVERYTHING and how to take care of it OR say I'm not going to touch your face until you get diagnosed - that's what someone with a brain does !. My face will never be the same Lily, I wasn't perfect even if I had it.But is something you never hide whatever it may be your not doing any favors or protecting someone your doing harm - especially when it comes to someone's face. There is absolutely no reason for this to happen when being treated by someone who is in this profession and is the expert - yet want to blame their client ! read more

Lily is one of the best estheticians I've ever been to. A true professional with a kind, warm energy. Most estheticians try to sell you on fancy products and services, where Lily only suggests things you actually need. Lily is the most talented and knowledgeable aesthetician I have ever had! She has saved both mine and my sisters skin with targeted acne treatments and micro-needling. Lily is amazing. She is so knowledgable and passionate about what she does and I am so excited about my skin now that I'm seeing Lily for my skincare. My goal is to feel confident enough to not feel like I HAVE to wear make up to cover my face. My skin has a tendency to be oily so my pores get clogged easily, I break out from time to time (FYI, if you have any problems with acne, Lily specializes with these issues) and I have dark spots from past blemishes that I wasn't taking proper care of.
