I've been going to Cat for so long, she is the only person I trust with my hair. I have naturally dark hair and she was able to get me to platinum in about two sessions without going brassy. I can't say enough about the care that Cat has given my hair!!! My hair was virgin and my goal is to take it ombre grey/platinum. I was very nervous about this drastic decision but after a few chats with Cat I made an appointment to come in. When I arrived she knew she had her work cut out for her she let me know it would be a process (I was not happy to hear that) but I am so glad that she cared enough to not rush the process and damage my hair along the way. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people don't take accountability for their actions and this is what happened at my last visit. I had my hair colored less than two weeks ago and noticed I have gray hairs showing. So I contact Cat about the situation and her response really dumbfounded me. She asked me if I was taking any medication as that would be that problem and MY fault. In any given event I'm not on any meds and regardless of that, I would think the most natural response of any business owner etc would be let's figure out what went wrong?? And not point fingers!!
