As a former beauty supply and salon owner myself, I was blown away by what kind of horrible customer service this Place has DONNOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT the beauty supply's store (the salon is kind) the girl working was incredibly standoffish from the start. I felt like she was either trying to get me out of the store or assumed I wasn't going to buy anything. Because high-end hair care is an investment, I stood there looking up how to cocktail products with what I have at home. She approached me twice asking "do you need help?" but it didn't come off as helpful ~ - it came off like she wanted me to get out. When I finally said sure, help me, she gave me completely incorrect information. The final straw was when I was checking out. This cute elderly gentleman walked in, clearly having a hard time walking, and asked if they had products for curly hair. She instantly assumed he meant chemical "relaxers." When he got confused, she just flatly said, "No, we don't have that," and let him walk right out empty-handed. EMPTY HANDED . Don't get your hair done here my daughter was quoted $75 to bleach, her bangs and style her hair and was charged $220 at the register when I called the owner they said they're independent hairstylist and they make their own prices. My issue is my daughter was told one price and at the register was a completely different price this place will rob you sorry let me clarify. I called the store. Spoke to whoever answered the phone and then the stylist. Regardless, don't get your hair done here. You will be quoted one price and charged another other register.
