    BLENDED CHOCOLATE BANANA
    Daniel S.

My wife and I were exploring Old Town Temecula and decided to stop in to try one of the local brews--and it did not disappoint! I ordered the blended Chocolate Banana Frappé, and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Definitely a 10/10 and a must-try if you're in the area!

Located off the main strip of Downtown Temecula, this is a hidden gem, mainly for the food. The decor is simple and modern. It seems to be a take out coffee shop. Service was great. I got some pastries to go. The croissant was flaky and buttery. The pan de chocolate was also very good. Definitely come check this place out!

Downtown Temecula, the location where you order is really small but they got out our food really fast. They have a separate room Where you can sit down and eat next door and there is some outside seating available. The coffee was really good and so was our sandwich .

Substance and Style. As soon as you enter the Cafe side smiles and welcomes are abundant. Great coffee and house made pastries served us well this trip. The menu is great and priced just right but just a pick me up was needed today. We sat on the large outdoor patio after looking over the near empty but beautiful Parisienne themed dining room. Another friendly staff member named Jackie greeted us and was real kind. We chatted just long enough to hear about the great menu and a few sister locations. This is a great place to start your day in Temecula, or even stop in to refresh your coffee buzz or get a snack to prepare you for walking around OTT.

Brunch at its best. Self service, order first and find a table. We got Le lux croissant sandwiches . The croissant is so crunchy, the smoked salmon is decent size plus the cheese is so creamy. Quiche mushroom well seasoned , crust is good and baked just right. Not recommended the potatoes gratin S'mores latte is ok . Can't taste toasted marshmallows. The place is busy . Family friendly. Love the place away from the Main Street. Be back

We were actually headed out of town and I was really craving a delicious chai tea latte.. This is a cute little shop. They were pretty much out of pastries, but they did have some delicious looking butter croissants. I saw one girl coming out of there with Ginny's hot chocolate that looked so delicious. They do have some outdoor table tables and it is dog friendly. They do offer breakfast as well. I think we'll hit it up next time for a little omelette.

Charming place with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. I ordered a latte, the La Berry Crêpe, and the La Crêpe au Sucre, and everything was fantastic and well balanced. The latte was wonderfully rich with a pure coffee flavor, which I truly appreciated. The crêpes were excellent as well--super thin and not overly sweet, which is rare since many places tend to make them cloying. The La Crêpe au Sucre had a delightful citrusy note, while the La Berry Crêpe featured the most delicious and delicate berry jam I've ever had. The service was great, and the atmosphere was warm and charming. I would come here every weekend if I didn't live so far away.

Thursday morning in Temecula. I spot a café with over 1,100 reviews and a solid 4.5 rating. At that point, you don't overthink it--you walk in. First impression? Parking is rough. Really rough. I ended up paying $10.35 for two hours, which honestly feels like daylight robbery. I know it's not directly the café's fault, but when there are only a few tables occupied, it would be nice to see some kind of validation or reserved spots for guests. Paying that much just to grab breakfast hurts a little. Then the food arrived. And I immediately stopped complaining. I ordered the salmon omelet, and it was absolutely spot on. I'm not into salty food, I prefer clean, balanced flavors--and this was exactly that. Nothing overpowering, nothing heavy. Just done right. One of those plates where you slow down without realizing it because every bite makes sense. The coffee? Strong enough to wake you up, but not aggressive. Not overly sweet either. Basically, exactly how I like it. Service deserves its own mention. The girl at the register was genuinely helpful--answered all my questions, gave recommendations, even shared what she personally likes (she's into sweeter options). That kind of interaction matters. It felt human, not scripted. Would I love cheaper parking? Absolutely. Would I come back anyway? Without hesitation. I'd pay for parking again if it means starting my morning like this. If you're in Temecula and thinking about breakfast--this place earns its reputation.

I love this coffee shop. I have not been in a while and noticed that their breakfast plate is skimpy and more pricey. Service is average. Ambiance is nice.

Delicious food and coffee. Great service. Easy parking. Seat yourself in the al fresco patio after you order. Very casual, but so good.

Cute little coffee shop that has good French breakfast options in Old Town Temecula. However, seating is limited and you order at a counter so can get busy some mornings. I got the Croque Madame and a Quiche. Both were delicious and a good portion. The Canele was also really tasty too. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Overall, would visit again for breakfast!

La Spinach Quiche with Potatoes Gratin, La Berry Crepes and a Mexican Mocha. Delicious!

It's a small bakery in Old Town Temecula where you walk up to order and they bring your food to you. There is also a choice of several baked goods, such as scones, muffins and croissants. There is outdoor as well as indoor seating. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Not bad for a quick bite. It was really busy everywhere else in the area and we came upon this place. Just need something to have in our stomach that was fast and not a long wait. Well, it was a plus with the spot. The menu isn't massive but what they offered was nice. It's a coffee shop French cafe. You ordered at the counter and find a seat. Both indoor and outdoor patio seating. Coffee drinks did look amazing but I don't drink coffee. Their ice tea was quite refreshing, offered both unsweetened and sweetened. Food didn't take long to come out. The quiche was quite tasty served with your choice of fruit, scallops potatoes or salad. As well as the sandwiches. We also had the hot take on a club sandwich. Different from the traditional sandwich with the piles of ingredients but it was quite tasty with the sauce pairing. The scallops potatoes were great. Also the smoked salmon croissant and omelet were both great. Nice find is always a good thing. Downfall, they didn't have any pastries available.

Do they offer gluten free options ? The quiche? Or any thing without wheat flour?

We did not work on a gluten free dough but we have some option without flour. But our flour is French flour only so you might be able to have some

Do they offer any gluten-free pancakes or gluten-free waffles?

    I believe they do!

    Do you take reservations?

I don't think they do. It's more of a cafe that you walk up and order from then find a seat to sit down to eat.

How are you handling outdoor seating in the rain?

When it’s rainy, we don’t put any seating, but our indoor room is almost done.

    Can you preorder for pickup?

Yes! You can order for pickup through their website!

Hi! Can we sit inside for breakfast?

Indoor seating is currently unavailable., but there is ample and adequate seating outside.

Is lunch served all day or between certain hours?

We serve lunch all day except for the bistro club who start at 11:30 ... we can make exceptions when it is really slow .

Way too expensive. 10 dollar croissant kidding I just came back from Paris?

My friend and I chose the prix fixe menu with the restaurant's selected wine pairings, and it was an incredible experience. I HAD THE BEST FISH OF MY LIFE HERE!…read more The photo might not do it justice, but holy moly - I seriously had a life changing moment eating the striped bass here. It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful. Overall, I can't believe that fish; I hope to try it again when I revisit the area.

Brunch lasts until 2pm and then from 2pm to 245pm they serve only appetizers. Lmao. Thats certainly interesting. Aesthetically this place is gorgeous. I love that they are dog friendly and it wasnt too hot today at the patio. I got the bloody mary to start and it was pretty good. The bacon in it was amazing, however, it didnt taste like 2 shots. The drink was thick but the flavor was still good. I got avocado toast with smoked salmon. This very small meal was 20$. I got a lox bagel and 4 huge pieces of smoked salmon with capers and a side of avocado a few days ago in Vegas on the strip and that was 16$. Sooooooo... how is this justifiable? Anyways, I also ordered a diet coke and they came out with a mini can. Talk about why this place is called "small" barn. Lol! The server stated the can is super small bc its only 2$. Thats just silly. Just get the bigger can and charge me 3 bucks for it. Thats fair in my humble opinion. 4$ for two mini cans is wonky to me. Alas, these are not the reasons why this place originally got a 2 star from me. It was the tomatoes on my avocado toast. They taste spoiled, old, and mushy. It made my stomach hurt a bit. As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. She said "have a good day" in an oddly, irritated way when I paid with my card. Oh wells. Ill come here for the desserts! And perhaps ill give other things a try

This review is specifically for Thornton Winery's "Friday Night Live Music at the Winery" event…read morefeaturing and the Trouble Man Band on 5/8/26. I can't say whether this applies to every Friday night performance, but it absolutely applied to this particular show. If you want anything close to a decent view of the stage, it is imperative that you purchase assigned table seating! For this concert, reserved table seating was only $10 more per person than General Admission (GA) seating, and in hindsight, it would have been well worth the extra cost. The General Admission section was positioned so far off to the left side and elevated that the stage view was extremely limited. Depending on where you were seated, portions of the artist and band could be obstructed entirely. The audio quality in the GA area was also disappointing, with vocals often difficult to hear clearly. We understand these events are designed to encourage dancing and a lively atmosphere, but there was a large amount of unused dance-floor space where additional premium seating could have been placed to provide better sight lines and improved sound quality. Another major issue was the seating layout in the GA section. The spacing between rows was tighter than airline coach seating. In our row, some guests literally had to stand up and fully exit the row just to allow others to enter or leave their seats. To make matters worse, the chairs were zip-tied together, leaving virtually no personal space. Thankfully, we were seated next to friends, because if we had been next to strangers, it would have been uncomfortable for everyone involved. In my opinion, the GA seating experience simply was not worth the ticket price given the poor visibility, cramped seating, and weak sound quality in that area. The bright spot of the evening was the performance itself. L Young and the Trouble Man band were outstanding and absolutely delivered a fantastic show! I would gladly see them perform again. However, unless I could secure reserved table seating, I personally would not return to this venue for another concert from the GA section. What stood out most was that this wasn't just our opinion -- many guests seated around us also voiced the exact same frustrations throughout the evening.
