It's a fairly standard coffee shop overall, but it has a fun atmosphere, a good vibe, and they make genuinely good coffee. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, which we appreciated especially since they were open on a holiday when a lot of other places were closed. My wife needed her boujie coffee fix while we were out of town, and this place definitely delivered. Pricing was pretty much what you'd expect these days, just over $7 after tax for a large specialty drink. In today's world that's unfortunately pretty average, even if it still feels wild when you think about what coffee actually costs to make. Clean and Cozy Coffee shop located on the corner of Margarita and Pauba. My husband and I have been exploring coffee shops recently and decided to give this one a try. It's dimly lit and has a relaxing feel. Perfect spot to get some work done or have a conversation. There is also outside seating. We were greeted and served by Aisha. She was so helpful and very personable. I ordered a London Fog. I am a tea lover and this is one of my go to drinks. My tea was very good but not as hot as I would have preferred.On our second visit, I opted for the lavender chai tea and a spinach feta croissant. The croissant was absolutely delicious. As a regular customer at the East Coffee shop located inside Temecula Valley Hospital**** I've always appreciated the great pastries and generally good coffee (though the quality can depend on who's behind the bar). I've genuinely enjoyed supporting this local spot over time and have made it part of my routine at work. Unfortunately, a recent experience has made me rethink continuing that support. I ordered a cappuccino and brought in my own 8oz Yeti cup. Since I was heading back into the OR, I let it cool before taking a sip--and when I did, it was far too sweet to drink. I couldn't leave the room again until much later, but once I had the chance, I returned to the shop hoping they might remake it or allow me to exchange it for something else. I didn't expect anything excessive--just a reasonable fix. Instead, the request to remake the drink was denied, the cashier rudely refused, offering only to add more milk. Since a traditional cappuccino is already meant to be about 8oz, adding more milk would've made it a latte- and that's not what I was looking for. I was told they couldn't waste product, which I understand from a business perspective. But as a paying customer, I also value the money I spend--and in this case, I was left with a drink I couldn't enjoy at all due to a mistake in how it was made. It's disappointing, because I've always liked this place. But experiences like this make it hard to justify continuing to support a business where customer satisfaction feels secondary to policy. I hope they reconsider how they handle situations like this moving forward. read more

What really impressed me was the young man working the counter - he brought our order and was very mindful about placing my coffee away from my toddler & even left half the waffle plain and put the syrup & Nutella on the side. The place is hidden and had it not been searched for the best coffee shop through Yelp, then it would have been easily left unnoticed. There are a pretty decent amount of parking spaces. Inside gives the feeling of comfort and relaxation. The A/C was blowing hard and that was great, especially, since having triple digits temperature Fahrenheit in the past three weeks here in Temecula. We like the leather seat barstools and counter table facing the see-through glass windows. The light oak wooden trims on the walls and countertops matched with black panels give it a soothing contrast. We ordered the ff.: - AÇAÍ Breakfast Bowl - Iced Salted Tiramisu - Iced Cookie Latte The açaí BB was good and fruity. The blended fruits were balanced, although we thought it was a little runny. But overall tasty. We love the bitterness of both the iced lattes and the milk was not overpowering, although, the tiramisu and cookie flavors were I thought a bit weak. Cute place! Great service! Nice variety in drink and food options. Not too busy on a Sunday morning and ample seating. The female employee was so kind when I had to change my order last minute (luckily just before she was making my tea). I got a breakfast bacon sandwich which was an English muffin, cheese, egg, and what appeared to be Canadian bacon. It was good not amazing but good and filling enough.
