The overall store stock was great! They had a good stock of items on sale and some items that were excluded from the sale. A lot of value and deals can be found at this location. I went to Le Creuset to return this pot that I bought a week ago and i never used it. The store clerk and manager refused to refund me without a receipt. I asked them to check their store record and also showed my credit card record that I made the purchase. However, they kept telling me their system updated and they lost all the sales records and couldn't proceed the return. Besides that, the store manager Dianne was having a meltdown because she didn't like my tone and accent. She refused to further assist me and threw the business card in front of me while I was holding my baby. She told me I could call the corporate office to complain if I want, which I did. Also, the store clerk William threatened to call security and give me a "criminal record" for being a customer. Diane didn't stop him and kinda enjoyed the nonsense he said. As a manager, you are supposed to de-escalate the situation but she instead escalated the unpleasant situation and humiliate their customers. I've always had excellent service whenever I come into the store--even if it's just to browse, but it's hard to leave without buying at least something! My husband bought me my first Le Creuset cast iron pieces just before he left for Iraq earlier this year. Since then, I've been cooking a lot more at home and have added a few pieces here and there to my collection. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products. I was contemplating another piece and went back and forth debating with myself as to the best size to get. The associate took the time to explain the pros and cons with each piece which was really nice--in the end, I bought a french oven and have not regretted it. What's also nice is that they give a 10% military discount on items that arent on sale. If you get on their "Preferred Customer's" list, which is basically giving up your personal info, such as your physical address and email address, you'll be surprised at the savings you can get here. For instance, yesterday, they started a 25% off store wide sale. If you're a Preferred Customer, you get an extra 10% off. For those who are mathematically challenged, that's a whopping 35% off all your Le Creuset needs! Yes. They're needs, not wants. Convince yourself of that. I did. I recently purchased an orange braising pan, the medium-sized one, and a cobalt blue oval dutch oven for my mother-in-law. Before this, I would normally cook my orzo and rice pilaf in my Lodge Logic iron cast skillet, which is well seasoned from years of use. However, when I made the rice in the braising pan, my husband made a comment about how he loved that the rice didn't get crispy on the bottom. Stuff doesn't stick to the pan either, so it's a really easy clean-up. Just remember to wait until the pan is completely cooled before you run water over it. This could damage the cookware otherwise. And although they always tell you at the store that there's a lifetime warranty on all their cookware, Amazon reviews of Le Creuset products will tell you otherwise. According to other buyers on Amazon, they are really super nit-picky and basically blame you, the customer, for mistreating the product and will not replace it for you. Right now, though, I'm happy with my product. No complaints. By the way, the customer service is great. They will bring out your purchases to your car if you need help. All the women who work there really know the product, and one was even honest enough to tell me that they did not prefer the Le Creuset wok over a normal wok because of the heating factor. read more

I've encountered two very rude salespeople at this location, but the manager and assistant manager have always been helpful. This has given me mixed feelings about buying from here again (I've bought 2 pieces, over $200 each). Customer service is a big deal to our family. We are happy to give our business to places with excellent customer service, but with this store, you never know what you're going to get. read more
