I arrived to find that they would have anything that I might ever need. They had sets of allen wrenches, and individual wrenches in the very small size, cost .30 for the one!!! I was super impressed. Just walking in, going back, coming back up revealed I'd have to come again. The folks were knowledgeable, nice, informative and equipped to help anyone who might need something specific for their unique project. I trust them, like them and will be returning with my next hardware need.

Luckily the tile was in stock and The employee helping us went to go get another box off the shelf so we didn't have to enter the store. But I feel the guy was really careful when he was putting the box of the tiles in our truck. I don't think he broke them. I like their holiday sales . I always wake up early on Black Friday because they have great prices on poinsettias for $1.99 each and wreaths for $7.99 can't beat that. The reason I get up at 6 AM is poinsettias and wreaths run out pretty quickly.

Donna is my favorite person on the Pro Desk. She researches and always has good suggestions on alternative products when the one I want is no longer available. I always ask for her, since I hate running a training program for the newbies. She also suggests products on sale. I just bring her my measurements and let her know what I am building, and she helps with material takeoffs too. She has a great grasp of construction and knows her products very well.

We went to the Lowe's in New Braunfels, Texas to buy a 4-piece appliance bundle (cooktop, oven,…read morevent hood, and built-in microwave) specifically because they were advertising 25% off appliance bundles. At the register, the system showed 25% off the oven and the microwave. Then we were told the microwave was out of stock in the warehouse and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as they changed it to that order, the SKU changed and the discount disappeared, even though it was the exact same microwave model. We pointed out that: * We were still buying the full bundle. * The only reason the SKU changed was Lowe's own process, not our choice. Instead of trying to honor the promotion or find a reasonable workaround, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to make it right. Because of this: * The advertised 25% bundle discount was not honored due to a technicality on Lowe's side. * The manager's attitude made the whole experience much worse. We left without buying the appliances and will seriously reconsider using this Lowe's for any future purchases.

Did Brad have several of the same product, like say, an overstock? Look HD can absolutely return broken box items to the vendors and get credit, once HD doesn't get credit because of destroyed merchandising not the item but the box, they get partial credit and write off the rest. Mr Brad cannot afford to return to vendor for partial credit. Please remember local businesses do not have the 'funds' corporate have. Please be patient.

Yes, their prices are higher than big box and both are nearby. I prefer service over pricing any day. I got neither. This company has neither. What they do have are plenty of guys in button-down shirts "hangin' " at the Customer Service Desk waiting for those "high commission" orders to walk or call in. They always ignore me. I did ask about millwork one day and was told "my order was not standard and too small" to research or produce. Oh, OK... How about a dado set-up for my table saw?
