Recently however, they have implemented a "daily limit of how much laundry we can handle" policy. I do understand the need to adapt as a business, my complaint isn't necessarily with their new policy but how they are handling customers now. I placed an order for pickup on a Monday evening, it was confirmed for pickup - nobody ever picked up the laundry. I also received no notification about a cancellation or anything. So, I placed another order for their next available pickup day on Thursday. Again, nobody ever picked up the laundry, and still no notification or communication of any kind about my order being cancelled. Thursday after giving up waiting I called the business during open hours and went to voicemail. I woke up to an email this morning explaining they had this new policy and that both orders were cancelled, and I was asked if I would I like to reschedule for another day. There was no text/email/phone call or communication of any kind that both orders were cancelled until I reached out to the business. It makes sense to me, that they could go two minutes out of their way and give me a call explaining that they had reached their daily limit, and offer me guaranteed pickup the next pickup day. Instead, I'm just supposed to sit around and wonder if they'll be able to do my pickup when they haven't the past two times? Meanwhile, I've got laundry backed up for a week now. (I know I know, first world problems.) If this business was better at communicating I would still be a customer. But as of right now I can't logically continue purchasing their services. If something changes and there is an improvement in their customer service I will update this review.

It also doesn't smell like it was dry cleaned like the other 2 jackets. My top coat also has dog hair on it, and I don't have a dog. Did they use the spa at Petco for cleaning?! This is the first time and last time I will come here, especially after being told I can pick up on a holiday, when they were closed! What a waste of time and gas.
