I've been here a few times now. I love how clean this establishment is and how they took their time to take care of me during my visit. Never have I ever felt rushed. I did run into an issue where my nail polish chipped and peeled less than 24 hours. Igot regular polish for my manicure as I am trying to not damage my nails after so many years of doing shellac. I called them immediately as I noticed on my right hand, my polish peeled off completely on its own! The girl that answered the phone said I can go in the next day for them to fix it. They honored it and fixed it with no issues. I just found it really odd that 9 out of my 10 fingers had to be redone within 24 hours of the appointment. read more

I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was infuriating and impossible to stay quiet about! This business was blatantly dishonest, intentionally misleading, and clearly out to take advantage of customers. I went in on their grand opening day after seeing a post from the owners that clearly stated the first 50 customers would receive a free basic manicure and that all services that day would be 20% off. Instead, it turned into a shameless bait-and-switch. They dangled fake promotions just to get people in the door and then did not honor what they promised. Completely unacceptable. I was among the first 10 customers and received a Post-it for the free manicure. Although I only needed a pedicure, I accepted the manicure since it was free. I had no polish done, just a quick nail trim, because I was in a rush since the services were delayed by their disorganized opening event. Customers were made to wait over 30 minutes outside in the Texas heat so the owners could take group photos, videos, and firecrackers were lit without warning--startling everyone nearby and leaving debris in our drinks and hair. It was an unpleasant experience but I brushed that off until I got home and realized I had been charged full price for my pedicure without the 20% discount they advertised. When I called, the front desk claimed the deal was "either/or," which was never stated in the post. I even offered to send a screenshot to prove it. He fumbled for a response and said the manager would call me later that day since it's peak hour for the store and they are busy. No one followed up. I called again and was told that they didn't call me back as promised after the day ended because in his words, "everyone was tired." He then told me he will tell the manager to call me that day. When the owner/manager finally called, I explained that nowhere in their promotion did it state the two offers were mutually exclusive. He claimed that because the promotions were placed in separate boxes on the post, that implied they couldn't be combined--an absurd and baseless interpretation. There was no language in the post indicating "either/or," and no use of the word "or" between the boxes. If they intended for the offers to be exclusive, it should have been clearly stated in writing. He then responded, rude and dismissively, saying, "no one else complained" and that "it's not a big deal," but added, "if you think it's a big deal," he could process the 20% refund. I agreed, as I believe businesses should honor the promotions they advertise. It's now been nearly a week, and I've received neither the refund nor any follow-up. This was a very uncomfortable and shady experience. I won't be returning, and I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to support a business like this doesn't honor its own promotions, value themselves over customers and treats customers dismissively. read more

I went here for an eyebrow wax, I got greeted just fine and helped quickly, before the lady started I simply asked for a clean up as i wanted no change in shape for my eyebrows.
