I LOVE coming here. I won't go anywhere else, the owner is such a nice lady and always asks me how I'm doing everytime I come in. I highly recommend requesting ANA for a pedicure, she does such an amazing job and always asks me if the water temperature is too hot/too cold or if I need something to drink like a water. I hadn't been to this place since last year and almost thought I was at the wrong nail salon when I walked in. I was greeted by the nail techs and was welcomed by a wide variety of nail colors on the wall. The place was given a great makeover from wall color, to pedicure chairs, to the setup of the stations. Great remodel if I must say! Now the services I received were overlay with Dip powder and a deluxe pedicure! Both were perfect! Kim did a great job and made sure I liked every nail. Linda took her time on my pedicure and made sure everything was the perfect temperature for me and even helped me pick out a color for my toes. I will be sure to ask for them on my next visit. Overall, the customer service was great, they make you feel at home. The establishment was clean and flowed. My nails are smooth and even as you can see in the picture! Can I just say HOW AMAZING their service is. They are so gentle, kind, and meticulous with their work! I originally came here on a last-minute change because my original salon, Lavender Nails Richmond, their hours are till 7 PM, however, they ended up closing at 6:10 pm even when I had just called at 6 Pm. Thankfully I was able to look up another salon actually right outside of my house. They were open till seven and gladly took me in. Minh is the manager and is a dream. She's so honest with her work, sincere,and she will give you her best advice. I have heavy cuticles and she really took a full 15 min just on my cuticles. That's what I'm talking about! Mike was also really sweet. I had him this time and he's so detailed- definitely works with a lot of pride. He remembered me from the first time I was here. After 15 years I got a French tip dip powder, and it didn't disappoint. A lot of places do shellac top coat on dip powder, but LADIES don't let them do that. It still chips! Anne did my pedicure and she was excellent. My fiancé had jen, also amazing! Can't wait to be back in stick with them forever! read more

Make an appointment with Mike- you will NOT regret it. He does the cutest, most elegant, detailed designs. I had a hard time finding a good salon that was clean and did GOOD pedicures. Mike is awesome for your nails (I've gotten dozens of compliments on my nails each time he does them). Anna, Jenny and Tina do great pedicures as well. Went here yesterday. The employee were very sweet but got the feeling they didn't feel like working on me since I came in an hour till closing. I was cut multiple times on both my feet and fingers. When I would start to pulling my hand back because it hurt so bad the lady would pull back harder. My skin is glued to my full set in multiple places as well which cause my skin to separate and tear open leaving skin stuck to my nails. My feet are sore due to all the cuts. Never have had so much pain in hands the day after getting nails done. After I was done the employees left me and went to the back and never came back out. Finally I got up and looked around for someone to ask if I could pay after nobody ever came back out. Don't like to complain- maybe they were having a bad day- but feel like I completely wasted my money now I'm just in pain. read more

I'll start this out with the only positive. My pedi was done great. The lady was quick but thurough and they stayed looking good for 2 weeks. HOWEVER- Ive never had such a horrible set of nails. The acrylic is a good 1/2" thick off my nail bed, the color tips I payed extra for werent painted all the way to the edges on any finger and at the nail bed its so choppy my hair got stuck in them the DAY I got them done. I also got cut too, once it started getting busy. To top it off When I said something the lady said "you didnt tell me." never in my life have I had to say "dont make my nails look like crap." Just went to this place, and I am in love. Unlike some places in this area, they don't rush when they get busy. You get your money's worth. Also Henry is probably the best person to ever do shellac on my nails. I got white with Turquoise glitter, and he did it perfect. I was surprised at how flawless it turned out. Everyone in there is super friendly and they have a great variety of colors. The place is extremely clean and it doesn't smell like chemicals, which I love. I have been going to this nail salon on and off since high school (over 7 years ago!) and every time I have had a positive experience. Although they have slightly increased prices and had a change in ownership I can definitely tell that their customer service has also increased. I went in on Friday and got a pedi from Queen. Queen spent an hour on my pedicure paying attention to detail, being super gentle and taking her time to make sure I enjoyed my pedi. I was super impressed as I have such a hard time finding a nail salon that doesn't rush you in and out. The only negative I will say is the actual salon needs a revamp on the inside. I'm not sure if its because they changed owners recently, but they do need to put in a little TLC on the inside for sure. Overall, this would not detour me from visiting next time I'm on that side of town! read more

The service here was really nice. But what made it 2 stars was my nails. I had a man do them I didn't know his name, it was terrible. I got full set black matte and they weren't even long and he still charged me extra for long. I get the same length everywhere and it's not considered long at all...second, when he finished my clear plastic nails from under was showing on the sides of my nails and it was not fully covered by the powder. ( I did point it out while he was doing it and he did not pay attention to the rest of them obviously). So when I told him in the end, his solution was to file down my sides and reshape them and hurt me while doing it so he can try his best to remove the plastic nails from the sides. To top it off, nails broke and it's only been 2 weeks since I have done them. My nails are not smooth and it looks like blotches of play-dough. They lost my business unfortunately. The owner is so sweet so I feel bad but for paying $45 I expect decent nails. Very disappointing. It is a good, clean, competitively priced shop. However, I asked my tech not to trim too much cuticle and tech did it anyway. Excessive trimming is a problem for people who suffer with dry hands. I may just try another tech who is a better listener. Open on Sundays. read more
