Soo disappointed!! I got an appointment on the website for facials which was confirmed and I even received a reminder text message. When I showed up to my appointment, they told me that they dont do facials. They didnt even offer to give me another service in exchange as a form of apology. The appointment was not even for me. It was for my mom who came to visit me from overseas and I wanted to treat her with facials. It is not okay to embarrass people like this and not even offer something else as a form of apology. I was super impressed with this newly opened (Jan, 2025) nail place from service to ambiance and am so glad my usual salon was closed for remodeling so I could venture out! Located between a popular Tex-Mex restaurant, UPS and a dog groomer all of which I regularly frequent I'm surprised it took me this long to notice this place. I typically wait a few services before reviewing a nail salon but my experience last Sat was so good I wanted to share to give this business the boost it deserves. The salon is stunning and on a Sat afternoon I was able to walk in and get a mani/ pedi right away. They have a great drink menu/bar with a limit of 2 drinks and their Viet iced coffee was delicious! Massage length for services was generous and overall the quality of the mani/pedi was excellent for a reasonable price relative to other similar salons. The nail ladies (Annie and Kam (?)) were super sweet and attentive to detail. Will def be back!! read more

I had a gel manicure here about two months ago and picked up a horrible nail fungus on all of my fingernails!!!! After a couple of doctor visits, antibiotic, and having to paint my nails every night with medication, my nails are still in terrible condition!!! I will NEVER go here again!!!! Please beware!! It's painful, expensive and embarrassing to deal with this nail fungus. read more

I've been coming here since they opened but today I made an appointment for soft gel the lady over the phone said they had it but when i started they said they don't. I told my nail tech I wanted a natural length i had grown out my nails and just wanted something to keep them hard she said ok. I asked for the last damaging she said acrylic, which is more damaging than any other enhancement. She shorted mt natural nails so short and then she said she will do over lay. she did the overlay short as well way shorter than what i wanted and when i told her she said she will shorten one hand to match the other but i didn't want her to keep shortening it. At checkout, i let the manager know my nails were too short and not what i expected and all she said was "oh" . I just paid and left but i was very dissatisfied and disappointed as they offered no other solution and i didn't wanna be rude because when i was telling them during the nail tech seemed bothered. read more

My daughter and I stopped in last minute, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Everyone was kind, and our nails looked perfect at first. However, I was disappointed to find that they didn't last nearly as long as other manicures and pedicures I've had. There was also a frustrating mix-up with the pedicure I ordered. The front desk staff gave the nail tech the wrong (and more expensive) service. When I pointed it out, the woman at the front just laughed it off, saying "my bad," but didn't offer to adjust the price or charge me for what I had originally requested. I ended up paying double what I intended, which really soured the experience. While the salon had a friendly vibe, the lack of accountability and the poor longevity of the service make it hard to recommend. I hope they improve their communication and customer care in the future. read more

Yall this place literally saved my life. I walked in with the worst nails on the verge of tears and they fixed them up so so well. You can tell they genuinely know what they're doing, the care and attention they pay to every detail and constantly asking if everything is okay is soooo appreciated. I had such an amazing experience here! Luis did my feet and it was sooo relaxing and wonderful! My pedicure looked amazing. I got the deluxe and it was so detailed. Michelle did my dip nails and they were so gorgeous!! And Annie did my daughter's first manicure and made her feel so special. Annie also gave me a neck massage that was amazing! Julie did my sister in law's pedicure and she was amazing. Hanna and Tina did my Mom's nails and she absolutely loved it all!! We will definitely be coming back to Ventana! This nail place is around the corner from me. This is my 2nd time going and I was pleased with some things and some things I was not pleased with. Including tip I ended up paying $143. My complaint is not the price. There were additions I was not told about until I had to pay. I was charged for shape, added tip on dip thats an addtl $10 I was not told about. Plus an additonal $20 for design which was sprinkles of glitter. Thats an extra $30 I was not told about and I am not happy about. Plus I arrived at 12:30 and did not leave until 3. However..the nails were really good and Julie did an amazing job on them. I just say they need to work on timing, because while I may have 3 hours to kill someone else may not. Also they need to work on telling the clients what is extra and not extra when giving services. Other then that I will be back. One star off for these issues. I do recommend. read more

I came in with my mom on an early Friday afternoon so it wasn't too busy. We both got the sugar pedicure and dip powder manicures. We were very happy with the service. Great color choices too. Inside is bright, clean and neat. Prices are pretty on par for what they usually charge in this area. Maybe slightly more, but completely worth it. I'll definitely return! read more

I have been coming here since they opene and the inital staff was great. I knew the owner from the Ventana in katy. Over the last month in a half they have quite a few new employees. The last two times I have come the experience has been less desirable. On Wednesday this week my friend and I would come all the time met there. She got there about 5 mins prior to me and checked us both in. As I walked in the nail tech walked over to me and checked out my nails and I told her I wanted them cut down and a fill as well as a pedicure. She said okay. I then went to the bathroom and then went to my chair. She came and set up the towel to start my nails and looked at them again. She then walked away and I thought she was going to get her cart. 10 minutes pass and she hasnt come back and no one is doing my pedi. At the same time im noticing this the new guy doing my friends nails gives her her price, which was 30 dollars higher then normal for the same thing. So shes asking him what yhe up charge for. Instead of answering he replies "if you cant afford it then find some where else that will do it for cheaper" I asked him to repeat what he said because I couldnt believe what I was hearing. He repeated it. We were shocked. At that point I got up and went to the receptionist to ask her about whose doing my services and she tells me oh she left I dont have anyone else to do it. So hold on, she checks my nails out, comes to my chair to get it started then just leaves and if I had not come to the desk you werent going to tell me. Horrible customer service so I ask her to call the owner as he knows myself, friend and family who all come here often. I explain to him what happened and he was apologetic and told me if I could come back another day this week that he woiuld give me 30% off my services. So I decided to come back on Friday. Get my services done only to go and pay and now the story has changed that the 30% was only off of ny nails not my services. Like what sense does that make that came Wednesday to get both hands and feet but now youre lying saying it was only my hands. As I told them the last 2 times was enough for me to never give them my hard earned money ever again. As will my friend and entire family. I will ensure that anyone who asks for a referal on where to go wont be Ventana. Sorry Kent i thought more highly of you. read more
