frozen yogurt $5
Thien H.

They didn't have any pâté (refrigerated or frozen) unfortunately. They only had a jarred rillettes made from duck. I got some of the jambon from the deli that they slice to order and I thought it was authentic and yummy though a little expensive at like $26 a pound. The baguette from Rosalind Bakery was good. They have some fruits and veggies, snacks, milk, butter, some frozen stuff, wine, and some deli meats. My favorite item was actually the frozen yogurt. It's the perfect combination of tart and sweet and tastes high quality. It's better than all the other frozen yogurt places we've tried in the city.

I love Le Marche Cezanne! Such a special market with great people. The froyo is spectacular!! It's a great part of the community in Potrero Hill.

Cute little local market in Potrero Hill. Its not so eye catching from the outside or at least I don't recall seeing anything that made me know or had to walk across the street to go see... however, once I did walk across the street and I peered inside the front door, the floors and the interior got me to take a couple steps back and go inside to check out what was good here. This market is so cute inside and everything was displayed really beautifully. They have a lot of special brands, products, and unique things you may not find elsewhere, here! I would have left with more things, but I wasn't sure when I was going to leave the city and I also didn't want to spend a ton of money still. I did get a bag of Sightglass espresso coffee beans. There is a small coffee station / bar, but they closed at around 3pm, so I was unable to get coffee during the time I was there. They had a good selection of fresh produce - veggies and fruits and meats and cheeses as well as selection of wines. I would stop by again! Guys working were also nice. There are a few tables out on the sidewalk people can sit at too which I loved. Wish California had more of these types of seating seen.

Le Cezanne Sandwich

Was in the mood for a sandwich this evening and took a walk down 18th. Decided to finally swing by Le Marche Cezanne and ordered the Cezanne. The fig jam, arugula, and brie really shined through. Solid offerings. Quaint, Parisian interior made for fun vibes as well.

Nice little market in the heart of Potrero. We are a french American family and definitely enjoy the Parisian vibe. They have many local products as well as a good and unique selection of French and European cheeses, as well as meats. You can find a small selection of bread, fruit and pantry items. They have a pick up window for coffee and pastries too! We also met Mario, the owner we believe, who was working the butcher and cheese counter.

I love this place! They have everything you can think of, not to mention that almost everything is organic. I loved their imported items and high quality meats, cheeses and produce. I also love to support small businesses, especially ones that pay close attention to detail and quality. You can also buy coffee, drinks, sandwiches and pastries there. Highly recommended this french-inspired farmer's-market-like store! | IG: Smackinfood

This is truly a gourmet store. If you are looking to find the best imported products for your next dish or house party, this is a must visit. The cafe is also excellent...a little slice of Paris.

I was pleasantly surprised when she wrote back right away, indicating that she had addressed this with her staff. She was gracious in accepting the feedback. In one incident over a year ago, another customer verbally harassed me and threatened physical harm while I was shopping. Her child was left unattended and was knocking items over, which I reported to security. The guard failed to do his job and did not intervene appropriately. When a supervisor arrived, the situation was handled much more professionally. I should feel safe shopping in my local market. That guard no longer works there, but the experience was upsetting and difficult to move past. Unfortunately, in January 2026, I encountered similar issues with a new security guard. He has repeatedly followed me around the store without cause. Most recently, he approached me unnecessarily, stood uncomfortably close, and spoke to me in an intrusive manner while I was selecting items. His behavior showed poor training and a lack of respect for personal boundaries. These repeated experiences with security staff are negatively affecting the atmosphere at Woodlands. I am a respectful, regular customer and do not want to feel uncomfortable or monitored without cause when shopping. Proper security training and professionalism are essential for customer safety and trust.

In fact, you can snag some good deals on produce and cheese here if you're willing to try something new. Speaking of produce, it's always beautiful here. I don't think I've ever seen an unappetizing leaf, fruit, or vegetable. I discovered this place after parking in front of it for the nearby library branch on the same day I listened to KEXP for the first time. I was prepping for an upcoming weekend excursion, and while I usually buy my groceries in the South Bay, closer to where I'm headed, I decided to change things up and get (mostly) everything in one fell swoop. I believe I got a prepackaged side dish that was delicious. And some fruits and carrots for the road ahead and the weekend beyond. I've returned a couple of times, and the people who work here have always been kind and helpful. It's a busy little place. Spend even a few minutes here, and you'll hear neighborhood acquaintances having friendly conversations about whatever. I got some really good cheese the last time I was here, after returning a book to the library. Are you sensing a theme?

One place in Bernal Heights where you can see and find good drink and food is at the Good Life Grocery on Cortland Avenue. The Good Life Grocery has two San Francisco locations. The first one is in Potrero Hill ( by Loard's Ice Cream) and the second location is in Bernal Heights. Inside the Good Life in Bernal Heights you will see organic produce , coffee , ice cream, and seafood. I also bought a plastic tub of Teresa's salsa (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=X5p2lC9zT7SVczCrTKKD8A), a brand I've never seen (Santa Cruz) as well as a bottle of pasta sauce (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=s6NOe6OuMYz0bk78rXr_lg). The salsa was okay but I liked that it was from a local business. I will try the pasta in the next couple of weeks. I have not visited Cortland Avenue for a number of years save an Elite event at United Dumplings during Covid. Coming on a Sunday morning, I saw a steady flow of people going in and out of this market with small bags. Great that this place has modernized substantially with the attractive counters for the take and go, deli, and meat sections.
