Despite a handful of bad experiences, this is may favorite nail place to visit. You really can't beat their prices, and each pedicure comes with a hot stone massage that I can't find anywhere else. Try to avoid peak hours (lunchtime and on on weekends) and you'll likely love your service. Their prompt and usually pretty spot on on a wait time, if any. They have a large selection of nail polishes so I always find one I like without trouble. They have a number of different pedicures and I usually get the deluxe for the special attention to my heels. I've gotten manicures here as well and, when they take their time, I'm always happy with it. The manicure also comes with a shoulder massage, which I've never gotten at another salon. The staff is friendly and again, when they take their time, are attentive to your needs and make sure to offer you anything they think might help. read more

Lisa is beyond amazing. She is professional and never rushes her services. She was recently on an extended vacation and I tried two different salons, the results were horrible and the cost was much higher. This is my go to mani/pedi place since 2013. Never much of a wait, if at all, and I've never made an appointment. I have yet to find another place that includes the hot stone massage with the cheapest pedicure option! My polish always seems to last significantly longer than other salons, getting nearly a month on my toes with just the standard polish (not gel). New tools opened in front of you, and a liner in the basin. The manicure also included the neck/back/arm massage, which doesn't seem to be offered elsewhere. I typically go back and forth between this nail salon and another because I don't live as close to Le Nails. However, this place is my absolute favorite! Only $25 for an amazing pedicure including a massage, hot towels and oil with hot rocks. I don't normally get a manicure but I have in the past and they also massage your neck and shoulders when you do. No other place does that! I'm a big fan and recommend this place to anyone in the oviedo area or willing to drive that way. The massages are thorough and I never feel rushed out of here. Now, I do recommend you set an appointment if you are going during peak hours because they do get busy. read more

So my relationship with Le Nails and Spa is now a year old and I'm still very happy with them. I standardly go to Kelly for my nails, but everyone there who has provided a pedi has been great. Costs are very fair. I usually call ahead an hour or as much as I can before to make sure I can get in to Kelly, but so far so good. read more

Four stars for a solid quality nail salon that delivers above-average work in an attractive environment. Le Nails and Spa, located in the Publix plaza, is a really solid salon. I am almost always pleased with the quality of their work. Generally, the salon employees are very efficient, polite, and promote a relaxing environment. There are some nail techs who are less talented than others, but most are very satisfactory. If you are unhappy with their work, they are generally very willing to correct the issue if you bring it up with them. The salon itself is fairly popular, and it's best to make a reservation. They have a good sized selection of nail polish and a lot of technicians. The salon is always very clean, but does have the chemical smell that some people don't prefer. It usually will take longer to get a pedicure, as there are fewer pedicure chairs available. However, if you are coming for your nails you probably won't have to wait very long. The prices are reasonable and they don't tend to push you for "extras." Overall, I recommend this salon and always enjoy my experience. read more

I came on a rainy Saturday afternoon (perfect day for a pedicure right??) and only waited approximately five minutes if that even though they had several people here. I have been here many times before and can't remember a bad experience. The chairs are awesome. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. Did I mention the chairs?? Reasonably priced. Just visited the salon today. I went in for a fill. My tech did a nice job on my nails and was very polite and professional. I made an appointment mainly because it was the weekend and the day before a holiday. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and was seen about 18-20 min after my appointment time. It's hard to find a Good nail salon in this area, one that not only offers acrylics, manicures and pedicures but techs that are talented artist's. I was spoiled at my last nail salon with HUGE varieties of colored and glitter acrylics and my tech was very talented and creative. This salon is wonderful for pedicures and for basic acrylics ( ie pink and white or reg sets and fills and basic designs) if you're looking for creativity in acrylics and designs or the ever popular acrylic ombre` this is Not your place.. and if you find a place like that in this area PLEASE hit me up and tell me... All in all I would definitely come here again.. and recommend going to my friends. read more

This salon is clean and service can differ depending on who does the service. I tried 3 ladies before Sophia who is great!! Best foot massage ever. She files my nails just right. I normally get a gel manicure with pedicure which is $53 inclusive of fantastic leg massage, HOT towel wrap and hot stones used for massage on your legs at the end...amazing!!! At the end of a manicure they also massage you head, neck & shoulders...this alone can be $10-15. That being said please tip accordingly! Good service should be followed by good tip...but this is my opinion! Sofia is off on Monday and Wednesday so call ahead and schedule an appointment. Now...that doesn't mean you may not have to wait but she tries her best to not let it be long. If you walk in without an appointment you should know that 10 minutes in nail salon time is often 30 minutes or so. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because unlike other salons water although available, is not always automatically offered...that would make it 5 star service! read more

The staff was all very friendly but I was unhappy with the results of my mani pedi. The paint used must have been old as it was very thick and you can tell when painted on. It bubbles up and when I pointed it out the gentleman that did my nails scraped off the piece and painted over instead of taking off and starting from scratch. The next day I took a look as I am OCD and paying good money seem to be wasted when I looked down and there was still the same "texture" look on my pedicure. Make sure if you get your nails done you get Gel instead of regular paint, since the quality of paint isn't new. Overall decent, but probably won't go back again. read more

Very unsatisfied with service. The nail tech did a very horrible sloppy rushed job. I told her it was for my wedding and she didn't care at the least. She had very poor customer service skills, and rushed me out the chair to take other clients. She saw how frustrated I was and I even told her I do not like the outcome. I ended up going to a second nail salon to redo my nails. Even the second nail salon told me her work looked really bad and was not up to standards. Save your time and money and go else. Mani/pedi were not good at all. It hurt, and I ended up having to paint over the toes on my own (and they look better -- that's saying something! ). The colors they used didn't even match. Called to ask if I could come back in to have toes fixed and they said to come back in the next day any time. Went back next day and waited 20 mins but no progress toward being seen, so I left. The guy who did my nails also gave me a back massage (which I found a little odd, but I rolled with it. . .), and he literally beat the crap out of my back. I am SO sore the next day. I made an appointment - and it's 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting to be served. Absolutely no respect for those with appointments. They actually allowed two people to go ahead of me even though I had made an appointment. Why am I being made to wait because the salon and some customers can't get their stuff together to make an appointment or have more staff on hand? No way to run a business. DO NOT go to this excuse for a nail salon!!! Horrible, unpleasant and unfriendly staff is all you will encounter!!! I came to this place because they had a kids chair. It was the first time my daughter (4yrs old) would be getting a professional pedicure. It was supposed to be a fun and girlie day!! When we got there I explained we had reservations. One of the employees started doing my nails while my daughter sat in the door next to me. Three ladies came by while rudely point at us and talk in their native language and move on. One came down started the water for my daughters chair and never came back. Each of these employees took customers that came after us, the one lady explained that they wanted more services for a larger tip. We waited about 35 minutes and my daughter never got her nails trimmed or painted. These employees were some of the rudest people I have seen at these salons, if they only knew that any mom seeing her daughter happy would have given them a better tip than any of the other people they took. We decided to leave without either of us getting our pedicures. I asked to speak to a manager and again they rudely talked among themselves and no one wanted to talk to us. I finally said enough! A dumb employee got up from the desk where she had quietly been sitting pretending not to hear me. Said she was the manager and that someone would help us. I refused, she didn't offer any apologies and made sure to charge me for a color change. When I requested her name and the other 4 employees that had refuse to do my daughters pedicure, she refused at first until the other patrons started to look at her in disbelief. She mouthed some odd names and left the counter. I'm pretty sure these are not accurate as she was so reluctant to give me her name or the others (Hanah, Julie, Kelly, Vi?). Please do not go to these place if you want to have a relaxed and pleasant experience. They were horrible to me but most importantly did not care about the feelings of a 4yr old girl just wanting to have a special girly day. I used to love this salon, but I will not be returning. The employees are not friendly like they used to be and do not provide quality service like they used to. I was helped right away, but I was ignored through my entire pedicure, while the man who was working on me kept pausing throughout it to talk to his coworkers. It took a very long time for him to finish-not because he was he was taking his time and focusing on me, but because he was much more focused on socializing. When I was finished letting my nails dry and went to pay, I was again ignored while waiting at the counter with my card out. Another woman came up to the counter and was taken care of before I was. I was embarrassed and made to feel like they did not care about my business. There are other salons out there that will be getting my business from now on. read more
