Julie gave me an excellent pedicure, paying attention to detail and even suggesting a better nail color. Though prices have recently increased slightly, the quality and service make it worth it. The staff is hardworking, friendly, and talented. I only get pedicures for now due to gardening, my hands and nails are in rough shape. But may treat myself to them come winter. My best friend and I would go here on a daily basis. It was her favorite place. The women working here are extremely nice. They actually time your foot massage when getting a pedicure so you'll get what you pay for. The only bad thing I can say is the last 3 times I've gone here for pedicures my polish chipped off within a week each time. I think if I go back I'll bring my own color. read more

I have been a long time customer here with typically very good outcomes despite everything taking a long time... Changed from my typical gel to regular polish mani- asked for a design but had language barrier so decided to forgo it- manager came over, all very public, not cool. They returned my 5bucks, whatever. 2d later 3 nails chipped & I returned for repair- pointing out the poor quality finish but only asked to fix 3 nails. Again, public shaming that I should've told them sooner, they apparently don't guarantee regular polish, BUT would repair for Free this one time- take a seat. Scolding ME in front of customers, etc for THEIR inferior job. No Customer appreciation or recognition of that Awful polish job! They lost a longterm customer over 3 fingernails & a condescending attitude vs treating me like I deserved better- which I will now get from their competition. I will say, many of the nail techs, especially who do the Pedicures- are funny & skilled. Normally I don't leave bad reviews but for the price I paid $71 for a fill and basic pedicure I expect my nails to look decent for at least 2 weeks. Especially since I work from home. This was my 2nd time here. And my last. I saw Melissa for a full set. Things were going well, but I felt like a few of my nails were too thick and not smooth(wavy finish). She started complaining that she was doing her best, that it was the same(it wasn't see pics below)and that I'd she made it too thin it would crack, etc. then she said I should find a nail tech who I like...like wth? No customer service. If I'm paying 60 for a set!!! Then bc the acrylic was lumpy the polish had to be laid on extra thick to hide the lines. Plus no cuticle care or cleaning after. No thanks..I'm sure a few of the other techs might be good..but like c'mon. She just didn't wanna take the few extra minutes to do what her client asked. I'm all set! read more

The owner Melissa is rude, no manners, takes two hours to get through your nails with answering phone calls, micro-managing her team while they are in the middle of caring for their customers and telling them how to do their job, while leaving her own customer unattended ALL THE TIME! Not to mention when she is answering phone appointments, she told several customers during my visit if they don't bring cash she won't make their appointment, she then awaits their response to see what they would say and then says "I'm just joking" but clearly she is not because upon arrival she pressures you to pay her in cash and if you say no I don't have cash, she tells you to go to the ATM and she will wait!!!! I moved here a year ago and the only reason why I keep going back is because of one of the few valuable techs she has is great at pedicures "The Pearl" and gel manicures and she is a sweetheart. I won't post her name because never telling how Melissa will come for the tech so I leave her out. The owner Melissa answers the phone rudely, in person is rude, talks in her language about customers who don't pay in cash. Never underestimate that phones translate for you these days! You should be reported for cash pay outs the way you hound customer for it. Use the money for manner and professional development for yourself if you want to keep your business going! read more

Time management is clearly not a thing at this venue. This place does a terrible job managing appointments. It was rare for me to ever get my service at my appointed time because they would always take as many walk-ins as possible. If they can't keep to your appointments or even respect your time then you're better off taking your business elsewhere. Also, I speak and understand Vietnamese because I spent a good portion of my life in Vietnam. It's absolutely disgusting how some of the nail techs can talk ill of their customers. Have some class! They also don't seem to follow proper COVID safety procedures here. You'll sometimes see the workers without masks on, just walking around without a care. They'll take as many walk-ins even if it means you're stuck getting nails done within 6ft of another customer. Social distancing and COVID must be a myth here. There are better places to get your nails done in the area. Your health is important and your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

It's great to feel welcomed all the ladies there are very sweet and try their best. They all know my favorite nail color! We came here and had an appointment for 5 pedicures (2 children's) at 12. First, the kids chairs are in a separate area from the adults. Second, they had 1 technician available for all 5 of us, it was chaos and if we had appointments, I expect to be serviced at around the same time, not one after the other. There was zero communication on what was going on, and when asked the staff was rude. I would not recommend this place at all, especially if you have young toddlers who also want a pedicure as they'll be in a separate area completely. Waiting over a half hour TV scene when I had an appointment is outrageous. When I brought this up not one member of staff seem to care and even went as far as correcting my time keeping saying that I was late to my appointment which I was 10 minutes early. Came here for a gel manicure. The woman who did it put it on kind of thick & made it look a little lumpy but I was okay with it. First of all I went there may fifth 2022 I went there with friends because they suggested we go there then I quickly remembered why I stopped going there I got a pedicure that looks horrible I got a refill on my nails that looks equally horrible that I'm going to see my regular person on Monday and get my hands and my feet redone my friend spent $240 on three of us she went next door because the owner as she always does I suggest you pay with cash reason being so she can stay under the government's radar meaning the IRS she can lie about the cash she receives. She kept suggesting as my girlfriend said that she would pay with a card you give cash I give you discount. The three of us were so disgusted and totally unhappy that I would not go back and allow them to fix my nails or my feet because they're extremely rude. Our other friend was standing outside the door the woman who worked there was like oh you come in and sit down and wait for her like somebody was going to take off we're all professionals we don't need to take off and not pay our bills. The cleanest and friendliest salon I've been too in the Boston area. It's been hard to find a decent nail salon out here, so I never really go. Most places are not very clean and it feels like a farm with so many people being rushed, and who knows what tools have been cleaned. This place, however, was spotless! Liners in the pedicure tubs and new tools for each customer. My husband and I got standard pedicures ($28) that included all the bells and whistles and even the massage chairs were fantastic. I've been going to Allure Nails and Spa for over 1 year. The salon gets super busy on the weekends. They offer a SPA pedicure for $35 dollars and it is totally worth it. The salon is very clean and they autoclave ( sterlize) their instruments. They really take their time, I never feel rushed here. The pedicure tubs are covered with plastic liners and they massage you for quite some time. With the spa pedicure comes a hot stone massage and they will even give you a cold or hot compress for your shoulders. read more
