Yes yes yes. Do yourself a favor and stay here. It was my first time coming to LA so I did a ton of research on where to stay and landed on this hotel. We did not rent a car for the week, as overnight parking can be pricy, but there is a Zipcar location within 5 minutes (walking) of this hotel, which was super nice to have access to too. There are also lots of other restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery stores (Trader Joe's) within walking distance too. The hotel was super accommodating. We dropped our bags with the front desk on the day we arrived and the day we were leaving and it was super easy. The rooftop deck is also to die for. It's so gorgeous and they have a heated pool. Otto, the bar tender is THE MAN, too. They have happy hour with a complimentary glass of time every night from 5-6 and Otto is great to chat with! The rooms are HUGE. The price of the rooms might be comparable with some of the hotels in the area but I didn't see anything close to the size of these rooms. We had a king sized bed, bathroom with a walk in closet, vanity, kitchen, living space, and balcony. Wow. And everything was clean and updated.

    Lobby, super awesome and welcoming!

This was a fantastic find!!! This wonderfully beautiful boutique style hotel with colorful abstract art EVERYWHERE was the perfect venue for our weekend getaway. Centrally located in West Hollywood, walking distance to everywhere, all-around great safe location. The entire team at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, just very warm and customer-centric. Roman, Roger, Leilani, and Otto treated us like family, not like "customers." Will definitely stay here again. A+++ service!

I booked this hidden lil gem a few weeks ago to have some adult time with my hubby! The exterior definitely does not look like a hotel, more like an apartment building. They have valet parking available or you can self park in their garage, either way you still pay for over night parking. Once you walk in to the lobby you totally get the quirky vibes with the decor. We were greeted by Barbara at the front desk and she gave us excellent customer service!! She was sweet and very professional:) Once we got to our room I was so happy with it. Large living space, kitchenette, private balcony, spacious bathroom and king bed. I absolutely loved the fireplace in the living room! We were able to listen to music on the turntable speaker Via Bluetooth, you can also borrow vinyl from the lobby to listen to if you wish. They have a restaurant on the 3rd floor which is the floor we stayed on. It was a bit noisy at times because of that but not the worst. We were very happy with our stay, very close to all restaurants/ night life.... We had a great time here!!

Came for a anniversary trip last minute and this was our first stop and they did not disappoint. Overall great vibe and great costumer service Will def come back

Fine establishment in the West Hollywood area. This isn't a 4 star hotel I'm guessing, but it's a very cool place in a very hip area. Gotta tennis racket, and a pair of fuzzy balls? Check out the rooftop court. Bring extra balls, and not merely for the high ones that inevitably occur. In my casual perusal just to take the views and whole thing in I noted several ground level gaps that will slurp your balls if they drag too low. Back across the central bridge that traverses the space between pool/deck/wet bar where the elevator first opens to the rooftop area, the only real negative aspect this place has to offer. Exiting the elevator when I first searched for the pool, the dressing room (lavatory) was recently fouled, which is hopefully not a thing everyone is made to endure. One floor down is the Knoll restaurant which has a fantastic breakfast selection (2 eggs, roasted potatoes and bacon (-or sausage)), and my wife's avocado toast with pipita's and arugula (A+, both) and the dinner menu has every indication of being a great option. (Room service is being vocally encouraged at every turn) The room itself is very inviting and comfortable. A limited kitchenette, a nicely divided overall arrangement makes this very comfortable. Sadly the bath fan itself does not function adequately so when leaving the toilet (shrewd with the shower/tub) room, is closed off, the damp mildew in the vent is very evident. (I'll be addressing this to staff so it likely will be remedied) Two ample sized flat screen smart screens, feature Netflix and YouTube easily. Configuring an Amazon Fire devise is discouraged (no access open to the second HDMI, remote being locked in hotel mode) but possible. I didn't reveal this, you imagined reading the previous sentences. Street level secure parking is nice, but suited to smaller vehicles. Exercise room with the usual as well as a two computer and printer business area. Dated Firefox wouldn't allow use to my wife which was an issue.

Thank you to great people at Le Parc Suite for making my engagement feel extra special! They were so accommodating with my request and honestly made the stay memorial for my Fiancée and friends. If you're looking for a place to stay in West Hollywood, look no further. Updated rooms, great location and lastly an amazing staff. Thank you once again!

Honestly one of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, which is saying a lot because I get to travel alot. Spoiled me! Everything about the experience checked all the boxes. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Classy. The rooms are gorgeous, understated elegance. You can tell the place is newish. The service is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the valet to the hotel restaurant are kind and helpful. As others have mentioned, the courtyard, outside space is beautiful. A classy, almost Italian country feel. Big white leather booths that are lovely to lounge in, whether to eat, have a glass or wine, or just hang with a book. We just loved the restaurant at the hotel. We accidentally stumbled once we got there into their Happy Hour (so lucky) which was amazing. Besides the beautiful outdoor space under the trees, hey they had delicious drinks and amazing food on the happy hour menu! We had the truffle French fries, beef skewers, green beans and then a Caesar salad with added chicken. All was great - specially loved the fries and salad (the added chicken was juicy and delicious). We enjoyed our experience SO MUCH we went back for dinner! That's how good it is! Sat by the outdoor fireplace - very romantic - and had an equally lovely late night dinner. Burrata and tomato, shrimp appetizer and our favorite rigatoni I believe with a creamy pesto sauce. So yummy! The location is great. Earlier that morning I had met friends at the corner of Sunset and Highland to march in the LA Pride. The Hollywood Bowl is an amazing place to enjoy a picnic, wine and cheese spread while enjoying beautiful music... The hotel is just across from the Farmer's Market, where we went for two extraordinary meals- an Italian restaurant that was delicious and breakfast at DuPars which lived up to its hype of Esquire magazine that said their pancakes were the best in the world. Earlier I had to run to Target. My boyfriend walked a block away to Trader Joes. Everything you need and more is a short walk. We didn't go this time, but Canters is also up the street. My go to place for matzo ball soup late night while I was in college. As I said, this place checked every box. Oh - haha - I should mention the price was so reasonable for the quality of the experience! They also are pet friendly too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WE WILL BE BACK!

So I called the front desk to ask for new bath towels, waited for an hour.. didn't come. Called again waited another 30 mins, still never come. On the check out day, one of the staff was banging the door when I was in the shower. Which was ridiculous because I talked to the front desk the night before that I am going to have late check out. I was rushing to wear my clothes to answer the door, and realised he already opened my room door. Which means, luckily i was dressed.. if not, he would see me naked. And I feel this is super disrespectful! Why would u open someone's door without permission? Then the whole conversation he was so rude, with an attitude, said I didn't have late check out, late check out is not guarantee and only gave me 10 mins to leave the room and will have penalty. I was shocked. At the end when I check out. I was asking for the staff's name who is kicking people out. And the front desk was trying to cover up for him and said they don't know who that is. I am like.. Come on, how could you not know your coworker's name? So they finally gave me a name " Johnathan" which I don't know if they made it up or not. But anyways, this is the experience I had in this hotel. Definitely not recommend this hotel because of the service and cleaningness for this price.

Worth paying the service fee if you need reliable internet. The pool is good-sized but there were no towels available when we arrived. Again...this ain't the Beverly Hills Hotel. The self-parking garage is on the other side of the property and is connected to the hotel. Be aware: some rooms, like ours, overlooked Sunset Boulevard. Sunset Boulevard is extremely loud, especially at night. If that may disturb you, ask for a room facing the other way. Unfortunately, the worst thing going for this hotel is the clientele. Yes, this is a budget hotel chain but the prices you pay at this particular spot are far higher solely because of its location. Sadly, some of the guests were incredibly noisy and rude and apparently, smoking at the pool is perfectly acceptable. I could give other unfortunate examples. So this pricier budget hotel still attracts a very budget crowd. Would I stay here again? If I wanted to be in this location without paying $500 or more a night, yes.

This was my fourth stay at Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel, and it just keeps getting better…read more The hotel was recently remodeled, and the transformation is beautiful. The rooms feel modern, fresh, and incredibly clean, with a cozy boutique vibe that you wouldn't normally associate with a Best Western. In fact, when you think of "Best Western," this is definitely not what comes to mind -- it feels more like a charming, stylish boutique hotel tucked right into the heart of West Hollywood. I stayed on the third floor with easy access to the backyard pool area, and it was such a relaxing setup. The little patio and pool space are absolutely beautiful -- peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the whole stay feel warm and inviting. They also offer breakfast, which is such a great bonus, and the manager is truly amazing -- welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring about guests' experiences. Even though there are much fancier hotels nearby, I would choose this one again in a heartbeat. It feels personal, cozy, and special. I'll absolutely be coming back over and over again.
