Rooms are pretty and comfortable - we were in a low end room but on the top floor - 10; hotel is located across the street from comedy club, hotel touts their wolf gang puck restaurant that a lot of people go to without staying at the hotel, roof top bar and pool (salt water); we arrived at 415 and only one of our 2 rooms was ready but only took 15 minutes to get keys for the other We only stayed one night so we didn't use any of the amenities.

Los Angeles, this is your new favorite spa. I have been looking for nice spa with really nice amenities and most importantly, someone that can actually do deep tissues; and I finally found it! First off, they validated your valet parking, which I appreciate. When I walked in, I was greeted by this handsome gentleman who was extremely in shape and had a huge smile on his face. Turns out he was the manager and super friendly. After checking in and assigned a locker, I went into the waiting room which smelled incredible and had snacks and tea. Finally the massage. It was . Perfect amount of strength, they found my problem areas and the bed not only heats, but the bottom bit can adjust up to raise your legs. I've never ever seen this before!! To summarize, if you want the best massage in la, with a beautiful spa, and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Pendry spa. Feel free to message me with any questions.

My favorite parts of the hotel are the new and luxurious rooms and views, and the pool. Our suite was massive with stunning views. Bed was very comfy, good amenities, lots of modern aspects. One thing we noticed though is that the windows are not tinted so you can for sure see into the rooms from the street. You can also see directly into the non tinted rooms of the hotel across the way. I did not like the fact that the shower was not fully closed in. Why do hotels do this ?!? It steamed up the whole bathroom and created an absolute mess of water on the floor. We spent a lot of time at the pool because we got to the hotel early and our room wasn't ready until after 4pm. The views are spectacular! The service was also excellent and the drinks very good. I was not very impressed by the service. There were only two employees doing check in and massive lines of people waiting. The employee checking us in was not very friendly or inviting. Everything went very slowly. The lobby is very small. Even though our room was supposed to be ready at noon it wasn't ready until after 4pm. Pretty unacceptable for a luxury property that we chose to stay at for specific benefits! We had to rush once we were in the room to get ready for dinner We also told them multiple times that we would be checking out at 4pm but they proceeded to call our room, wake us up, and confirm again! Overall beautiful hotel, great location, but service and guest experience need to be improved especially for the cost of staying there.

This was our first time staying at The Pendry and let me tell you- we are hooked! Our experience was truly exquisite, there is no other way to classify it! From the moment we got out of our uber we were treated like absolute royalty and with the utmost kindness. The doormen were always so helpful and attentive- our bags were grabbed immediately. Jay at the front desk was exceptional- not only when we first arrived, but throughout our stay. He explained all the perks of staying at Pendry clearly and helped with an early check-in process. During our stay at the Pendry we used many of the hotels fine amenities. First off, the pool! I could tell from the photos that this was no ordinary rooftop pool- this pool was ultimate class. Beautiful comfortable stretch chairs and the view was immaculate. They even had sunscreen and aloe for those of us who forgot about the California sun! Secondly the restaurant, we only used one of the eateries which was Ospero for breakfast and lunch. I absolutely loved all the fresh ingredients served here, it made being away from home easier as each meal felt healthy and nutritious. I also so enjoyed sitting outside at the little two seaters in Ospero it never felt rushed which I really appreciated. Next the gym! We only got to workout one of the days ( we had a shorter stay) but this gym was perfect. It was so clean and had great quality equipment- even a peloton and yoga room! Fourth, the spa-although we didn't have time to book a spa treatments the offerings looked divine. I was able to use the spa a few times for the shower and sauna which was lovely and so relaxing. I also loved the gift shop they had and walked out with a couple quality mindfulness books. Make sure to stop by even if its just to take a inhale of the candles! Fifth, the Cadillac partnership program! This is amazing. If you are unsure what i am talking about- ask next time you stay at the Pendry! Aside from amenities, the room was great. I slept so profoundly each night and there's nothing else i could have wished for. Last but not least, I want to call out a few people who made our stay great, Jay from reception, Hector and Adrienne from concierge and although i didnt catch her name the manager at Ospero who greeted us each morning -each of these people leveled up our overall stay. Thank you all, you truly made bustling LA feel relaxing- which is not easy to do for this Midwest gal!

This review was only visiting here for work and not as a guest. Best described as Chic with the price tag running around $500 and up a night. Wolfgang puck has a restaurant on the rooftop along with the hotel 's Lounge pool. I went to the rooftop and if you are staying there you will have a great view of the city skyline.

I've stayed at all of the high end Sunset Strip Hotels -- The Andaz, The EDITION, ONE Hotel, the Mondrian, the London -- all wonderful in their own ways, but the Pendry stands above. Am I being bought off because we were welcomed by a handwritten note from the manager along with a fruit basket? Maybe partially. Look, flattery works on me. I'm human and fallible, what do you want? Am I writing this because the concierge got us last minute tickets to a Largo show that was sold out when even AmEx's concierge was having difficulty? Partially! Am I writing this because it has the best rooftop bar, pool, food (the in-room breakfast was to die for) location (across the street from The Comedy Store) of all its competitors? Bingo. I cannot stress enough how great its location is. The Sunset Strip has the best central access to Los Angeles, but even on Sunset among the other hotels, you literally walk across the street to the Comedy Store. We had a skyline king view on one of the top floors and, while the room doesn't have a ludicrously large (and by "ludicrous," I mean AWESOME) soaking tub like its neighbor The London, Pendry hotels always have the best mini-bar. That demi-bottle of Veuve is so handy at capping off the perfect romantic evening.

Elegant, fun and the vibe when staying in West Hollywood! This posh hotel is smack dab on the Sunset Strip in the midst of restaurants, lounges and shopping. The rooms are art deco filled with amenities. What hotel has a champagne vending machine?

I had a wonderful stay here! Friendly and attentive staff. Great location and love the hotel ambiance/ decor. It was my first time staying here this trip and it won't be the last. They have a beautiful rooftop pool with a nice view. There's bar and restaurant on the rooftop and bar & event spaces downstairs. I highly recommend if you are staying at West Hollywood.

    Spiky lemon dessert - yum!

We had an amazing time at Pendry West Hollywood - the staff was so nice - every one of them - from Asaf and Tiffany welcoming us at the front desk - this handsome guy Louis waiting on us at Merois - not to mention Jordie, Dennis, Cierra, and Amadeus at Merois - Pablo at the pool, and Carlos and Howie - and Paige with her welcoming smile - the service is quietly welcoming and so appealing - each one of them made us feel glad to be at Pendry. We met two couples (two different times) for lunch at Merois and the food was excellent and beautifully prepared - you must try the Spiky Lemon (I think that's what it's called) for dessert - we appreciate the chefs efforts! The rooms are lovely and we enjoyed relaxing in our Pendry robes - we had a wonderful view of downtown LA - I am trying to think of a reason why we need to go back to CA so we can visit this hotel again - try it - you won't be disappointed! And the views from the rooftop pool and Merois - amazing!!

    Cheeseburger, crab salad, and Bellini

A West Hollywood must! Highly recommend the bar at Merois- food is always spot on and the service is excellent. Pedro is so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with his recommendations and service. A few favorites: dirty martini, crab salad or burger, and cheesecake for desert.

I had a brief stay at Pendry WeHo in early December and found everything to be beautiful, clean, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. The bartender on the first level (I really wish I got his name!) took great care of my friend and I. The drinks and snacks were delicious, and he made sure we felt comfortable during our time at the bar. The only hiccup was when only one of the two elevators was available during check out time. There was a fairly significant wait just to get downstairs, and the stairs alternative was a little confusing for me. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would be interested in seeing the rest of the amenities in the future.

Adrianne, the concierge, went above and beyond at the requests I asked her for. Given that I stayed during a holiday weekend and not necessarily needed a suit for Monday for work, I asked her if there was any possibility that it could be dry-cleaned (it was Saturday morning) she made sure it was ready that same day by 6 pm. She was very attentive to seeing that my stay there was exceptional. Every time she saw me she called me by my name and had the best smile and conversation. Always asking if there was anything else that she could help me with. I could not be happier with my stay! John, the front desk overnight receptionist was amazing as well at any requests that I had asked for when I arrived late during my stay there. Always very polite and extremely helpful. The whole staff at the hotel was overall great and especially because of Adrianne and John, I will most definitely be staying there every time I go to LA. Could not have had a better experience. Huge thanks to everyone!

Last Saturday, I attended a wonderful & healing self-care day at The Pendry West Hollywood with dear friends. The event was a yoga + sound bath + cold immersion + spa experience created by Charles Chen/888 Process with The Pendry. I arrived early and met Melvyn Myles, who graciously helped set up and at the end of the event guided us and everyone to enjoy the hotel's offerings. Melvyn was not only incredibly kind and helpful, but was able to be everywhere for everyone and it was truly magical to witness! We were so grateful for Melvyn's incredible care and ability to be in several places at once! We hope to be back again soon! xoxo

Honestly one of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time, which is saying a lot because I get to travel alot. Spoiled me! Everything about the experience checked all the boxes. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Classy. The rooms are gorgeous, understated elegance. You can tell the place is newish. The service is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the valet to the hotel restaurant are kind and helpful. As others have mentioned, the courtyard, outside space is beautiful. A classy, almost Italian country feel. Big white leather booths that are lovely to lounge in, whether to eat, have a glass or wine, or just hang with a book. We just loved the restaurant at the hotel. We accidentally stumbled once we got there into their Happy Hour (so lucky) which was amazing. Besides the beautiful outdoor space under the trees, hey they had delicious drinks and amazing food on the happy hour menu! We had the truffle French fries, beef skewers, green beans and then a Caesar salad with added chicken. All was great - specially loved the fries and salad (the added chicken was juicy and delicious). We enjoyed our experience SO MUCH we went back for dinner! That's how good it is! Sat by the outdoor fireplace - very romantic - and had an equally lovely late night dinner. Burrata and tomato, shrimp appetizer and our favorite rigatoni I believe with a creamy pesto sauce. So yummy! The location is great. Earlier that morning I had met friends at the corner of Sunset and Highland to march in the LA Pride. The Hollywood Bowl is an amazing place to enjoy a picnic, wine and cheese spread while enjoying beautiful music... The hotel is just across from the Farmer's Market, where we went for two extraordinary meals- an Italian restaurant that was delicious and breakfast at DuPars which lived up to its hype of Esquire magazine that said their pancakes were the best in the world. Earlier I had to run to Target. My boyfriend walked a block away to Trader Joes. Everything you need and more is a short walk. We didn't go this time, but Canters is also up the street. My go to place for matzo ball soup late night while I was in college. As I said, this place checked every box. Oh - haha - I should mention the price was so reasonable for the quality of the experience! They also are pet friendly too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WE WILL BE BACK!

So I called the front desk to ask for new bath towels, waited for an hour.. didn't come. Called again waited another 30 mins, still never come. On the check out day, one of the staff was banging the door when I was in the shower. Which was ridiculous because I talked to the front desk the night before that I am going to have late check out. I was rushing to wear my clothes to answer the door, and realised he already opened my room door. Which means, luckily i was dressed.. if not, he would see me naked. And I feel this is super disrespectful! Why would u open someone's door without permission? Then the whole conversation he was so rude, with an attitude, said I didn't have late check out, late check out is not guarantee and only gave me 10 mins to leave the room and will have penalty. I was shocked. At the end when I check out. I was asking for the staff's name who is kicking people out. And the front desk was trying to cover up for him and said they don't know who that is. I am like.. Come on, how could you not know your coworker's name? So they finally gave me a name " Johnathan" which I don't know if they made it up or not. But anyways, this is the experience I had in this hotel. Definitely not recommend this hotel because of the service and cleaningness for this price.

Let me tell you all about it! Entering the Andaz Hotel is amazing! It's like the stress of the day disappears. The lobby has a modern home feel and is very welcoming. The concierge are attentive and very friendly. There's even some treats like snacks and magazines at their desk. I let them know I was here for my friend's birthday at the pool. I received a keycard that allowed me up to the rooftop. At the rooftop I was greeted by a nice security guard who checked my bag and directed me towards the cabana that my friend reserved. The place was packed with people lounging, in the pool and at the bar. There was an awesome dj spinning great music! You can order food and drinks at the bar. The pool is a beautiful blue and felt amazing. I loved it!

I've driven…read morepast this place a countless amount of times but never thought to actually go here until she invited me. Upon arrival, the security checked my bag and I had snacks in it. They told me I could not take it in as you are basically forced to purchase their food. My friend had asked for me if anything could be made vegan and nothing could. It seems weird that if a place can't accommodate your dietary restrictions, that they basically force you to instead starve. It also seemed surprising for them to offer nothing, when LA is such a vegan friendly city! Nevertheless, I really enjoyed their pool and had a lovely afternoon. It was popping when I first arrived, but as the afternoon turned to evening, it became more tranquil and peaceful and we could actually enjoy the pool and surrounding areas. I loved the vibe of the DJ playing some upbeat sounds and the furniture was all in great condition and very comfortable. The pool itself was warm and it felt good to dip my legs in. The people there had such a great energy. I loved the exquisite views of Hollywood and being able to see the sunset there felt magical. Parking is a little difficult in the area but I did manage to find some free street parking a few blocks south in the neighborhood. I just had to move my car by 7 pm since that's when it became permit only!

Created an account via their website and booked a 1 night stay in the City King suite. $417 after taxes and including valet = $617. (Sat/Sun) LOVED their eco friendly vibe and thoughtfulness in the design of the property. Even down to the glass cups for complimentary water. Our room keys were wooden chips, the flooring material in the elevators were soft and cushion-y (so unique), real plants placed throughout the property- even in your room, free rides via their Audi vehicles (3 mile radius) and so much more. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in. Probably took no more than 10 mins. Valet was $75. Pets however stay for free! (So awesome) We ended up on the 10th floor and found a bottle of prosecco in the room to start the celebrations. The room was super clean, eco-friendly and the view was beautiful. Bedding was comfy and so was the additional couch in the room. Amenities were bomb and fridge options were too good! (Good brands) The lounge at check in was such a vibe with dim lighting. Sat there a few times (evening and morning) to just relax and enough the ambiance. Hotel was super lively with guests and community. There was a dj one evening and they seem to have a lot of wellness activities and offers which was nice to see. There's a breakfast spot right next to checkin (we didn't try) and a complimentary fresh fruit stand in the mornings. The architecture of the property is so beautiful and you can tell they really care for it (and the plants!) The grand stairs were my favorite be sure to take some pics in the evening - the glow is to good. Will definitely be back. I'm a fan!

Is this the "best" Best Western? Well, it might be. But it is still a Best Western…read more The location, smack dab in the middle of the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, is incredible which is why you are not paying typical Best Western prices. It is situated literally next to the Sunset Tower Hotel which is a celebrity hotspot and extremely expensive. The Andaz Hotel is across the street and Saddle Ranch and the famous Comedy Store are maybe a one or two minute walk away. The room was very nice and the bathroom was good-sized. The shower was also excellent (except the body wash in the wall dispenser was empty--hey, it's a Best Western, did you expect perfection?). There is a free continental breakfast and it is fine. The pool is good-sized but there were no towels available when we arrived. Again...this ain't the Beverly Hills Hotel. The self-parking garage is on the other side of the property and is connected to the hotel. Be aware: some rooms, like ours, overlooked Sunset Boulevard. Sunset Boulevard is extremely loud, especially at night. If that may disturb you, ask for a room facing the other way. Unfortunately, the worst thing going for this hotel is the clientele. Yes, this is a budget hotel chain but the prices you pay at this particular spot are far higher solely because of its location. Sadly, some of the guests were incredibly noisy and rude and apparently, smoking at the pool is perfectly acceptable. I could give other unfortunate examples. So this pricier budget hotel still attracts a very budget crowd. Would I stay here again? If I wanted to be in this location without paying $500 or more a night, yes.

The rooms feel modern, fresh, and incredibly clean, with a cozy boutique vibe that you wouldn't normally associate with a Best Western. In fact, when you think of "Best Western," this is definitely not what comes to mind -- it feels more like a charming, stylish boutique hotel tucked right into the heart of West Hollywood. I stayed on the third floor with easy access to the backyard pool area, and it was such a relaxing setup. The little patio and pool space are absolutely beautiful -- peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for unwinding. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the whole stay feel warm and inviting. They also offer breakfast, which is such a great bonus, and the manager is truly amazing -- welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring about guests' experiences. Even though there are much fancier hotels nearby, I would choose this one again in a heartbeat. It feels personal, cozy, and special. I'll absolutely be coming back over and over again.

Start with a pot of steaming hot herbal or black tea. A bright blue martini or flute of Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut are available at an additional cost. Savory sandwich menu features a collection that is "curated for those who actually eat." A plate of four finger sandwiches arrive to the table. Start with the 'Sample Size Salmon' that is thinly sliced smoked salmon on a lavash-style micro-rye crisp. A more savory bite is the '17th Floor Steak Slider' made with Wagyu beef and served with a single crispy steak fry. The "Editor-in-Chief" Egg Slider is truffled egg on crustless brioche, while 'The Clacker Cucumber' is refreshing, minimalist round bite that is 'sliced to the exact width of a size zero stiletto.' A three-tiered tea service holds original and raisin scones, clotted cream, lemon curd and jam, plus sweet treats. My favorite is the "Groundbreaking" Floral Tart made with lemon curd and topped with a delicate flower. The beautiful "Red Sole" Petit Four is a classic vanilla sponge with a lacquered red base. The "Beauty Closet" Macaron is large, hand painted with a two-tone shell, and has a luscious dark ganache in the middle. There is also a minimalist "Unseen" panna cotta with vanilla and Champagne gelee. It's a fun multi-sensory tea service to enjoy with friends and family. The Devil Sips Tea will be offered starting on April 4, 2026 on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30-3:30 PM. The cost is $84 per person ($42 for guests under 12) and reservations can be booked via OpenTable. There is also a complimentary 2-hour valet with validation.
