I truly regret writing such negative reviews. An awful review has to be hard earned, and boy does this place deserve an awful review. The food is generally good. The service is CONSISTENTLY awful. I access Le Paris Brest Cafe through Uber Eats. They don't bother to give you what you order, just whatever seems like a good idea to them. They've sent the wrong items before, so I thought to try them again anyway and add order notes to make sure. I reinforced the item I ordered in a polite way. Didn't matter. They sent the wrong item anyway. I went back and checked. They've sent the wrong item on 4 out of 6 occasions. My suggestion, If you want to order from this store, order something you don't want so you have a shot at getting something you will want. It's your only chance! read more

Wow! What a cute little French pastry coffee shop. They have the most delicious chocolate eclair I have ever had. It surprised me in a very good way though as there was a chocolate whipped filling instead of a vanilla cream filling. The pastries are made by hand. The service was friendly, welcoming, and inviting. I loved sitting here enjoying a coffee, pastry, and doing some cross stitch. Very relaxing! Will come to again on my next trip! read more

I had just heard about this place and had to try it. I went on a Friday morning with my daughter. It wasn't busy at all and there were plenty of seats inside and out. We ordered a chocolate crepe, crumbled chocolate mirror cake, a Paris Brest and chocolate croissant. My absolute favorite was the glazed mirror cake. It had so much going on from crunchy to smooth, sweet and different layers and flavors. I wouldn't skip it if you're a chocolate lover. The crepe was huge but super tasty. The Paris Brest was a little different than others I've had. It was good but not my favorite of everything. The chocolate croissant was amazing, can't go wrong. Service was excellent and so kind. This was somewhere we visited a couple of times (which shows you how much we liked it since there's a lot of choice around here) but this was a while ago. I looked and couldnt believe I hadn't said anything about this place. First of all it's Inside the Paris casino/hotel so as with anything to do with a casino its not cheap but in this case well worth it. The menu is (in case you haven't figured it out by now) French, the food is excellent and the service superb. They have seating inside (highly reccomended during summer heat waves and cold winter months) and outside like a French sidewalk Cafe. The atmosphere is actually very close to a Paris Cafe except for the constant traffic up and down las vegas blvd. I'll definitely be back, but after the superbowl leaves town. read more

I've now Uber eats this place a few times and have been in person once, and I love it! The baked goods are delicious, the sandwiches are fresh and lite. The regular croissant is so light, and crunchy, and buttery. They use this as the bread for the sandwiches. The Nutella doughnut is life changing. The blueberry and banana toast hits all my cravings. I had high hopes for this bake shop but unfortunately it was another disappointing experience. The Black Forest cake had no cherries and instead had strawberries and the cake was very dry and tasted nothing like chocolate. The cream also tasted like it absorbed the flavors of the refrigerator. The pistachio cream in the other pastry also tasted very artificial and the sponge at the bottom was hard as a rock which tells me it was a few days old. Nothing tasted worth the calories from this shop. read more

I had lunch here earlier this year and have ordered delivery through DoorDash as well. The cafe is very cute and cozy. There aren't many tables, but it was nice ambiance for dining in. They had a couple of tables in front for more seating. Due to limited space I wouldn't recommend strollers or coming in a big group. The employees made our order in a reasonable amount of time. The food and drink have been hit or miss for me. On my first visit my Cafe Au Lait was on the burnt side, but a Caramel Macchiato through delivery was very good. The Surf and Turf Sandwich was great on both occasions. Their French pastries like croissants were excellent and clearly their strength. The chocolate cake and pistachio cake had very little flavor and weren't good. We tossed those after a couple of bites. The fruit tart was also a miss. The Financier and Pecan Tart were mild in flavor, but I enjoyed them with coffee. If coming here I'd focus on food and traditional French pastries, skip on cakes. I will come here again and it's not a bad option if you are in the area. In comparison to other French bakeries in town this wouldn't make my list for one of the best though. read more

Fantastic hidden gem, tucked away in a sleepy strip mall. This should be named "Le Paris BEST Cafe". The family that owns and operates this patisserie are actually French Polynesian, so they bring experiences from two eclectic cultures and it certainly shows in the wonderful pastries with incredible fruit fillings. No corners cut, nothing skimped on. I can attest that no matter what I get, it never goes to waste, but it certainly goes to waist!! The quiches are incredible, as are the cakes. They were able to make for me a special mocha cream layer cake for a family Sunday dinner when I asked on Friday - no problem. Accessibility: there is a ramp located outside for mobility devices but there is no restroom inside so you will need to go next door. Incredible! The décor here is so cute and very clean. The service was so friendly and helpful. The food y'all!!! This is why we're here. We tried the trovienne, strawberry pavlova, pistachio cake, and raspberry tart. Las Vegas is home to plenty of amazing restaurants and cuisines, but one of the things I've noticed is that French restaurants tend to be more difficult to find than most. Many of the ones that I know of are located on the Strip, which is not one of the easiest streets to navigate any time of the day. Thankfully, there are a handful of places that have popped up off the Strip that cater to those craving this celebrated cuisine -- one of which I've recently discovered is Le Paris Brest Cafe, a small cafe and bakery found in Henderson! Of course, it's on the stretch of Eastern between Serene and St. Rose Parkway that is difficult to navigate, but it's still worth the trip if you're in the area. In any case, when I arrived the first thing I noticed was the numerous pastries they had on offer -- while they have the usual suspects of croissants, baguettes and various types of cakes on offer, they also offer classical French pastries that you just won't find anywhere else, like the titular paris-brest cake, religuese pastries, and miniature quiches with fillings like salmon or vegetables. You can order sweet or savory options here -- whatever you're in the mood for! The second thing I noticed was how small the cafe space is -- it's perfect if you like cozy spaces, but with how quickly this place fills up on a busy day you may want to take your food home to go if it's packed. In any case, for my review I focus on three items: the surf and turf baguette sandwich, French onion soup, and their paris-brest cake. The surf and turf sandwich was spectacular -- the combination of salmon and goat cheese was delightful, and the light salad it came with helped cut the richness of the filling. What I was really surprised by was the baguette itself, though -- it was toasted, but it was still soft and tender on the inside, and crisp on the outside! Most baguette sandwiches I've had typically treat their bread as an afterthought with how tough it is, but here they treat the bread as a star like the rest of their food -- and you can taste it! Their French onion soup was one of the best soups I've ever eaten anywhere -- while most restaurants use beef broth for their soup, they use vegetable broth in their French onion soup, which gives it a more delicate flavor. It also has the added benefit of lightening the dish, so that you don't feel overly full afterwards, while still retaining the warm, comforting feel of the dish. I've never had anything quite like this! The most surprising item was the paris brest cake, however -- I ordered the praline paris brest and it melted in my mouth. But what I was also pleasantly surprised by is that it wasn't too overly sweet, too. Unlike most restaurants and bakeries here, where more sweet is apparently better, here the sweetness is held back, all so you can properly taste each ingredient that goes into the dessert. Not only that, it has the added benefit of lightening the dessert as well... needless to say, it was one of the best cakes that I've eaten. Let me just say this -- if you're looking for more upscale French fare, you're better off going to the Strip, because Le Paris Brest Cafe is definitely not one of those types of places. What Le Paris Brest Cafe offers, I think, is a glimpse into how the French actually eat on a day-to-day basis -- unpretentious food, fresh bread and pastries, and a soothing and relaxing atmosphere that make it so easy to lose track of time while you're there. It's for this reason that I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area -- you certainly won't regret it! read more

I always love to support mom and pop Cafes! I needed to check this place out! It's located not far from Big 5 in a large shop center on Eastern between Silverado Ranch and Richmar. It's not very big. It can seat about 15 people only. It's very intimate with a jazzy feel. The music played was jazz music. It was a bit too loud for 9 am. They have only 5 tables and 1 long long table by window for people watching those in the parking lot. The décor is basic south of France style very bright and tasteful. It's what I liked the most about the cafe. It's clean and the display of pastries is well done I must say. The employee behind the counter is very friendly. I had a hard time picking. I picked the fruit tart and an Apricot "croissant." Both had good flavor but sadly they over baked it. The croissants were over brown and too hard. The tart was better but the crust was also a bit to hard for what i am used to. I ordered a small to go cafe latte with coconut milk. It was very basic. For a French café the prices are not as bad as I have seen especially post CoVid prices. I took a star off for the pastry and coffee. The ambiance is nice. It's a nice place to relax and hang out with a girlfriend or your husband for an intimate conversation for breakfast or late brunch. My suggestion only is please don't over bake the pastries and I'll gladly be back to try a croissant. I hear the crepes are very good. What a great little cafe! The hubs and I stopped in before my hair appointment the other day. I checked their yelp and couldn't quite tell if this was just a bakery or an actual cafe that sold coffee (lattes) and such. Well....they do! And while they absolutely overcharge for alternatives to milk ($1.50 per drink up charge) and they charge .75 for a flavor/liquid sugar, the drinks were good. So yeah, they way overcharge ya but the dranks were perfectly prepared. Like really good. Just overpriced. Most spots like this at least offer liquid sugar for free. We had an eclair and a Nutella donut croissant thingy. Both were awesome! The Nutella one was a hot mess but worth every bite! If you are in the area, I highly suggest you stop in. You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was super friendly too! read more

Finally, a French patisserie/cafe in (or near enough to) Henderson! I first noticed Le Paris Brest Cafe on my regular sweep of Yelp's Hot and New businesses, and I was really pleased to see that it was super convenient for me in contrast with the similar French cafes that seem to congregate in the west side of town. I could envision their relatively small dining room and patio both filling up at some point in the future, but I wouldn't mind taking my food to-go or standing up depending on what I were to order. Obviously the savory and sweet crepes and a wide swath of their desserts would be non-starters, but they have plenty of pastries both in their cold display case and on their room temperature counter. Speaking of which, it's a counter-order kinda place as expected The Almond Croissant ($4.60) was a stunner right off the bat. Crispy texture and copious amounts of creamy almond filling made this experience on par with any which I can remember from any number of patisseries on-Strip and off-Strip. I had to try the namesake traditional Paris Brest ($3.80) too. Think of this as a giant cream puff with a bonus layer of praline (hazelnut and perhaps almond) cream. It's as awesome as I'd hoped from past experience, thanks to their properly baked choux shell, rich custard, and intensely flavored cream. I'm curious about how their pistachio variant will taste and I'll be sure to try it in the future. The Brewed Coffee ($2, 10 oz) which they brought out at the same time as the aforementioned items was good too. The coffee was strong, rich in flavor, and not too bitter. The cream portion was conservative, but it was served warm and did the trick. Soon enough, my entree arrived. I chose the La Forestiere ($8), a savory crepe, for the mushrooms and bechamel sauce which replaced traditional cheese and optional egg. I chose the buckwheat flour and certainly appreciated the availability after being forced into having a white flour crepe recently. Perhaps the crepe itself lacked in crispy exterior compared to my favorite savory crepes in town, but it was thin and chewy. The thin ham, cooked mushrooms, and bechamel sauce were about as good as you can expect. The side salad had fresh greens and veggies, plus a delightfully acidic dressing. The fun continued at home, starting with when I heated and cracked open part of their Baguette ($2) for dinner. The crust was impressively thick but not hard, the interior was fluffy, and the whole thing just has the right chew which you'd expect from good bread. I also had the Apple Turnover ($3.95) to-go and heated in the oven. The dough had a nice heft and a flaky exterior, and the filling had plenty of sweet and slightly tart apple flavor, but I would have preferred some small pieces or chunks instead of a puree. More texture is always welcome, especially when the alternative reminds you of applesauce. My last taste from this first visit was the Quiche Lorraine ($4.90). I was sad that it contained ham instead of bacon and had one of the thinnest layers of the custardy filling which I've ever seen in a quiche, but it was quite good anyway. The egg which they did use in the recipe was soft, and the onions and ham were tasty. The crust of course was too thick compared to the interior, but it was rich and buttery and had the right flakiness. This is about a 4.5 star impression with rounding up due to the friendly, soothing atmosphere (with plenty of easy-listening French songs), and proximity to where I live. They are a must-try if you live in Henderson or otherwise are in this area, and considering the growing repertoire of this section of Eastern Avenue, I'm sure that you do visit this neighborhood if you love food and beverages as much as I do. [UPDATE 12/3/19: Finally made a return visit. La Complete ($8.50) was inadvertently made with white flour, but that part was still fine because the thick layer of Swiss cheese was stunning, and the ham and eggs were also nice. The Rise and Shine ($7.50) was a croque monsieur came with coffee or tea (chose coffee) and a "taster" (that's a beer term) of juice, and the fresh squeezed OJ was delightful, with that acidic bite from the actual fruit. The actual sandwich didn't feel that special on account of the lackluster sliced bread and the thin layer of ham. Finally, I tried the Creme Brulee ($3.50). It had a reasonable sugar glass top, but was made the biggest impression was the thick texture of the custard. The vanilla flavor and visual clue was there too.] read more

I almost don't want to write this review and hide this little treasure to myself. But it's too good not to share. This cute little cafe takes you to a tropical french Tahitian getaway. The decor is gorgeous. It's small and quaint about 10 tables and a little patio area out front. I've been waiting for a good bakery in Henderson since I'm always driving across town to go to Patisserie Manon. This gem has really hit the missing niche in Henderson. The pastries are light and airy and not overly sweet. Which I love bc it seems like all bakeries all yo I taste in their cakes is frosting and cloyingly sweet. Not here. The cake had a nice ratio of frosting to delicate moist cake. It was like a little piece of heaven in your mouth. The croissants are crispy and light and airy and oh so buttery. I come here at least once a month for the past three years. This has been the first time I have been disappointed in the food. I ordered the Forestere crêpe with Turkey. It was the first time it was brown on the bottom, and while checking through the crêpe, I noticed they had put the mushrooms with the mushroom liquid from the can into the crêpe, which made it sour. This time it was not the same as the many visits i have made the past three years. I feel the consistency is gone and it'll be a long time before I come back again if at all. I was happy to find a pastry place finally on this side of town that has more of a French influence. It was a cute bistro vibe inside. I appreciate that they don't over Sweeten the desserts. Items you would assume might be dense like the chocolate tart are actually very light and its easy to eat the whole thing. The chocolate crumble is another awesome dessert. The first time I ordered I think it was fresher because they crumble texture was still crispier and had better contrast to the mousse. I love that they have pavlovas, its not common to find, they melt in your mouth. It would be fun if they maybe got a little creative and maybe had some with lemon curd or rose pastry cream and raspberry. My one complaint is what they call a black forest cake really is not. Instead of having that punch of acid from the tart cherries and cherry sauce, it is very mild in taste and has a couple cherries and other random fruit. I added some preserves to it when I got home and it made it much better. What I did appreciate was the cake to filling ratio was balanced unlike freed down the road who lately puts so much filling you have almost no cake these days. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly, the pastries are incredible, and the coffee packs that morning lunch that you need. My mom and I wanted to try everything...and with good reason: Everything here looks picture perfect! We tried the chocolate croissant, butter croissant, tropezienne, croque monsieur, and ham & cheese croissant. Everything was tasty! The choco croissant had lightly layered crispness on the outside and wairy and fluffy in the inside. We liked what we ordered so much that we took several more things home to try. So, I love bread, ever since I can remember I love carbs. The more buttery the better! And when it comes to my favorite pastry, I love me a good croissant. Not the soft mushy ones like at Costco, but the authentic, crisp on the outside, buttery and flaky on the inside fresh baked croissant. Yes, that one. Conveniently this shop is located in the same shopping center as my favorite frozen custard shop, Crepe eatery so I no have 3 good reasons to come to this location. This family run business is still staffed by family and they are friendly and helpful. The non-family members are equal to the task and is a sign of a good work environment. My wife and I have been here to try their coffee, pastries, cream puffs and eclairs as well as their sandwiches and can I say, this is one of the top 5 bakeries I frequent when out and about. Visited my favorite Cafe in Las Vegas on Saturday,May 25th to treat a friend for her birthday. I have bragged to her about the wonderful pastries available here. We arrived too a very slim selection,which was a surprise. We made our choices, strawberry cream cake, pistachio eclair and chocolate brioche. My friend said the cake was fair, the eclair had no flavor of pistachios at all and the brioche appeared to be stale. Spent about 15.00 on 3 items. I've been thinking about their Quiche Lorraine ever since I stopped by here. It's still okay to dine in and they also have outdoor seating available. I ate inside along with a few other patrons and there was enough space to be seated far away from each other. Aside from their long display case of baked goods, a made-to-order menu exists. I didn't get to try anything out from that menu though. Quiche Lorraine- Flaky, buttery crust with custard and bacon in the middle. It can be eaten hot or cold, but I would recommend for it to be heated up first. Pumpkin Spice Latte- This is their seasonal fall drink with your choice of having whipped cream on top. If you say yes, extra caramel sauce is drizzled on top. This French bakery is located in the huge plaza shared with Brew Tea Bar and other eateries. The prices are fair and service is friendly. If you're looking for a good Tiramisu, it's not here. You are paying for the "vibe" of the cafe. I came in to get Tiramisu since it's my absolute favorite! When arriving, you're in a busy parking lot and the store is tightly put between two stores. The decor is VERY cute and when you enter there's light cafe music and it's very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and ears. Seeing as I came in purely for a Tiramisu, I ordered one and tried it on the spot before purchasing more since there were 3 left. I took a bite and was immediately disgusted. I asked if it was made authentically and was advised on the phone that it was made with lady fingers and espresso. Based off the photos of Tiramisu in the reviews I came in, due to the nice layering, dusting and lady finger on top. What I got was not like the photos, it was not layered nor did it even have dusting. Did you run out and just put this on the shelf? There was an artificial cherry on top and absolutely no taste of espresso, it was cake and creme. If I wanted a creme cake I would've asked for it. Upset I just purchased this, I also got a pistachio cake to try and make up for it. However I was upset and it's still sitting in the fridge and haven't tried it yet. read more
