Saw them on Tik tok! So had to try it, I was exited to know that it's GF restaurant. I went Monday morning right when they opened. The last was super nice and polite. She was in the middle of getting the stove ready which was totally fine. I got the farm fresh wrap ( so delicious) with a brownie muffin (delicious!) smoothie and a side of fruit. I for like coconut water but I really liked the smoothie. For the entire meal and tip was $40 but definitely was worth it. And I don't live close, I'm near Lone Mountain. I definitely recommend and will be back to try new things :)

Great local crepe place in Silverado Ranch. The friendly staff spent time explaining the menu thoroughly. The interior is very clean and there's a nice patio area with a great view of the park across the street. I got the healthy Cali Sunshine Crepe with fresh veggies, chicken, and avocado. The crepe texture was excellent and it came out made to order, warm and fresh. Very nice to go with the family or during a power lunch or brunch. Would definitely come back again.

Love this place!! Came for the first time, they are super aware of allergies. I have celiac disease and could eat anything and everything off the menu. The food was really good and super clean. I got a chocolate muffin and cloud cake for free because they were closing soon. Super generous.

Amazing to find a dedicated gluten free and natural restaurant here in Henderson/Las Vegas! Walking in it was so charming and clean that was a huge plus! I love that you can see the kitchen in action and it's so clean and neat. The menu has so many options from sweet to savory it was hard to decide. I chose the Honey Banana Bliss crepes and they were delicious! I also had the house made lemonade. The ambience was so beautiful, the tables and bar seating were colorful and the artwork was great. I overheard the owner say she had created the menu specifically with her daughter in mind and I thought that was amazing. If you are looking for natural, gluten free, locally sourced food, as well as family owned, this is your place.

The Service here was fantastic. The ladies were so kind and helpful with explaining the menu. Space is large, open, bright with cute parisian style tables and colorful chairs. The food came out quick. Our first dish was the SB&J because im a sucker for Sun Butter. It was delicious and the perfect snack! I recommend for a quick snack or small children who are picky eaters. Our second entree was the Soup and Roti. Roti was a little thicker than others I have tried, not as flaky but good. The Zuchinni soup was fantastic and a lighter broccoli and cheese.

This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back! Everything is made fresh and they have a lot of sweet and savory crepe options. The staff is really friendly and helps with any dietary needs. The food is expensive, but high quality. My crepe was delicious and very flavorful.

First time visiting and it was a great experience! We had the Farm Fresh crepe with the Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Morning Bloom Roti with the Apple slaw. We also had a mango blueberry and banana smoothie. All delicious! You can tell the menu was carefully crafted and the staff were lovely. We will be back to try the sweet crepes!

Absolutely delicious allergen-free meal start to finish! I came to support a fellow Vegas Chamber business have their ribbon cutting, and I had no idea what this cafe entailed! It was meant for me. I am lactose and gluten intolerant and had the Cali chicken roti wrap, which was delicious and well-seasoned (chicken, sautéed veggies, avocado), the anti-inflammatory turmeric soup (delicious), and the best, chewy-consistency sesame (I'm guessing tahini?) brownie. It was almost $29, which I understand *and* I wouldn't be able to spend this on 1 meal all the time, but I will undoubtedly be back bc it was all-around fantastic. If you're between the brownie and the muffins, get the brownie! Nice to meet you, Margie!

I wish I had found this place sooner! This is the restaurant I want to see succeed in Las Vegas! Their food is clean, delicious and healthy like something I would cook at home. Customer service is on point. The dining room is so cute with the talavera tables, large plants, and cactus murals. I want to encourage everyone to come support this small family business. Let's fill up this dining room every day! I would be here multiple times per week if I lived closer!

First time trying out Dare Vita and everything's tasty! The restaurant is fully gluten, nut, and soy free. Anyone with food allergies/specific diets should check this place out. Ordered the sunrise layer crepes with the sweet potato option, a fruit smoothie and a kids meal.

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
