Only open a few days a week for a couple hours or until they sell out, but also worth coming here during the limited hours. There's plenty of parking out front. There is also always a line which says a lot. Crepes are only available on the weekends. Overall, highly recommend any of the pastries, the coffee itself is OK but not amazing. I always go for their croissantsand danishes. I absolutely adore the fruit tarts. Heaven tried any of their quiches or their lunch products, but will have to come back and try those out. You won't regret coming here and I am so happy that I ended up finding this place.

The cream cheese rhubarb and almond paste croissants were excellent. We also enjoyed the a spinach quiche and the best Americano coffee in Corvallis !! The service was great too!!

Iced coffee with iced coffee cubes! Though the taste is not for me :(

I moved to Corvallis in January and this is my go-to pastry bakery. I'm here about once-twice a month, and an excellent place to impress your out-of-town visitors or to bring an assortment of desserts to a dinner party (yes, I did that, and yes, the 10yr old children appreciated it with wide eyes and glory). You can get the easy classics like apricot danishes and croissants (ham and cheese is my go-to, and they even do a ham cheese and jalapeño!), eclairs, quiche of the day, or go real fancy for their crepes, fruit tarts, and swan crème puffs. The only thing that's 2 stars in my book is the coffee. It just doesn't taste great. 5 stars for how much they care bc they put iced coffee CUBES but sadly, the taste is just ... not there. The loose leaf tea though is excellent!

Even when they are not open, the smell outside the shop is lovely! This is an update... they appear not to be open on Sundays, and no seating at this time (04/10/22)... I am envious if you live near here!

I'm not certain why the ratings are so high. We went on an weekend morning expecting fresh pastry. The pear tarte was ice cold for some reason. The crust was almost impossible to cut or break and there was no filling beyond a slice of dry pear. Instead of the Americano coffee we were convinced to try the house drip blend. It was regretted. Having been in many patisseries I was expecting different decor, it's about as French as the interior of the Olive Garden is Italian. We will likely return at some point, hopefully our experience was a one off. read more

Let's just say it's impossible not to please your special lady with a treat from this place. OK, it''s impossible not to please anybody in your life, or yourself, with their pastries. The only bad part? They sell out quickly. Go early or go home empty handed. read more

Our family goes there every Saturday to pick up our routine Saturday morning treats. The almond croissant is always perfect. The french bread is incredible - just the right amount of crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside. We went there once for the crepes - the buckwheat crepe with tomato and brie is outstanding. Sure it's a little more spendy that other bakeries but it's the top of the list compared to other places in Corvallis. read more

Remarkable. there are only three good places in Corvallis, La Patisser, Squirrels, and Gathering Together Farms. Oh, the Gelato place too is very good. That's pretty much it. La Patissier is at the top of the list --- by a good distance, and would be at the top if it was in Portland too. Love the coffee too. read more

This place is amazing, I can't believe it's in such a small town as Corvallis! Excellent pastries made by an actual French patissier (sp?). It can get a bit on the spendy side if you buy more than one pastry, but it's worth every penny. Their desserts are also excellent. I may consider ordering a wedding cake from here. read more

Really lovely space filled with everything I wanted for a special birthday breakfast pastry. I had a quiche with greens, which were fresh and delicious even without dressing, and the quiche had a beautiful custard like texture. The pastries were beautiful and plenty to choose from. I'm looking forward to our next visit. read more

We've been going here for years. They have the best croissants around. All of the pastries and sweets we have ever had have been fantastic. The coffee is excellent. The only thing from there I have not loved has been the bread. I have tried a french loaf and an artisan 12 grain. Both were beautiful but lacking in flavor. In my opinion the best bread in Corvallis still comes from Big River. I have not tried the crepes or the french onion soup but I can't wait to. read more

Holy. Crap. I've been trying to get to this place for years. Literally, like 5 years. They have such random hours, 6:30 am - 3 pm. We tried to go this weekend and they were closed for vacation, plus they're closed every Monday and Tuesday. I cannot tell you how irritated this made me. Just the fact that they close so early and are closed during the week. Even though it made me angry (capitalism, people! how can they choose to close early when they have paying customers!) I was still intrigued. I went this morning and I can see why. This place was pretty full of people at 9:30. We had pain au chocolate, a brioche roll, a cream cheese Danish and a bottle of juice for $9.75. Man, it was all delicious. Fresh. Huge. Good price for what we got. I'll definitely go back. I can't wait to try their desserts as those were gorgeous and I'm sure tasted so good. As a side note, it looked like they also sold quiche and crepes for the lunch crowd. Yum all around. read more

What a treat and a rare find in Corvalis, OR. We tried one of just about everything! Our favorites? Pain-au-chocolate... and the almond croissant... and white chocolate ganache cake... the coffee is delicious... really its all just amazing! Without doubt, the best bakery I have visited, aside from River Maiden in Vancouver. French influence adds a pleasing cafe and breakfast atmosphere. Pastries are five star crafted, exceeding the norm in every way possible. In contrast to the ubiquitous trend of bad beans or reliance upon froofy sugary drinks as a cover up, Le Patissier also boasts the rare gift of tasty drip coffee. I love this bakery and just wish it lived in my hometown too. read more

C'est delicioux! That was my first thought when I bit into the best croissant I've had outside of Paris. The plain croissant was crisp and flaky outside and had the perfect buttery softness inside. Didier, the baker/owner, along with his wife, Trinidad, do a wonderful job with their bakery. Be sure to check out all the artwork on display painted by Trinidad! I wish this lovely, friendly and delicious bakery were close to my home. Sadly I was in Corvallis for just 1 day. read more

I had the displeasure of stoipping to get some take out pastries today! While the quality of the food is very very good! Staff efficiency is one of the worst I have seen, unless they are trying to mimic a french bistro where you just have to wait on them? So, if you are retired, enjoy, if you are in any kind of normal hurry, shop at MOC, your BP will thank you! read more

This is the best bakery in the Willamette Valley. Go early to get the best selection. They tend to sell out early. The creamy almond croissants are incredible. So fresh, so delicious. The mousse type pastries are fabulous, too. Actually, so is the french bread, eclairs, and everyting else I've tried. Too bad Salem doesn't have such a fantastic bakery. read more

If you are going to be in Corvallis, you MUST go to Le Patissier. My wife was told by her sister who lives there that there was a great "French Pastry" place we should try. Well being French ( and from the city of Lyon ) I was a little skeptical about a small town in Oregon having a real Patisserie...... Boy was I wrong. This place is the real deal ! If you ever been to France and enjoyed the pastries there, you will definitely not be disappointed. My wife loves the almond croissants and when I meet Didier ( the owner ) he invited me to come in his kitchen has he was busy making some croissants. I joked that he was putting "too much butter" in the dough and he replied.... "You can never put too much butter ! " Yes, in France we use a lot of the good stuff ( and cream and cheese..... ). If you are going to be in Corvallis, you MUST go to Le Patissier. My wife was told by her sister who lives there that there was a great "French Pastry" place we should try. Well being French ( and from the city of Lyon ) I was a little skeptical about a small town in Oregon having a real Patisserie...... Boy was I wrong. This place is the real deal ! If you ever been to France and enjoyed the pastries there, you will definitely not be disappointed. My wife loves the almond croissants and when I meet Didier ( the owner ) he invited me to come in his kitchen has he was busy making some croissants. This French bakery is superb. My Franc-phile friends say it is actually authentic. Their almost cream crousants are our favorite treat. The only probem is they often sell out early in the day. It's worth calling in an order. They are happy to hold ordered items for pickup. read more
