The staff at Le Peep is kind, attentive and warmly welcoming. I have visited this location on no less than thirteen separate occasions and always been thoroughly satisfied with not only the staff but the freshness and overall quality of everything on my plate. I would highly recommend coming for a late breakfast around 10:00 am or so in order to avoid the hustle and bustle bof Le Peeps large and regular morning crowd. Get a peaceful seat at a table outside and listen to the peaceful house music and enjoy a wonderful time. I can sit down, order and get out in under 30 minutes if I wanted to, it's a great place for a quick breakfast or just taking your time and getting ready for the day. Recommendations? I enjoyed everything about this visit. The service, the food and the company. The cinnamonster was a personal favorite. I had the steak cut oatmeal with berries. Place is great. Have to go at least once a week to get myself a breakfast burrito. They are dope. But I really want a super hearty omelette like with hash browns bacon and sausage all smothered in sausage gravy or their fabulous green chili. Heard good things about this restaurant so we thought we'd give breakfast a try. 7 of us went. 3 kids ordered pancakes which were fine, but the adult meals were not good at all. $3 milks for each kid. We're convinced that our server went on a very long break. Food took quite a long time to arrive and all meals were cold. Eggs and side potatoes. With tip it cost the 7 of us $70. Pretty steep for crummy food in a dirty environment. Lady up front stood in the way of a disabled patron trying to leave as she was grabbing menus to seat us (he needed the hand real for assistance and was on oxygen). When I went to pay she had a mouth full of food in her mouth while asking how everything was. I was polite, but am in no way returning. read more

We have always been an occasional customer, especially after they remodeled a few years ago but with the closing of the Egg and I we needed to find a new regular breakfast place. It turned out to be one of our old breakfast places and we are glad to be back. It is surprising how many places can't cook a good egg or try to over season everything to be "different". So, we returned on a day when we both had an appetite and could better 'judge' the food and service. The service aspect of this review earned both of the stars for today's visit. The food, on the other hand, did not 'fare' as well. To be honest, when we go out to breakfast, we are actually expecting something other than what we might have been able to prepare at home. Now, I'm sure you're thinking, 'Then just stay home and eat your damn breakfast and clean it up yourselves.' but alas, that is why we go out...the prep, the clean up, etc. Once a week we decide to try a new place and return based primarily on the quality of the food. I ordered the Denver Omelette as a scramble and it was just so so. The eggs lacked flavor or seasoning and the potatoes had to have been frozen. They needed another 5 minutes or more in the oven to just get crispy and brown. My husband ordered a healthy option with spinach and veggies, but it too lacked flavor and care. Sometimes a good breakfast just takes a little passion. We've certainly eaten at other establishments where it's obvious the chefs are concerned with what goes out on the plate. Not so here, at least, not on this occasion or with the dishes we selected. Also, they don't have herbal tea. That's weird. I had hot water with lemon and it was fine, but getting some non-caffeinated tea options seems like a wise choice for a breakfast place. Not sure we will return here. The staff (our waiter was new, but he was very enthusiastic, accurate and helpful) seem genuinely concerned for the customers, but they do not, unfortunately, have much control over the quality of what comes out of the kitchen. 2 stars for our server! read more

This was once my favorite breakfast place, but no more. The last time I came, my food was cold. Today, the food was good but I am still reeling from the price gouging during the Corona virus. The manager refused to work it out with me and called me a scammer. My voice was then heard throughout the restaurant, which once upon a time was full but only held a handful of people today, likely due to the media inspired hysteria over a flu virus. I made sure my server was tipped and will be contacting the corporate offices regarding the price gouging. Update: I spoke with one owner who was hysterical and incapable of adult conversation and a second owner who was reasonable and calmly listened to my concerns and then I listened to his. No drama, just adults discussing opposing points of view. I won't go back and that saddens me, but I will not be called a scammer when I was supporting a restaurant I care(d) about. read more

Worst service I have ever had! Cross contamination in the food, how do you get raw onions in Oatmeal? What other cross contamination is happening in this kitchen? Although the waitress did what she could to rectify the situation by removing the oatmeal from the table and the bill, this after my daughter was done puking in the bathroom, the waitress did not leave the problem at the table. I left a $10.00 cash tip for what ended up being a $15.00 bill, does this sound like I had blamed the waitress for the cross contamination? Why then did this waitress make it a big deal on check out when I was paying my bill which then caused an exchange of inappropriate words between her and my daughter. When I called to talk with the manager instead of focusing on the cross contamination issue which causes people to become sick (food illnesess from cross contamination is REAL) he focused on the exchange of words that should have never happened if the waitress had just kept her thoughts to herself and graciously accepted my $10 cash tip. I now wish I had left a penny tip as then this exchange would make sense to me. When serving the public you must know when to shut up and let people walk out instead of escalating a situation that in this case I had already resolved at the table. Getting sick from cross contamination is real people and to say that there is no way of preventing fresh onions from getting into Oatmeal is total BS. Might as well not wash your hands after going to the restroom before touching raw food. After this exchange with this entitled waitress and the ineffectiveness of the manager, I will never be back at any Le Peep ever again, which is a shame as I now have to find a new breakfast spot for when at home and during the week at work. read more

Le Peep is a good, classic, breakfast location! The menu is well priced and the service is always good. Their Mexican breakfast dishes are delicious, and I love the breakfast tacos here more than any place else. The interior is removed so it feels like a more upscale breakfast joint. Only losing a star because last time I was there they did not have a liquor license but I know they are planning on getting one. Also a note to the person who gave 1 star for their dog not being able to sit inside the patio- that's a law that the restaurant cannot change! read more

My spouse & I went to this location for breakfast today, 4/17/16. We had a server named Mac. At first when he came to take our order, we weren't quite ready & then when we were ready, he was too busy talking with other waitstaff, so I had to flag him down. After we had finished our meal, Mac dropped off our check. When I looked at our check, it wasn't ours so I had to flag him down again to let him know that he gave us a wrong check. He pulled another check out of his pocket & handed it to me but it still was the wrong check! He didn't even look at it! Then he had to go & find out where our check was. We believe he gave our check to another table. We ended up having to wait longer because he was talking to the manager. We finally received the correct check! The manager even never came to our table to aplologize! The food was good but the wait staff spent more time socializing with each other than servicing their customers! This is something the manager should be watching! read more

My wife and I came in for breakfast on Saturday and it was decent. I've had much better food before, but it's not terrible. My main gripe is that they have a really mild green chili and you don't get to pick the heat. I know they need to make sure that everyone is pleased, but as someone who likes really hot food, it was disappointing. The bacon my wife got was also a little less crispy than we would have liked and it seemed a little overpriced (Just for the bacon. Almost $4 for three pieces of bacon is a little extreme since I know it's not organic.). We probably won't be back, but it was okay. read more

However we go to restaurants all around Highlands Ranch/The Denver Metro Area and have never been turned away. When talking to staff, they became extremely rude and snarky. Service was fast, and food was great! Cozy little breakfast spot, with good portions and fair prices!

$32.00 for 2 coffees, a shared cinnamon roll, Rock Lobster Scramble and Belgian Waffle Combo. The cinnamon roll was pretty tasteless except all the cream cheese frosting melted on top. I prefer my scrambled eggs not runny and unfortunately these were. Quite a few of the potatoes on both our plates were not fully cooked. Our server took our order promptly but after the food was delivered by either a food runner or another server, he stopped by our table 3 times. Once to ask how everything looked (about 2 minutes after the food came out), the second time to bring the check and the third time to quickly pick up the tip as we were walking away. We also noticed that this place seemed to have a problem with getting everyone's complete order to the table all at once. They would bring a couple things out and then someone else would return with another dish and then again someone else with another dish. Wow. Not how I would do business. First time back since 2007. They have done a total remodel, with new management. The staff was friendly and prompt with the service. Food (I had the eggs Benedict), was severed at a good temperature and was well presented. New design is both open and airy. Will definitely come back read more
