Haven't been here in a while don't know why I haven't because my breakfast today was excellent. Look, it's breakfast but it never fails that something will be not how you like it. Le Peep, has a massive menu and a cute atmosphere however their food could use some spices. My Harvest Eggs Benedict was sadly flavorless. I absolutely love broccoli, but it seemed to negate the flavors of the other ingredients. The service wasn't very speedy, however the place was packed and they were courteous. The individual charges for items that could easily be incorporated into the meals were extreme. There are too many breakfast and brunch restaurants to choose from it's not likely we will revisit. read more

This place is a nice clean little cafe with patio seating. We ordered the triple decker sandwich with a side salad and the turkey pear Brie sandwich with waffle fries. My husband really enjoyed the triple decker and the Brie sandwich and fries were amazing. Our waiter was so nice and assured me that the Brie sandwich was an awesome choice. I've been bringing my daughters to LePeep for breakfast for over 20 years. It's been our special place -- a tradition -- to enjoy the same comforting food we've loved since they were little. One of our all-time favorites has always been the Gooey Buns. But this morning, what we were served was barely recognizable. It came out looking like a gelatinous blob and tasted like artificial cake filling from a squeeze tube -- nothing like the warm, nostalgic treat we remember. And where was the side of real cream cheese? I hope this isn't a permanent change. We'd really hate to see a beloved tradition ruined. read more

I ordered regular coffee and accidentally got hazelnut flavored. The waitress was telling me it is regular and initially would not replace it. Although a rarity, it had happened at their other locations. Even with the replacement, I barely touched the coffee. Usually, I would be on my second cup by the time I got my food. I wanted something different than what I have ordered at their other locations. I ended up getting the Berry Nutty Oatmeal. Although I opted for the brown sugar and some milk on the side, they were not needed. The agave syrup provided sufficient sweetness and liquidity so the oatmeal would not be too thick. Decent place for a quick, no frills breakfast if staying at a nearby hotel. Service is fast, music is nice mellow 70's vibe, and menu has all the American staples. Coffee is hot and plentiful, my over easy eggs were cooked perfectly, and the sausage and potatoes were generous portions. So why only 3-stars? My coffee was served in a mug with someone's leftover red lipstick in the rim, and all the food, even the toast, just tasted like salt. I am glad this place survived after COVID. This is one of our favorite breakfast places. It has been around for some time. We had the Banana Split with Blueberries, Yogurt, Strawberries, and Granola. It was very healthy and tasty. We then split the Blubbery/Granola Pancakes. There were delicious as well. We also split a Egg White Omelette made to order. The service was great. Came here on a Sunday around 1 pm for brunch. Outdated decor, older clientele. I was expecting bland diner food. However, the food was surprisingly good. Not amazing, but decent and filling. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Breakfast potatoes looked bland but were perfectly seasoned. This was our first time and it was so pleasant, the eggs Benedict was just like how they make them in Palm Springs and the churro pancakes are a must, sausage was so tasty and just great. I have been stopping here to pick up breakfast on the way to work. Yesterday, I decided to dine in for the first time. It was a Sunday morning and crowded. The servers are very friendly and genuine. My food took at least 30 mins to get to me. I get it though. Customers are off work, enjoying time with their families, and they had a rush. My omelette was cooked to perfection. The food was incredible. We ordered the lobster egg dish and an omelette. Both dishes tasted incredible. For sides, we chose toasted bread which went amazing with the main dish. My lobster egg fish came with a sauce and it all went together perfectly. Another side I got was hash browns. I ate that with ketchup and it was wonderful. Service was amazing. We also got the pancake of the month which was cinnamon pancakes and to my surprise.. we finished the whole thing! The servers were really sweet to us and were so helpful at all times. This Le Peep location was very clean. The salmon hollandaise was great, and they even had a gluten free menu. For those of us with a gluten allergy, this is great piece of mind that they understand and can accommodate (not all restaurants can, despite claiming they have GF options). Anyway, the real reason for the highest recommendation was the service. New server, Tiara, was highly professional and as sweet as they come. I will definitely be back every time in town. Was very hungry on a Sunday morning and craving belgian waffles, so I was very pleased to see that Le Peep had them! Our whole experience was great. We arrived around 11:00 and were seated immediately. The restaurant is cozy, the waitstaff and hosts are friendly. Everything was brought promptly including water and coffee. The belgian waffle was very good, it was fluffy and the right amount of sweet. The side of scrambled eggs wasn't anything special. My friend got a benedict and really enjoyed it. I also appreciate that they have QR code receipts but it seemed like it wasnt working. It was also a bit warm inside the restaurant. Those are my only complaints. Stopped here after stopping at The Corner Bakery when manager apologized as his restaurant would be opening an hour late as he was very short staffed. We thanked him for his apologies and drove down the road and discovered, Le Peep. The hostess had a big smile on her welcoming face and was very polite. Our server was just as chipper and enthusiastic. We placed our order and I was so taken back with the nice size portion of food. I ordered an omelette and my spouse ordered eggs Benedict and we were both satisfied. Food was very fresh and tasty!! I'm already excited to go back and try a lunch or dinner. BEST customer service. I took my team here for breakfast and can't say enough good things about this place! Our server made sure our coffee pots were full the entire time, and accommodated us in every possible way. The dishes were plated well and food was hot and tasty. After paying, I went out to the porch and even though they weren't even serving us anymore, the manager saw I was outside and brought out a water pitcher and glasses for me, my wife, and one of our employees to make sure we were well-accommodated. I went here with my wife and friends for brunch. Sometimes it's hard to find where to eat, as I am vegan (my wife and friends are not), but decided to go here as Yelp listed that it had vegan options. Well, when I got there, the vegan options were beyond limited; not a single dish is vegan (was told there that even their bread isn't). Pretty much only the vegetables sides and the potatoes were vegan, and the waitress told me that they could sauté them for me. So that's what I went with. Later, the chef/cook came to my table and asked me how I wanted my dish prepared. I told her that, as long as it didn't have meat, eggs, butter, cheese, milk or honey, that I was gonna let her decide. She thanked me for trusting her and went back. I was served such a beautiful dish! Sautéed veggies, diced potatoes and avocado! Lovely!I'm very grateful for her accommodating my dietary requirements. A very busy Sunday afternoon didn't faze the friendly and gracious service at Le Peep. We love the water and coffee carafes on the table here as well as the modest prices for a wide variety of wonderful breakfast items and lunchtime sandwiches, salads and crepes. I had perfectly poached eggs with my Eggs Benedict, Peasant Potatoes and smooth Hazelnut coffee. My husband loved his Desperado Skillet with chorizo, eggs, green chiles, cheese, potatoes and salsa. Our waiter was a delight. There was a 30 minute wait, which could be a problem in inclement weather as there is no lobby area - just two park benches inside the door. There is open air patio seating for nicer days. You really couldn't ask for a more pleasant brunch experience than here at the Las Colinas Le Peep, especially for the modest price. read more

The staff was very pleasant from being placed on the wait list to being seated to taking our order. Sunday's appear to be very busy, but the outside view made the wait bearable. The inside area isn't large and overwhelming, which allows it to remain intimate. I don't like lemon in my water, so that was extremely distasteful and it was hard to get some water without considering water pitchers are placed at every table. The old bedford location, so I was a bit worried about recommending this place to my bosses when they were in town and asked for a breakfast locale. We've eaten here and ordered pickup from here a few times for brunch on the weekends. I am a huge lover of brunch so the menu with endless brunch options is my cup of tea. The only reason I am knocking off a star is when we went to eat in person, one of the waitresses was incorrectly wearing a mask (under her nose). In COVID times, these little details matter. I do like that they have outdoor seating, which is the only option for me personally during COVID. I did peak inside and I'm not quite sure the tables were 6 feet apart, but it did look crowded.
