The Taco Shoppe is a carry-out only and has no inside seating at all. In fact, there's no "inside" of the business. You order from one window and pick up your food from another. There's a handful of picnic tables in the lot next door, but that's it. So what's the secret??? Tough to describe. First of all, the soft shell corn tortillas are flash fried, maybe?!? Whatever they do to them, they are delicious. Their ground beef is also kind of a mystery. It's unlike any beef taco I've had before, and my fat ass has had PLENTY of tacos in my 52 years.
