I came in around 6pm on a Thursday evening and asked if they had availability for a mani/pedi...I was surprised they were able to get me in immediately because they were quite busy. I splurged and bought the charcoal themed pedicure with gel polish and a regular manicure with gel polish. The woman who did my pedicure, Jenny, was amazing. She really took her time, put in effort, and did a great job. I truly lucked into getting her. My manicure came out nice and they were also quick to serve me a mimosa once I was seated. ASK FOR KEVIN! My first experience here didn't go so well. Came back a second time for nails to be fixed and Kevin helped me out, & convinced me to return. Third times a charm, & he certainly made a long term customer out of me. Kevin was attentive to my needs, and is very detailed. He talked about how this is truly an art & I couldn't agree more. He is a little heavy handed so if you have thinner more brittle nails like myself, just ask. I mentioned how thin my nails were if we couldn't file as much and he immediately lightened his pressure on the drill. He checked my shape THREE times and that was very much appreciated. I take pride in the natural shape and length of my nail bed and Kevin accentuated on the appearance on my hands even more. Overall shape is complimentary to my fingers, they are not too thin where they won't last for two-three weeks and they aren't too thick to when they grow out they'll still look decent. I run a business from home all while taking care of an 8 month old and this was my only break this week and this was 200% worth that time off and the confidence booster! Color looks more grey on the sample, it was number 288 I think it 289? They are more transparent but I like the look. Very classy, reminds me of a ballerina slipper. Salon has always been cleaned and orderly every time I come. I also like how they had jazz playing, made the experience even better. Will be returning when I get another mom break. I went in for the first time yesterday for signature mani and pedi. I haven't had a pedicure in probably a decade, and Brian was so kind and gentle that all of my anxieties floated away. The signature pedicure was so relaxing, and considering the state my feet had been in, Brian too the time to make them look fantastic! The owner (Emily?) did my manicure, and they look amazing!! This review is about the quality of the product rather than the service received. This is the first time that my sns/ dip powder only lasted 6 days. I went in on a sudnay aftternoon for a sns manicure. The service it self was good, eliane was really nice and provided Excellent customer service. By Thursday 2 of my nails were already cracked. On Saturday the 3 one cracked. I am not sure why but this had never happened to me before. Typically my sns last 3/4 weeks when I get them done at diamonds nails on Lamar. I am probably never going back but thought I shared my experience. My concern is that maybe the product is cheap or that my sns layer was super thin and sensitive making it easy to brake. This place looks nice inside but the service and products are terrible. Two visits in a row this summer my Dip manicure color changed within a week! First I got pink and it faded to orange which I have NEVER had happen to me before at any other salon. Then the next visit I got a white manicure and within 5 days it turned YELLOW. Mind you, I do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or anything on my nails, this is purely because Le Posh must use cheap Dip powders. When I went back the last time I chose black because that can't fade and I wanted OPI since I know for sure that is a good dip product. Well they didn't have OPI of course. When I spoke to the lady at the counter at checkout about my previous experiences (and showed her the pictures) I was expecting a comped service or at least a 50% discount. Instead she told me that "light dip colors just fade like that". Ummm no, I went to Queen Spa on S Lamar (where I will now be going back to) ...and I never had my nail color fade ever. After talking to the girl at the desk for a while, the best she could offer me was $10 dollars off my manicure...pathetic. Terrible customer service, I will never return. Such a waste of my money. I really tried liking them and gave them a chance but they lost me as a customer and I suggest you go elsewhere too. They use cheap products that fade and change color, they are not perfectionists, and they have awful customer service and will not make it right when you point out something that is obviously their fault. read more

I scheduled an appointment online, it got approved the next day so when I came in for my appointment I was told to register in the system. After registering and sitting in the waiting area, I was told that they could not see me. I love this nail salon! I went frequently every couple of weeks to get my nails done but now I go for special occasions. Every time I have gone I have always gotten great quality work. If you go for a pedicure or any type of nail enhancement request the guy with the bandana! I can't remember his name but he does amazing work. My nails always come out perfect when he does it. I also really like cece! She's done my pedicures several times and she is a perfectionist. My pedicures always last so long when she does them! They have a lot of colors to choose from for both gel and dip. They do not pressure you or try to upsell you like other salons. The receptionists are always welcoming. Overall, this isn't a bad place, especially if you want a deluxe service with short notice. The thing that really bothered me was the nail person using their bare hands to even out my nail polish. I would like to share my today's experience at Le Posh Nail Spa. Last few months I have been going there as it's near to my place. Every time I do SNS I have a bad experience. Most of the time SNS doesn't last more than a week. I have to revisit it again and again. So I decided to do acrylic nails. When I reached there a lady came forward and asked me to choose the nail color which I like from the shelves and she left. I picked up one of the colors from the shelves and waited for someone to assist. They placed me and started with the work. I told the lady and another lady that I want a free nail shape and don't want to pay extra for the shape. They told me that square and round are for free. I opted for round. She completed the work on me and I reached the billing. They showed me a paper which had my service price which included $15 for the nail polish , $5 for shape and acrylic for $40. I said I didn't ask for paid nail polish nor the paid shape. I asked them to call the lady whom I clearly said I don't need to pay for the shape and she told the one in her language the same. Lady at the counter said all those left. I said why should I pay for what I asked when I was selecting the polish nobody told or mentioned that it cost me extra. She started screaming in her language and treated me very badly. I said I am ready to pay the one I asked because the same happened earlier as well. They bill extra for the shape counter. They pretend like they are not understanding what we are telling them. Then they told me they will remove the nail polish and redo, and ask me to select another color from shelves. I did two ladies two each hand and started cutting my nails. After cutting the nails both started telling they won't do it. I have to leave the shop as they are going to close the shop. They switched all the lights. I asked them to at least clean my nail no need to re do they said they cant. They started screaming at me in their language. I called 911, asked for an office, meanwhile another guy from the counter came over and told me come tomorrow we will fix it. I told him I already called the officer. I had to wait until they came in . If he and his colleague had told this polity before me, calling the cop would have been better but those ladies behaved unprofessional towards the customer . Officer came in.I told him the same story that I just wanted them to clear my nails because tomorrow I can't go out with them. They told the officer that they can't do it. The officer asked how much time it would take to clean my nails. They said 40 mins we all know how much it will take. They started telling me they have kids at home and they can do it only tomorrow. I told the office I came over by walking to do it today so I can attend the party tomorrow. How can I go with these nails? He said as it's a civil case he will not be able to help me much. He advised me to write a review here and complain to the Better Business Bureau as this comes under Bad Business. This is the first time I am writing a review for any business because of the humiliation that I face. I wanted to share with everyone please be aware that these people ask price for each and every service they do. I am sure they will pretend that they didn't understand what we asked. They speak very well and I heard them talking to the office. They are cheating the public, Guys be aware of this place. All I can say is that Truth is captured on camera from the shop if it's working. Note: If really they are good business they would have asked me to come over the next day, took my credit card details without charging and waited for me to come over next day instead of that they decided to cut off the nails for me.
